I called and received a free veterans year of foxnation. My dad lives with me now as hes 91. I canceled my two other accounts. ***************** and ********************* in July 2021. I talked w rep because I didnt have what they required for vets to sign up online and had to get qualified by her in a diff way. We checked all my emails because I was getting double billed. Both accounts were canceled. But, they have billed me ever since on *********** acccount!! Now they say only one was canceled and I know thats not true as I remember the conversation. When I canceled and for the vets year, We looked at a bunch of emails to make sure there werent any more even. I asked her to check the audio of the call. She says they conveniently dont have access to phone records and nobody in the company has it nor can anyone talk to me on the phone about anything! She kept saying ten times I didnt cancel. Im fuming because I know I did because I remember looking at those accounts and those three emails r the ones I use!!! I need a refund of the $7:since July 2021. I read here they do this to everyone as I see here!! Entrapment of seniors to give it free and keep charging them! Surprised by ***!Business Response

On 3 Nov 2022 I noticed a charge of $32.49 on my credit card for Fox Nation ******* services. This was a one-time charge a year ago that I never agreed to continue and haven't even used but once a year ago. Now I cannot cancel this because their site doesn't offer a cancellation option, and their chat service isn't working. I Googled this issue and see many others experiencing same issue. This is nothing but a massive scam and needs to be stopped. Fox should be ashamed. I am a retired Marine and can't afford to get ripped off by *** like this.Business Response

I subscribed to a free 7 day trial to Fox Nation, when I tried to cancel it there was no clear avenue to cancellation. Emails to Fox Nation went unanswered and online help proved worthless. Online tech only gave me a couple minutes time after saying his screen locked up and signed off without any help. Website suggests contacting ****** Play and they too were zero help, saying I have no subscription to Fox Nation that they can find. On November 25th, they...Fox or ******...withdrew $69.54 from my account for a service I didn't want. I'm demanding that they both refund my money taken and take me off ******** payment they probably plan to ding me for next fall. I've contacted and filed a BBB complaint against ****** Play in this also, they claim I have no subscriptions of any kind through them. I acknowledge that it was ****** Play that took the money from my account but at the end of the day, it's a Fox Nation subscription to a Fox Nation service. Fox Nation shouldn't be using third party resources if they can't manage how the third party goes about doing business. I see absolutely no reason why FN can't unsubscribe me from their own platform and if I can't get satisfaction from either of them I will seek legal counsel. I refuse to pay for and continue to pay for (auto renewal) a service I DO NOT WANT. If you advertise a free 7 day trial and don't give consumers a way to opt out within the 7 days, that's a crime, please do the right thing and get me out from under this ridiculous scam

I want them to understand that their "hired help" doesn't not offer a way to cancel from a seven day trial. I want them to understand that their "hired help" has done nothing but give me the run around. Lastly I want them to know that all the emails...from *********** Play and ********** will be forwarded to the attorney generals in both ******** and **********

I subscribed to fox nation a few years ago. I canceled it shortly after and didn't use it since. This past August I received an email from them saying my credit card was expired and they don't want me to miss out on renewing. I was not worried because I canceled and also didn't want it so did nothing. They charged my card with new information that I didn't provide. I contacted them to get my money back and they said no. They could cancel but I wouldn't receive my money back because I authorized it when I subscribed. They only have a chat function so I can't call and speak to someone. I can't ask for a supervisor or higher level person. I don't know what to do.Business Response

I purchased a 3 year subscription to Fox Nation in 2021. Starting on or about 11/1/2022 I suddenly became unable to stream any shows on Fox Nation. I would get an error message saying, ""The stream did not load. Oops, something went wrong." I contacted support by chat on multiple occasions. The support agents kept pasting the exact same thing, "I have been advised on your web browser that error is typically due to a VPN being turned on. Please turn it off when you get a chance." I advised support that I do not have a VPN repeatedly. I confirmed with my ISP that they do not have any VPN/Proxy installed on my modem/router. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps asked of me (uninstalling the app, rebooting my TV/computer, clearing the cache etc.) But the problem hasn't been resolved and each time the response from support is, "I have been advised on your web browser that error is typically due to a VPN being turned on. Please turn it off when you get a chance." When I repeat that I don't have a VPN, they end the chat with the following pasted message, "To recap; you have reached out to FOX ************* today for in reference to restricted proxy. I have provided information and informed that there is a vpn connected to your internet connection. Have I addressed all of your concerns today, or is there anything else that I may assist you with?" When I advise my concern hasn't been addressed they just paste the following and then end the chat, " I have addressed your concerns. Thank you for contacting FOX *************. If there's anything else you'd like us to address, please let us know."Business Response

This service collects my personal information without fulfilling on its purpose/promise of delivering me the content it is stated to provide. Specifically Tubi has a user experience where i search and decide to view movies, provided by ****. I select these via search as being free to view now, then add to my Watch List, or view outright which fails in an error I'll disclose later. My selections are used for their marketing purposes to propose other movies as they show the same genre and in most cases show the immediate sequel. Clicking on those movies results in the same error to be disclosed. However, they do not deliver on viewing the movie I'd like to watch, or related it always results in an error " RO-2-100--35" which I have reported to them via their error message email destination and have had no resolution. Specific error reported on multiple videos: RO-2-100--35. My personal information is available to be collected if they deliver on their service. Which it has been, and evident in the suggestions provided so they receive a benefit. However, I do not receive the benefit as their movies do not play. I would trade deleting all without a resolution as keeping my information violates not providing a service for which that info would be available.They failed to deliver on films and used the results for their benefit. I tried to change my email address on my Foxnation account and was unable to do so. Contacted the Foxnation chat on 10/21/22 because there is no customer service phone number. I was instructed to cancel my account and start another subscription with my new email address. I canceled my subscription on 10/22/22. My last payment was $32.49 on 5/21/22 for "Military and Veterans". This covered service period 5/21/22-622/24. I was given a code for the new signup plan. I can't access the signup plans. This process is not customer friendly. I would like my credit card information removed and get re-imbursement for my payment since I no longer have access to Fox Nation. My new email address is ******************** I can not use ************************ anymore which is the address associated with account.Business Response
