    Absolutely the worst business I have ever had to deal with! The doctors know nothing about weight loss, the coaches have canned questions they ask and aren't really any help, particularly when you have questions about customer service. There is no phone support, not even an internet page. Just the stupid app that lets you maybe see 3 things and that's it. 3 things you already know and don't need!! I wish I could give a zero star rating. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I am contacting Affirm to see if they can do anything about my money.

    They have a horrible app and it's the only way one is able to communicate. Phone numbers are not available. I haven't been able to get my medication in several months.

    The company takes weeks too respond to requests. I was promised that I would get the Ozempic medication and only received it once since I joined in January. The app is not usable because they take weeks to respond. They are not a good company. They dont have a support line to call them.

    They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They don't respond to any support, health questions when you try to cancel, they don't allow it. The health coaching was a joke!

    Terrible business. No real response back to multiple messages instead they message back to stop sending multiple messages. I have been out of my med since august and have had no response from the about a reason why. When contacting my insurance company they state they had multiple calls out to them with no response. So terrible

    This company is a rip off! They offer a 72 hour cancellation policy. Within 72 hours, you may get a refund. After that, even if you are unhappy with it, you are bound to a $200 service fee. I signed up for the program, downloaded the app, and had to wait for my welcome packet. The welcome packet was literally a scale and a tape measure. And instructions to go to the app. I found it very non-user-friendly, and complicated. Too time consuming, and too many steps to take. I reached out several times through the app to cancel my service. I had to reach out for at least a week several times to confirm my cancellation. Then I reached out to get a refund for the $145 that was charged to me. I also requested to return the scale and tape measure because it never came out of the box. All of that was denied. And I will also be charged another $55 to cover the $200 service fee. the services they are claiming is setting up labs - even though I never saw a doctor or did any lab work whatsoever, and setting up my account and sending me a scale. The only part of setting up my account was me filling out a questionnaire on the app. No labs were drawn, no medicines were given, no doctor was ever seen. And I offered to return the scale that was sent. I thought that would be sufficient to not be charged $200 because nothing was ever done and no services were provided! I understand there is a 72 hour cancellation rule, but it seems like a trap to me! If you dont get your welcome packet, within 72 hours (which I DID NOT), how do you know if you want to cancel?? BUYER BEWARE! Even if you are unhappy with the services that are or are not provided, you will still be charged for NOTHING! So think twice before signing up for this program!

    I cant say it any better than ************* review. Do not fall prey. I am petitioning my credit card for reimbursement. They are not a credible company and should not be allowed to conduct business this way.

    Today this is pretty much a scam.Their support is non-existent, leaving even the simplest support requests unanswered... or you get a canned "we understand that you are eager to get medication".App is broken to the point that it's impossible to schedule a consult or anything.They take the money and provide you with scales, and nothing else.Complaining to your "coach" results in the same canned response, and then they report you for being rude. Being rude is apparently a violation of their policies, that aren't shared with the customers. Violation of the secret policies results in dismissal without any kind of refunds.Go read comments on ***************** Play and elsewhere. All negative in the last 3 months.(September 2023)

    Total scam. Company is singularly focused on collecting your money. I joined in May. I was informed of "pre-approval" in June. It is now September and Ive received no ozempic. Sent multiple messages but no reply from July until the end of August. STAY AWAY
