    I entered in a Fox Bet Super 6 contest spin and it said I had won $500. The winning notification said I would be notified via email of the details, but I never received an email nor the prize.

    I have a subscription to Foxnation that I cant access. My current subscription is locked out for me as of yesterday. I have a paid valid subscription for this service until May 2023. I contacted the Foxnation streaming service through their chat tech service they have indicated that my account does not exist in their records. This is a problem I have been a customer for almost a year and half. They have shut down my account with time remaining to be used. I did not receive a notice for renewal. I turned on the service and I was prompted to enter my email and password I tried several times to no avail. Can you help me with my problem? Thank you very much.

    Why is it scheduled on Fox at 8:00 p.m. for Mask singer, but you have stupid news on from 8:00 and it's past 9:00 and the news is still on and the mask singer is still not on you need to fix your schedule ait

    I purchased a Gutfeld! mug from the ******** Shop online on 6/29/2022.It took a while to get it, but when it arrived I realized it did not match the picture. It was inferior, smaller and the Gutfeld! logo was low on the mug. On 7/11/2022 I contacted *** to return the mug. They indicated that a return label would be sent. I did not get it and contacted them 3 more times 7/17, 7/20 and 7/26. I received a label on 7/26 and mailed it that day. Tracking indicates "****" received my return on 7/28/2022. I have contacted the ******** Shop on 8/25 and 9/7 and get an email back indicating they opened a case and I will be contacted shortly. No no one has contacted me. The ******** Shop has been awful to deal with. I paid $32.85 for the mug with shipping and would like to get a refund. Thank you.

    On 5/30/2022, Fox nation charged $34.68 on a bad credit card number. For some reason, this charge went through, and they received my new number from somewhere and put it on their web site. We had three fraud complaints in the last year because they put my information on their web site. Now I have to get another card because this one has been compromised. I am unable to delete my credit card information from Fox Nation website. I am a veteran and was only participating in their free year for the military. I found the web site confusing with so many offers. I cancelled before free year expired. I did not receive a response until the $34.68 appeared on my credit card for a year of digital service. I cancelled again and received email stating that my subscription would be cancelled on 5/30/2023. Since I cancelled before free subscription ran out, I would like a refund of my $34.68. I would like my account cancelled and my information deleted from website. I would also like to know how they got my new credit card number. Please help me resolve this issue.

    In 2021 I had signed up for the Fox Nation 1 year free military subscription offer. On 6/19/2022 I emailed Fox asking them to cancel my subscription before it renewed on 7/29. However the email address I built the Fox Nation account with was an alternate email I sometimes use and did not see the comment on their initial reply stating the account email address apparently could not be found.I replied to their 6/9 email on 6/20 that obviously there was an account in their system as they referenced my Mastercard account ending in **** in their renewal notice. I never received a reply to my 6/20 email back to them. I then logged into my account with the intention of deleting the credit card info so if there was no reply received they would have to contact me when the free year expired before being charged. I could not delete that information as you cannot have an account without payment info on file in their system. I then forgot about not receiving a reply until 7/29 when the renewal amount of $34.44 was charged to my credit card. On 7/29 after the card was charged I again emailed Fox asking them to remove the charge and to close any accounts I may have in their ********** included the primary and 2 alternate email addresses I use in that message. No reply was ever received from Fox and ******** refused to credit/remove the charge.Please note that the case number assigned to my initial request to cancel the account on 6/19 was on all my email traffic to them. Further, Although I missed the comment about Fox not being able to find the account I don't know of many databases that are not searchable by name. They could have replied to the email address that was on file in their system matching my name but did not. There was no further contact from them.If Fox prorated the subscription cost if I canceled before or on the expiration date I would have just cancelled the subscription on 7/29. I made a valid attempt to cancel before renewal and want the $34.44 refund

    Cancel the direct debits from my Smart Access to *********** Services help.fox.com CA. Tried to buy Fox Nation using my debit card (at around 2am ********** Eastern Standard Time), when putting in my debit card details it came up with "An error occurred. Please try again", so I was under the presumption that my card didn't go through. This presumption was also built around how I couldn't access any of the Fox Nation content. However, I saw few hours later that I had actually been billed $0.99 when I can't actually access the services! This therefore is a false transaction, therefore being why I am disputing this. I can provide evidence as to how I was billed for each time I tried to pay if necessary. Look, keep the money- all I want is the monthly ******** cancelled and my entire FoxNation account (and subscriptionS) cancelled effective immediately.

    On May 28, ******************************************* the amount of $70.19 which I have since paid. The explanation on my card statement was *********** Services. My card company said that was an automatic renewal for something. I have no idea what I paid for and discovered that the telephone number for a chat was useless. It sounded like a prerecorded list of answers and finally shut down as if they hung up on me. I have left repeated messages and none have been returned. I just want to know what I paid for. Please help!

    I have complained to the company themselves. No resolution. They offer free streaming movies, but half the time, they won't play. I just want to watch movies without starting and stopping.

    Now they are refusing to let me use the app at all. I even deleted, and reinstalled it. I keep getting a DRM error. That is their way of blocking users
