      The tickets were cheap but thats about it. Despite having 4 or 5 different ways that you can choose your seat none of the links actually work. And when you try using their 24/7 chat option it tells you that they are only open from 0800-1400 due to Covid.

      Lousy costumer service. My refund requested two months ago after deceitful website changed my dates of travel without my consent. I have called and always get "wait two more billing cycles" as a response.Someone solve my request for a refund

      Cheapo was easy to use and fares were a bit cheaper than on the airline site. The constant upselling including a followup call to tell me that they were going to add travel insurance to the price of my ticket was aggravating. I would think twice before using them again.
