    Horrible, everytime I call in they ruin my site and dont even help fix it....so upset and wont even give money back or compensate for all the lost hours

    Anyone but Wix, Do not use this company. They do not make it easy to cancel subscription. What really bothers me is my debit card got hacked several times but somehow they were able to get my reissued debit card information and auto renew. Horrible experience. Your trying to build your own business and the last thing you need is a company that is supposed to help is a nightmare.

    WIX removed a core feature we used (the ability to edit the site from a mobile device) without warning - no help from WIX support team despite reaching out from multiple channels.I understand some features/capabilities need to be deprecated, but forcing it on customers without warning is awful.Boo!

    Awful customer service Deleted my domain and sold them to someone else! They never notified me. Then told me that I could pay another hundred to get my domain back ?? Worst is customer service representative was super rude to me! They had no sense of urgency. I had to create a whole new website with another company. Do not do business with company.

    From WIX "Wix Your Refund Request Has Been Denied dvider After review, we have decided to deny your refund request for:Domain: aplusgamerpc.com Amount: $17.35 If you've requested a refund for a subscription not included here, you'll receive a separate email once a decision is made.Please do not reply to this email ****************************************************************************************************************** Wix.com ***** Wix.com Inc.www.wix.com View our Privacy Policy"I clearly stated I can not afford these added hidden advertising cost and must get refund seen as the site domain is CLOSED and will have no way to access the domain.I so try be nice about this and had explained on the phone with your support team members and each them stated I would get a refund just needed to cancel the auto renewal and close the domain then I would need to give reason for why and will get refund. Seen as I was with in the 14 day trial of the terms and at any time was not told the domain would not be refundable.I so need state I wasted 15 hours watching ******* Tutorials videos on how to use and set up sites on WIX yet not once did any state there was any added charges for advertisement.as well 8 hours time setting up my site.as well try to self advertise on on ******** and putting link on other sites to the domain yet only 1 visitor and that was to send me message about them offer me a deal on advertising.You can pay me for y time if so not wish to give refund if so wish Please give me refund thank you I really trying be nice about this... as well son as I closed the domain I seen it is up for sale again so how could you at any time refuse a refund??MAIN #1 reason for closing the domain is seen there is a alike domain with all most same name but .net at the end and do not wish to be se Be sued and have their lawyers suing me.     For weeks I have been working late hours developing my company website on the Wix platform. My grand opening took place several weeks ago, and we successfully published our site on Monday, the 13th. After contacting customer service about the issue, we received the below message from Wix. It has been nearly five days, and Wix has not restored our site. We reluctantly sent the personal information requested for verification, and our small business site is still down, and there has been no response from Wix. The Wix verification team will not speak to consumers and are online only coorespondance. This site while easy to navigate the creation of a website, has a horrible costumer service experience.Message from Wix:******.******* (Wix Support)March 15, 2023 7:59 PM (UTC-04:00)Hi,Thank you for reaching out to our ************* Support.After looking into your case, we noticed that your Wix account is currently restricted. At this time, all charges were refunded and your account has been currently deactivated. We would like to reassure you that all such actions are taken by us in order to enhance the safety of payment information, used in the account, and to protect the cardholder from any potential unwanted charges.If you feel this cancellation was done in error and would like to reactivate your account, we will be happy to assist you. First we will need to verify your account and to do so, we require the following:A photocopy of the 2 credit/debit card(s) listed in your Wix Account, making sure to hide all but the last 4 digits, leaving the cardholder name and expiry date clearly visible.

    Wix.com, Inc. or WIX COM *** SAN **** as it may appear on your credit card is an absolute SCAM. It is an ******* domiciled company that is likely scraping data off your phone/computer or personal device. Their faux website building software is made to look like its working, until its NOT. It is an utter scam. **************** will not respond, they state you must cancel auto renewal via your page - but never set up a page. It is circular and criminal. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. Amex, ***** and Mastercard need to go after this company as they are providing the medium for them to steal.

    I canceled my premium plan ($264) and was refused a refund. I cancelled as soon as I saw the auto withdrawal on my account. I then cancelled the site booster ($45) as soon as I saw it on my bank account. I don't trust that WIX will not just keep billing me. Insult to injury, WIX took my website off line! I don't want to have anything to do with WIX.

    am a small business owner with very limited startup funds. I was initially impressed with Wix.com because I didn't have to know so much about build my site and it offered me services I needed. I signed up on Jan 25,2023 begun building my site immediately. Purchased their Premium subscription @$500+ only to wake up Feb 1st 2023 to an email stating " We (they) reviewed my request to have my site deleted / or deactivated!" Both of which I DID NOT!!!Since paying for the Wix.com subscription I've paid for my IRS/EIN @$275+ and I was in the process of trademark my logo. I can't get a return email from Wix.com as I replied back to the one I received. I don't have a TN for them.The process of getting support puts you in an infantile loop of click this / click that! I am stuck! My business plan was to have my site built ( by myself) with Wix.com hosting I was supposed to go live with my online store April 4, 2023. Does anyone have anything or info that might help me get this resolved? Im gonna try another hosting service. I also was unable to access my account after their email, so I was unable to cancel my subscription. I had to cancel my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
