I signed up with Weight Watchers for a 10 month program at $10 a month. Within 2 hours I had second thoughts about the program and canceled it. I received a cancellation confirmation email but found it would not go into effect until the 10 months were up, meaning I am held responsible for the full $100 for something I don't want. They call it a cancellation, but I call it a sham. If I bought a house or a car in **********, I would have 3 full days to cancel the transaction and receive a refund of any monies that had been paid. I think what Weight Watchers is doing is reprehensible!

It is unclear that when you sign up for a 'commitment' that you can't cancel your membership until that time period is over. Very deceptive.

WW did not disclose important information to me when I signed up. Within 15 minutes of signing up and realizing this was a dealbreaker for me, I called them immediately. I was spoken to rudely. I was told that they would not give me my $149.back. I was told a supervisor would call me that never happened. Instead, I received an email telling me that I should go in and my weight loss journey because they werent going to pay me back. Now I am afraid they will continue to try to take money out of my bank account.

There are several issues that need to be addressed with the app, but there is no way to leave feedback, or to actually talk to anyone at WW. Not even to cancel. I tried to cancel but am apparently locked into a yearlong contract. I get so aggravated using the app day by day. I have an android phone thus android app. This app is extremely buggy. Clearly did not adequately beta-test before releasing. Specifically:I cannot add a saved meal or recipe by clicking the plus-sign "+" by the respective meal. I have to go to my profile/foods and add from there. Then, close that out and go back to the "+" for the meal and add the rest of the items I ate. I cannot create recipes/meals/foods by going to profile/foods. I have to go to the meal for that day and create there. But I can't add from there to my meal; I have to go to profile/foods. WTF?When you click the "+" to add items for a meal, it is supposed to pull up recently used foods for that meal. It does not. It pulls up items for the wrong meal. What I mean is, when I try to add a snack, it will often pull up the most recent dinner items; not snack items. I often fill out my breakfast and lunch items before eating dinner. I will open the breakfast section, and it will pull up recently saved dinners. So, I have to search/scan items, even though they are frequently used items.I cannot build a recipe using the barcode scanner. I open the barcode scanner from the add ingredient screen and it finds the food ok. But then the only thing I can do is track the food. There is no way to add as an ingredient to the recipe I'm creating.I cannot change my goal or start weight. The app is remembering values from when I was using the app 2 years ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's apparently getting this data online from WW.Funny thing is that my wife has the Apple app and has none of these problems. Are you being paid by ***** to sabotage the droid app?

Complete SCAM! Do not sign up for the GLP-1 program. They have you complete a short survey to see if you qualify. They ask your current weight, if you've been on the medication previously etc. very basic questions. Then they say you've qualified, and require you to pay $99 plus the monthly charge for medication, for the first month it was $129 but will go up after. Once you get access they start asking more questions and require you to submit documents showing proof of previous medications taken, current weight, weight you were previously to taken medication, etc. If you can't provide these documents then you are not qualified and they will not refund your money. This is a complete SCAM! They should ask for all of the require proof prior to approval and taking your money. The will not share the process for filing a formal complaint and they will not provide a contact email/number for you to contact for a refund.

I signed up for Weight Watchers, enticed by their advertised monthly plan, only to discover later that I had unknowingly been locked into a yearly contract. The signup process was intentionally vague, with no clear indication that I was committing to a full year. When I reached out to customer service to cancel, I was informed that I would be charged for the remaining months regardless of my dissatisfaction. This felt like an outright scam, especially since I had selected what appeared to be a month-to-month option. The lack of transparency in their billing practices is deeply disappointing and feels predatory toward new ******** make matters worse, there is no option to cancel the contract early without incurring the full cost, leaving me stuck with a program I NEVER used. Weight Watchers claims to promote healthy lifestyles, but their business practices are anything but ethical. For a company that markets itself as a supportive and customer-focused service, they seem more interested in trapping people in contracts than genuinely helping them. I would strongly advise anyone considering Weight Watchers to carefully read the fine print and think twice before signing up. There are plenty of other weight management programs out there that are more transparent and respectful of their customers.

Program works if you use it, unfortunately they charge your card for months after you quit and your contract is up.

I signed up for the $10.00 monthly plan for 10 months. I did not realize that there was no online/desktop version of the program. Only the app. I have serious eyesight issues, and I cannot use the app. I called and cancelled today. I hope they actually do it.

What you don't realize is that when WW customers sign up on ****** play for 1-12+ months for the deal is that it's not specified that it's only for virtual tracking. If you want to attend an in person meeting you have ot have a certain specified membership that you can not sign up for via WW ****** play. I've tried to get refunded or credited through WW to upgrade and no one will validate my request. I'm trying to to this company a benefit and I cannot. They need to have better relations with ****** play I do no want to have to sign up AGAIN FOR WW via weightwatchers.com just because the app doesn't support the upgrade. This is unaccpetable
