      Konnor has personalized his service to my needs, answering my queries and taking action on my requests promptly. The pace and pitch of the conversation are according to my understanding. Post-service action is being taken care of like emailing confirmation, changing seat numbers, and also offering to make changes on my husband's booking as I initiated to liaise on his behalf of whom my financial details were used.

      I am very upset with my experience with CheapOAir. I tried to purchase a one way flight on August 5th for August 8th and to my knowledge, the flight was booked perfectly fine. Today, I went to check the status of my flight and noticed that it was for August 12th. I called customer service and was told that during the checkout process, the transaction changed the dates for the flight. I asked if there was any way to change my flight back and was told that I had to pay $240!!! I cannot imagine a company who has technical difficulties on their end try to charge their customers. When I asked to cancel so I can rebook, I was told I would be reimbursed $5! My original 1 way flight was only $114. DO NOT EVER BUY TICKETS WITH CHEAPOAIR or FAREPORTAL INC. They are unethical and cannot handle issues properly.

      As an agency we must abide by the rules set by the airline. The reservation was booked on our website without any assistance from our representatives. It was booked for departure on August 12. It appears that the customer called the airline regarding cancelling the reservation and was advised of their policy. We can process a refund of fees charged by our agency but we have no authority to refund from the airline. Only the airline can authorize a refund from their company.

      Your website brought me through getting a ticket where another company didn't come through anywhere near ASAP. Within 5 minutes, I had a flight on a top airline.

      I was overcharged on my recent *********** purchase. I was originally charged a total of $829.2 in three transactions (334.7+439.3+55.20) for my booking. Then I changed the dates of my booking and was charged $26.8 for making the changes. Everything was fine so far.Then I was charged $653.8 again by *********** and I don't know why. I never agreed to pay any additional amount and did not buy any additional service. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the money that I was overcharged. I has talked to multiple agents on the chat and all of them say that they do not see the $653.8 charge but it shows up on my bank account. I e-mailed the billing department too and no one answers. This is very frustrating.
