    I signed up for 7 day free trial but it turned out to be monthly All I wanted was to see the ************* and none are available through this subscription I called and asked for my money back within 2 hours and they declined Please refund my money

Then you reactivated your account on October 2022 and since our free trial is only available for new subscribers, you were charged upon reactivation for a month's subscription with us.     Signed up for free trial then canceled at the end of a paid month. **** never sent us an email with another invoice. My husband just found these charged over $700 in the last 11 months - they are denying I canceled and refusing to refund. At this point seeking resolution through torte action.

    On Sept 23, I signed up for a Free Trial. Their website said: "Start Free. Trial No Hidden Fees. Cancel Anytime." Within five minutes, I realized that instead of NatGeo Wild, one of the channels I watch the most, they only carried National Geographic, so I canceled and I got the confirmation email. The next morning, while working on my online banking, I saw that I had been charged $69.99 for the first month! After several emails, I finally received one telling me that 1) they could confirm I had successfully canceled the subscription and 2) "Since Fubo is a prepaid service, you will continue having access to your programming until the end of this current month's period. Your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged moving forward, unless you decide to reactivate it in the future." What happened to Free Trial? Cancel Anytime? No Hidden Fees? As far as I'm concerned, **** just STOLE $70 from me for providing absolutely NO SERVICES. With all due respect, this is an illegal scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. I work very hard and $70 is a lot of money for me, especially during these times. I have asked and demanded a refund from them, but still have not heard back. It is shameful.

    I signed up for a 7 free trial and canceled via their Website. Now I have been charged $273.49 for service through the end of the year!! I CANCELED MY SERVICE WITH IN 24 HOURS !!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. What a SCAM!! I've called my bank to complete a fraudulent scam. I cannot believe people like this still exist and are REFUSING to give me my money back for something I NEVER ORDERED OR USED.This will catch up to you ********* What a horrible company and absolutely terrible human beings .

    I found a charge for ****** on my credit card . ************ charged me. I did not sign up for their service. I called and talked to someone. He said it was signed up on my iPhone , they had my email and my credit card info. I did not sign up for it. They refused to give my money back. I figure they got my info from ****** since they are connected to them. I dont know how to get my money back. I cant afford this. I didnt even know what **** was. I do now , I am 75 yrs. old and I do not watch football. I dont know what to do.

    I want this cancelled and have tried to do so. Communication with the company is only through chat. I tell them I want to cancel and the chat is ended. I WANT THIS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED and a full refund issued for the subscription. The 7 day free trial is easy to sign up. Cancelling is a ridiculous nightmare!!!

    I am not surprised at all with the shady business practices of FuboTV given their terrible leadership; losing money QOQ and *** does put a sense of urgency to try and squeeze as much cash flow out of your customers. However, false advertisement seems to be illegal and just plain wrong. I will begin my first stating that I was shown a FuboTV advertisement after trying to find a college football game that stated they were streaming it. I decided to create an account and begin a free "7 day trial". Of course, given it was a FREE trial, I added all the unnecessary packages to it (stuff I knew I wouldn't even watch). I was charged immediately for the FREE trial ($110) and to no surprise, the advertised game was not even on their service.I have tried getting a refund but was told I had already created an account previously, to which I honestly may have a while ago but do not remember. The thing is, the email was not the same and I was not forewarned I already had an account (had to put in all of my personal information, credit card, zip, etc.)Call center is a joke just as any call center: they get paid crappy wages to deal with mad customers. It is not my fault that FuboTV has overleveraged their crappy service and desperately needs to squeeze as much cash as possible because they lack decent upper-management and leadership. I would be happy to consult them on better business practices to obtain and retain customers.As for now, I will advertise against FuboTV and celebrate their Tangible Common Equity spiraling downward.

    Fubo is too slow to load and respond to commands. Can't play most of the programs I recorded because they don't have the rights apparently. The fact that they don't mention this during sign up I'd false advertising. These people are crooks. Don't waste your money

    This app is horrible I bought it two weeks ago havent been able to watch any games ***** without buffering,freezing up,and just very bad Tv viewing I think this is a big ripoff STOP TAKING PEOPLES MONEY You are not giving quality service
