    I have been in the program for 3 months and my experience has been great so far. The new phone line has helped tremendously with any issues. Calibrate is a startup so please keep that in mind. You also need to keep in mind that at the end of the day they will do their best to get you coverage and cannot control how long or if your insurance company will approve any medication and they are legally not allowed to investigate medical coverage until you have a doctor *********** AS YOU WOULD WITH ANY PCP. This program is amazing but medication is not your only tool and is not a magic pill for weight loss. Yes it is important but if you are not able to give a start up company patience especially when they are dealing with ******** coupon changes that have impacted the entire healthcare industry then this is not for you.

    At best they are poor. The communication has gone down hill since I signed up. There are huge gaps of time between questions and responses. I went without meds for 6 weeks then 4 weeks while they didnt respond. They half heartedly try to blame their problems on everyone else. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ive lost weight, but only because I doggedly kept after them and they finally responded. Too bad Im stuck in a contract.

    This company is a complete joke. The only way you can contact anyone including the doctors is through CHAT they they DO NOT RESPOND to or if they do, they blame the customer or say its not their job. They prescribe weekly medications but if something goes wrong they dont respond at all or try to blame YOU!! Their whole premise is that they work with the insurance companies but there is a HUGE DISCONNECT, they have no idea what they are doing and no sense or urgency to solve problems. So incompetent and useless. Just get the medication from your local doctor, they have NO IDEA what they are doing. Complete Money grab on their part. Supposed to have a Drs appt at the end of the program but they do not coordinate that at all they just ignore you. If you dont have any problems it is probably ok but the second anything goes wrong, be prepared to be IGNORED and have long interruptions with your medication. This is NO WAY TO R+TREAT PATIENTS OR CUSTOMERS!!! They should be ashamed of their horrible service. Do not believe anything they say.

    I echo all the negative reviews here and would advise people to STAY AWAY. Once they have your money, they basically send you a scale and some literature and thats it. Trying to schedule an appointment or get a simple question answered takes weeks if at all (still waiting for my first session nearly 5 weeks after signing up). Hope the BBB can do something.

    Avoid at all costs. This whole thing reeks of a scam at this point as they know they're dealing with a vulnerable population and are pushing to sign you up with all sorts of false promises, only to just ignore you for the following time you're locked into the program - it really just seems like a cash grab. Haven't lost weight on the program, customer service is non-existent, can't secure medications, when they decide to prescribe something they'll send off for the wrong medications, coaching is poor, no medical followups, food plan is ok but not amazing. Overall a gigantic waste of time and money and a large source of stress. Oh and the *** emails about how "they're trying to improve" and "understand our frustration" is the icing on top as they actively try and recruit more people to join the program that's already completely overwhelmed. It seems like they're constantly losing coaches and medical staff, so there's no consistency there either.

    I signed up for Calibrate and was told even if my insurance denied the medication that theyd be able to get it for me with a voucher for $25 a month. 8 weeks after my initial doctors visit and 10 weeks after signing up I still had no communication about my medication despite my insurance denying it in week 4. I had reached out and was told the process can ***********-8 weeks after my initial doctors visit and I was only in week 4. After inquiring with my food coach in week 8 I was told my file showed they submitted my prescription in week 4. However, I never received notification from the pharmacy and when inquiring with the pharmacy they dont have a prescription from me. And now Calibrate will not respond to my messages. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to talk to someone, no luck. This is a terrible company.

    They completely misrepresented the program, the coaching, their ability to get medication prescribed, and their customer service.A doctor will not be looking after you on this program. The coaches read from a a script and have no interest in your well being and will cancel appointments at random. **************** is completely **** with messages going unanswered for weeks. I kept asking if my medication was being covered by a coupon and no one would answer me until the coupon was no longer valid. No one from calibrate worked to get medication approved with my insurance company, I spoke with my policy holder and they never received anything from Calibrate.I asked for a full refund and received only a partial, when I did not receive the medication or doctor care that was I promised.Avoid this company at all costs.

    I signed up in July and by september 14th 2022 i still was not assigned a medication. So i decided to cancel. I went through affirm for the payment. ****** stated that i need to contact calibrate. While i understand the 250 non refundable charge. Affirm paid them the full **** and they should be refunded the difference. Now i have to pay the whole **** back and did not receive any services. Its a total scam.

    Calibrate purports to guarantee a 10% (+) weight loss for all members via the use of coaches and GLP-1 medications. After four months as a member they were still unable to secure me GLP-1 medications. I sent multiple emails and was told to contact different arms of their organization, and the directions were completely nonsensical. For example, I was told by the medical team that my ongoing prescription issues "weren't their department." I'm not sure who besides the medical team should be dealing with prescriptions. They also engage in what amounts to bullying members by telling everyone that if you send more than one message you are sent back to the bottom of the question queue in their attempts to condition us not to question them. We would receive weekly emails from "Calibrate Founder" touting how much "better" they were doing and how they were responding to people in three days. After ten days with no response to probably my fourth inquiry about the medication that was falsely promised to me four months prior, they finally responded and stated they could not prescribe me the medication as promised but would instead offer me a coupon for full price medication and that if I accepted said coupon I would FORFEIT MY ABILITY TO REQUEST A REFUND. When I read that I almost started laughing. In summary significant steps are promised that they cannot deliver on , if you question them you are bullied to stop questioning them, and a textbook bait and switch occurred with regard to the medication they falsely guarantee. Additionally once I requested a refund, they made me wait until the last day I could request it and then ask them again. After I asked again I received a reply that they would get back to me about the refund. Days went by and I emailed again. I received a reply that I would receive an email with refund details. TEN DAYS later I still had not received anything and emailed yet again this time getting a refund less $250 of the original **** cost. Steer clear.
