    Wow. I just ended my Calibrate program early after telling them I would be filing a complaint with BBB. I subsequently received a partial refund of $675 and my experience is very similar to many others reported here. I joined in January 2022 and everything was going great with prescriptions, responses to questions, etc. In May, I was changing jobs and thus insurance but was able to fill prescriptions early and thus had almost 2 months to get new insurance issues sorted before running out of medication. It was around this time that communications with Calibrate completely degraded. My new insurance was requesting more info to approve medication for weeks and I communicated with Calibrate on several occasions to get this approved with no response and I eventually ran out of meds. Fortunately I started working with another local weight loss doctor and was prescribed different medication, but it was extremely frustrating and in my opinion quite reckless for this company to have someone on prescription medications and then go completely dark. I had no idea if there would be negative side effects from stopping the meds cold Turkey or having to experience the negative side effects (constant nausea) of restarting medication after a lapse. It was interesting that at the same time this was happening there were a series of highly defensive emails sent to members from the calibrate ceo touting a series of excuses relating to this very clear lapse of service. They seemed more than happy to drop me as a customer after I told them I would be reporting them, and I am writing this review because I dont think that others should sign up for this service unless significant improvements are made. Something is clearly not working and should be further investigated

    Awful. I am worse off than when I started, and out a lot of money. They cannot fulfill their promises, and communication is actually impossible.

    This is awful! After 2 months, I have not been able to get any medication or a response back from anybody. The only consistency has been with the coach. Pill pack is ready for my prescription to be sent over to them but no one will contact them. I have had 2 emails stating that Pill Pack has my prescription but they have nothing. Calibrate won't return any of my messages and will not contact the pharmacy. I've been *******!

    I joined Calibrate in January of 2022, paid in full through ****** with $135 monthly payments. The wheels seemed to fall off the bus around May/June when they discontinued their partnership with an online pharmacy. They called in a new prescription at end of June with no issues. I tried to renew on July 26, Calibrate sent the approval for the medication but no Insurance Pre-auth. ********* requested the Insurance pre auth on their end and I also sent a message through the customer service section of the app. I followed up with ********* today and they have not received the requested information, the auto reply from the app is not to submit another question or follow up since they are answering in the order received. I leave out of the country this week so by the time I return it will be close to a full month with no medication.

    Qucik Update: Still monthly delays. If I don't fully facilitate the process nothing gets accomplished. This month I start 1.5 weeks in advance of the prescription running out, the pharmacy reached out to them on 10/06 still waiting for an update. You receive auto replies when you try to contact customer service through their app.

    Less than 15 mins after signing up I started to notice issues. The scheduling was off, the doctors were different than what were posted, there was not a doctor in my state listed. I started to have concerns. I immediately cancelled and followed all cancellation procedures. After five business days I still have not received any response back or a refund. I believe this company is having major issues.

    Calibrate weight loss program is a total scam. You will never receive your medications (Ozempic and others). You will be assigned a worthless diet counselor for 15 minutes every other week. Do not sign the agreement for Calibrate. Im now in a legal battle to get out of this scam and their contract.

    This company should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!! I give them ZERO STARS!! I wish I would have come here to see all of these negative reviews before they took my money! I joined in May 2022. I was never told that it would take them 6weeks to get the medication approved until I had the meeting with the doctor. which was a joke! I'm an RN so he didn't tell me anything that I already know! I know how to read labs as well as understand what they mean. I know how to administer shots, I have been doing it for over 30years! To top everything else off, they won't refund that $250! I joined this program because they "GUARANTEE" that they will get the medication approved for < $25/Month, which is ANOTHER JOKE!! I did not join this program to do it without medication so I requested a refund minus the doctor's **** as it is going on 12 weeks now with NO APPROVAL! This is UNACCEPTABLE and they NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!

    They take your money then cancel appointments. They take 3 days to get back to you but don't provide answers to your questions. I want out. They have provided no service. ************

    I joined Calibrate in June of 2022. I set up a plan to make payments in which a payment was already deducted. I completed the lab work and had my first physician conference on July 6th **Secure Videochat - ****************************** ***** - 45min).( *** *********************** plan was to prescribe Ozempic and metformin (******** is the pharmacy). Wednesday, 8:00 - 8:45 AM EDT 7/6/22 in which as of 7/26/22 ******** still has not received the prescription. I have made several attempts to contact Calibrate via phone and email with no lock aside from a immediate response acknowledging the email. I am very dissappointed with this company and the physician for not following through with agreement. I don't even know how to cancel service to get refund. I also received an email multiple times noting a problem in system:Thank you for contacting us about this message.As you may know, we recently transitioned to send prescriptions directly to home delivery pharmacies to facilitate a smoother communication between Calibrate and pharmacies.We recently identified a technical error in the automated communication that caused your prescription confirmation email to be sent prematurely. We are still working to try to find you an approved and affordable GLP-1 medication. One of the reasons our program is so special is that we work closely with your insurance to find a covered GLP-1, but we apologize that it can be such a lengthy process. We will update you as soon as we have more information regarding your medication coverage. No further action is needed on your end at this time.Warmly,Team Calibrate Also my first coaching session was changed without warning in the middle of the night after I took a day off to attend. I would reconsider joining this program. I thought it would be ideal being that I am so busy and find it hard to attend weekly weight loss appointments. I was wrong. ***

    Calibrate took my money, and then failed to fulfill their end of the contract. Apparently they must have lost their pharmacy provider because Ive seen hundreds of customers who are experiencing the same thing. They are not responding to clients, dont have enough help ( they laid off 2/3 of their staff several weeks ago) - they continue to advertise for new clients with promises of GLP 1 medications when they cant even help the clients they already have. I was one of the lucky ones - as soon as I learned about the layoffs, knowing I hadnt received my refills, I demanded a full refund and got it. But if you go to the unofficial calibrate ************** you will see so many people who have had zero response. They are also telling people its fine for them to stop taking the medications cold turkey - but their breaking the contract they made. And there are not enough coaches so people arent even getting coaching support either. They should be shut down. This is a bait and switch scheme - and these are dishonest people who have done material harm to people like me who trusted them and were working the program and having success. Please protect other people from these scammers. They even scammed their own employees. Do something before someone is seriously harmed.
