    I just finished my year long commitment with Calibrate & not only did I not lose any weight, but overall had a terrible experience with the program, communications, app, and customer support. Communication and coordination were terrible. I reached out at the end of my program to request the money back guarantee, as I lost 3% of weight versus the 10% that was promised in the program & through the money back guarantee. I did not log in the app on average 5/week as a part of the program because the app changed halfway through my program and I had 3 months of usability issues with the app. I met with their coaches every 2 weeks, I expressed my concerns with my lack of progress and my issues with the app/not being able to track in the app. I was very communicative with my issues throughout. I am now being told I do not qualify for the money back guarantee as I didn't meet the tracking requirement, even though it was an app/internal company issue that I didn't track not my own fault. I cannot go into THEIR system to fix the app problems that prevented me from tracking. I did all the other items for the whole year, followed the learning, did the medication, the coaching, the lifestyle change, etc. I am not sure why I am being held accountable for a money back guarantee that was disrupted by the company's change of ************** issues. I was even told by my coaches that I was not the only person experiencing the issues with the revamped app, that they whole program hinges on. The customer service throughout the program was less than helpful & especially now that I am finished with the program, I keep getting the same copy & past answer to all my concerns and issues. TERRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND. I would not recommend this program or company to anyone!

    I started on the plan a year ago. Communication and coordination were terrible. I cancelled out of frustration. I am hounded to this day by the correlated group I got financing from to pay for the plan, even though I explained to them also I had legit reasons. NOW, a year later, Calibrate pushed through a prior authorization for the medication even though I have not talked to their doctor in that year. It is messing up a current provider trying to write me a script and Im ready to file a medical review complaint with them also. Nightmare of a company.

    This program is billed as highly customizable, responsive, and results-driven. It is anything but. I maybe had one good interaction with a coach and then they left. The other coaches I worked with constantly changed and were not encouraging or understanding. Additionally the app is useless, constantly breaking, and is incredibly limited in terms of communication. I would go months without someone responding to my questions. However, when I wrote to cancel my membership, I received a response and action within minutes. I highly recommend staying away from this company. They do not have the strategy or operations figured out and it shows.

    This company does not respond to communications. They claim to have busy staff but I have contacted them multiple times though multiple channels for a month and have never received a reply other than an automated email. There are countless complaints of the same type. But they never fail to take your money. This is not a legitimate weight loss service. Maybe for a handful of people but the bad reviews and experiences are everywhere. Class action suit level.

    Absolute scam. Leads you on for months with "promises" to fulfill their obligations. Takes weeks if not months to respond to support requests. Refuses to connect on the phone. Falsely advertises success and guarantees, omits certain programs aren't included in their money-back guarantee. I would STRONGLY recommend not throwing your money away on this trash company. Absolute nightmare from start to finish.

    Complete scam, Do not fall prey to this company. Lack of support, no support line to call. Will only take messages through their app that they take weeks to respond to with no resolution. Failed to provide services paid for and refused a request for refund. Save yourself from the frustration of dealing with this company.

    I have never regretted purchasing something as much as the Calibrate program. They dont deliver any of the service that is marketed. Once you join, you are stuck. It takes them weeks if not a month to respond to any questions in the app. Most likely you will just get a canned response. No resolve. They wont let you cancel even though they dont deliver what they market before joining. The app is horrible and was completely unusable for weeks which throws the whole program off track. This company is so unorganized, and the customer service is just awful.

    I joined Calibrate in late 2022. The first 6 months were pretty good. I lost over 20 pounds. The past 5 months were really bad the stuff that should be in books about how NOT to run a business. I've gained almost all of this back.While I would like to get out of my financial commitment to them, that doesn't seem possible. Their customer service team has told me so, despite their inability to provide 1) medication that was promised as part of my contract and 2) timely responses from customer support. They haven't held up their end of the deal, plain and simple and I was forced to pay up front. I'm painfully reminded of this each month as my monthly payment is due. Just to recap the series of decisions that became untenable for me: App launch that was a clear user experience downgrade from the previous app Medication approval was denied in the middle of my dosing (Mid June); I realize this was not directly their fault, but communication response to this took nearly a month Most messages sent through the support center took **** days to receive even an acknowledgement of receipt, let alone resolution I had to pay for this up front Meanwhile, my coach has now left Calibrate. I can only imagine the stories she heard from customers like me and the frustration she saw first hand. The only tool she had in her toolbox was "I will let my manager know," knowing full well that there would be no follow up. So, on behalf of all the people who put their trust in you, this wasn't and isn't fair. They can't take our money UP FRONT then betray our trust. They sent out an email from the *** in mid August, but it was too little too late. In an industry filled with false promises, this is yet another disappointment and they continue to get paid despite failure to provide even basic communication or follow through on services paid for.

    AWFUL!! Do not use them at all. They do not stand by anything they say. They make you pay upfront and will not allow any cancellations! I have tried so many diets/companies to loose weight and this one has the worst service of all. Their app is awful, their promises hollow, and most of the staff have quit or been laid off. Health in their title is not their philosophy. It is only to make money!
