    Awful experience. Avoid Wix like the plague. Even if you have a small or simple site. They will price ***** you and provide no service. That is theft. I wish BBB would do something about them.Our non-profit can't get access to our account or website. Our domain name expires in a month but they canceled our site a month early. We have tried chat, email, and phone..multiple times. I.just get brushed off or told they can't do anything. I'm the president of our organization. We purchased our domain and business email through them, and they refuse to help us with either service. We continue to get charged though. I will call asking how fix problem X, and instead they will say they've taken actions to fix things unrelated to my complaint...making the entire situation much worse. Their account recovery form also only always gets a response of "can't help". And their webpage for unlocking your account with a phone number doesn't work and they refuse to address that at all. The page simply won't load, on mobile or desktop. They want to take your money and never talk to you again NOR provide the services we purchased. By far, the worst web service I've ever purchased or had to deal with.

    We are a small lawn service business just starting out and wix is holding a Credit Card transaction that was a direct deposit into my ************* account. Its been a month and now they-wont even call back. Bills are past due and to see me loose a business over incompetence would be devastating and unacceptable.(What Happened to Wix))

    Holding over 30K of my money from my webstite and depsite having closed my payment account i have nit ********* a paynwnt from them in over 45 days. Horrible custimer service and company is an absolute nighmare!

    This company is holding my business earnings in reserve funds and after further calculations we noticed a shortage in the balance report after reviewing the sales report. This has delayed my company from handling our financial responsibilities else where due to lack of funds. I have tried to resolve this for two months no assistance

    We are a small farm business and Wix mistakenly submitted $16,000 in business refunds as revenue to the **** Their numbers from our ecommerce are completely innaccurate. After 3+ months of literally begging Wix, crying, desperately trying to get someone, anyone from Wix to get back to ** to resubmit our **** to the *** with the proper forms, they still have not done anything. This is leaving our family in a dire financial situation, unable to receive our tax refund, unable to submit taxes, & having to go through many hours of work because of their lack of service or care towards **. Horribly unethical, unprofessional and unhuman. Submitting accurate tax documents should be an escalated issue. They have no way for ** to call them and they keep having fake customer service bots string ** along saying well get back to you and they never do. Please someone put Wix out of business, they are harming families and small businesses.

    I signed up with wix to process my payments for the services I provide and now I after my customer paid me, wix is not releasing my money. It's been weeks now and wix is holding my funds hostage. Already sent them requested information but now they are violating my and my customers privacy, by requesting to send them private conversations between me and them, pictures of me and my product. *** stole money from me and not sending them to me. As a small business I depend on the funds to stay afloat.

    Wix has been charging my card $30/**. For literally no service. I have a website subscription that gets charged $18/mo. and then there is another mysterious subscription (with no website belonging to it) for $30/mo. That has been charging my card for over a year now. I always thought the charge was from my original account until recently. How do you charge someone $30/mo with literally no devices provided on to it? It says on the website that there is no website belonging to the service but the charge just remains active for no reason? Very scam like and gives me the perfect reason to leave to SHOPIFY. This company wont last long.

    I regret sigining up with Wix. It took months, a lot of money and hours to build my website and now I can't access it. I've reached out to them multiple times and only get a stupid bot and a generic IT response. They don't have a phone number to actually speak to somebody so there is no 24/7 help like they state. SO...the business I've worked so hard to establish and get online, I can't access and they AREN'T helping to resolve it. I am overwhelmed with anger and tears.
