I placed an order on Nov.9th payment went through the same day. Never received an email with tracking info until I emailed company. It finally made it to customs then got stranded there. Have emailed 4 more times and have yet to receive a response. It's now 2 and half months later and have not received my order an email explaining or a refund. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site as they have no customer service and you have no guarantee you will receive the order you pay for.Kate Spade & Company

Worst customer service ever. I called 1/16/24 requesting update on a return. I tracked and noticed it was received on 1/5/24. I asked how come the return process was taking so long and the person i spoke to had the nerve comment and say, "do you need the return because you need the money". How unprofessional of him, a customer service agent. His job is to be helpful and not make awful comments. who is he to ask this. i clearly see **** spade does not value customer service because clearly there agents aren't trained properly. before i hung up, i asked if i could speak to as supervisor and he basically refused and said there isn't a supervisor. I also mentioned, what if you need to escalate an issue, who would you contact. He basically stayed quiet and said there is not supervisor. how is that possible. After the call, i decided to call back and attempt to talk to a supervisor and was placed on a 20 minute hold to then see the line get disconnected. i cant believe **** Spade operated like this, i will definitely be taking my business else and based on all the complaints here. Its clear to see **** Spade is not doing anything to correct there issue with their awful customer service department.Kate Spade & Company

I Purchased a few Items on the Kate Spade outlet page. I was excited as it offered a " free tote bag" while supplies last " . It was Sunday night, around 11pm. I realized after I checked out, that my receipt did not mention I would be receiving the free tote bag. So the next morning (Monday) at 7am I emailed the company. They confirmed that " tote bags were only while supplies last" and guess what? No more tote bags available. Ok I thought, I'll cancel my order. I had received an Email saying "Your order has begun processing. We'll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Please note, your payment method will not be charged until your items have shipped." My items had not yet shipped. So I requested my order be cancelled, but they refused. "we are sorry to say that we are unable to cancel it prior to shipment. Most online orders process quickly and enter the shipping stage within minutes to ensure a timely delivery."I remarked that they should take the advertisement off their website as the tote bags were no longer available. Since they continue to advertise the free bag when they no none remain, yet would not cancel my order before it shipped , I felt this practice was deceptive. Especially since there are NO RETURNS. " Final Sale" Around 1 pm on Monday, 6 hours after I requested my order be cancelled , I received my notification that my items ( with no free tote bag) would be shipping. They offered me 10% off my next purchase, which I will never use due to their lack of customer service. Oh, and the Add for the free tote bag remains on their website. Purchased a pair of shoes 12/29/23 online and chose pickup I got a call from Katespade store on 01/01/23 asking if I'm picking up my item I said yes I'll be there on 01/02/23 I was told if I don't pickup my item would be canceled so I went to the store to pickup I was told in order for me to get the shoes I paid for already I would have to pay for them again because it's about to be canceled so I said it's not canceled so why can't I have them she replied no because I have to pay I never received a refund that she claimed I was refunded back into my original payment I'm disgusted of treatment I recievedKate Spade & Company

I own so many designer bags ,but very disappointed with my first Katespade purchase. The item labels are very deceiving. I purchased a bag from katespade outlet, it doesnt look like designer katespade bag at all. Looks very cheap and duplicate. For the same price, I can get very good MK or coach bags. I feel very betrayed being purchased for first time. They should mention in the outlet site that katespade ******* and katespade outlet are not same, especially when you dont have an option to return.Kate Spade & Company

Worst customer service ever!! I placed an order on December 19th for 2 bags. I entered the right address for my order, but because I paid through PayPal the system took my PayPal billing address as my shipping address. This caused my items to be shipped to the wrong address. I called **** spade to see if they could help, the agent said they couldn't do anything and I should contact **** When I called **** they had already delivered one of the bags and said they could route the second bag to my correct address if the shipper (**** spade) would contact them to do it. I called **** spade again to see if they would help with *** and of course they refused to do anything. The agent I talked to said that they would do a one time accomodation and send me replacement bags after both my bags are delivered. I called them back the next day to see if they would actually send me replacement bags, they gave me the runaround claiming that I had been misled and since it was my fault that the order had the wrong address I would have to eat the cost of the bags. At this point my only hope is for *** to retrieve my packages and return to **** spade for refund. I learnt an expensive ****** to never give this company my money again. They have the most unhelpful customer service I have ever encountered.Kate Spade & Company

Worst customer service ever! I ordered an item on Nov 29th. Received an email on 12/4 that it shipped. Yesterday I contacted them asking where the item was as the tracking had not been updated. I was told it was lost and there were none in stock to replace. It was a Christmas gift. The person I was chatting with said that I could order something else and they would give me 25% and free overnight shipping. I said well you website is already offering 25% off so thats not really a deal. They said my 25% is in addition to that. I chose something else with ****** Mouse on it. Its my sister-in-laws favorite. I was told I would have to wait until the order processed before the discounts would be applied. Later in the day I received an email but only 25% off was given. I went back on the chat to be told that I would have to wait until I received the shipping email confirming shipment. So this morning I went back on to be told that I have no proof of the additional 25% off and they were not honoring it. I can't believe in this day and age there is no record of the conversation. I then told them I didn't want the item and I wanted return info sent to me...I was told all sales are final. They also told me the first person I chatted with must of been mistaken about the discount because I wasn't getting the same item. I said they were the ones who told me there were none in stock. We went round and round with no resolution. I emailed customer service only to be told I was credited for the 1st shipment and the 2nd should be arriving. Never addresses the discount. I purchased items from **** Spade's website on Black Friday with a significant discount. Items were for a birthday on the 18th of December. The shipping estimate said it would get there well before this date.On December 4th, I received an email saying a label was generated and was awaiting carrier pick up. A week later, I still did not have a package so I reached out via the chat feature on **** Spade's website to speak to a representative. I have screenshots of this conversation. They said that it was a mistake on the company's end and that they would rectify the situation by generating a new label immediately. I asked them to send it expedited/overnight so that it would arrive on time. They said they would look into that option and I would receive it soon.The next day I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No where in the conversation that I have screenshots of did the word "cancel" appear. I once again went online to reach out to a representative. This time, the representative told me that they sold more of the items than the inventory available, as in they sold me out of stock items that were never going to arrive at the designated shipment date at check out. It was a total farce. They said they couldn't do anything about it but offered me 10% off to order the exact same still out of stock items... That doesn't even make sense. Again, I have screenshots of everything.Today, out of nowhere, I received an email saying one of my items is arriving tomorrow. First of all, the company said my items were cancelled. So I expect them to be cancelled. Second, they arrived well beyond the date they were expected to arrive. I no longer have use for them as they were intended as a birthday gift for a party that took place today! So, no thanks!This company is selfish selling more items than inventory allows. They blew past the arrival date by over a week. And they told me the order was cancelled then shipped it anyway. Sorry, that doesn't work for me.Kate Spade & Company

I ordered the gingerbread cross body bag on your website on December 1st 2023, after receiving an email about it being restocked and eagerly awaiting it. After 2 calls totaling over 45 mins I was told that a 15 percent off would be added to my purchase, since this purchase was going to take longer than the 3-7 business days that it was supposed to take. On December 12th I received an email which I didnt see until December 13th at 4 pm informing me that my purchase had been cancelled. I am extremely frustrated by this situation.I have now been on hold with your customer service team again for over 30 minutes trying to come to an amicable agreement about a future purchase, which I am leery to make at this point.Up until about 5 minutes ago I was okay with the customer service I had received, despite the misinformation, I felt that they had done their best to fix the situation.However, after asking for clarification about an additional 15 percent that they were willing to offer me and whether it could be combined with the current sale prices on the website, the person I was speaking with frustratedly told me that they could not give me a free item.I did not expect that and his inability to explain the discount properly and then that type of response was shocking and rude.I am astounded at the lack of After holding for over 35 minutes I was hung up on.Kate Spade & Company
