      We hired Ultimate Transport 123 just for them to ignore us. Initially I called them on 12/30/2024 to book a load with them, which they guaranteed to have it picked up by 12/31/2024. Of course it didn't happen. Then as I requested a refund, they kept dodging and hanging up, not picking up the phone call. They claimed they had a $300 cancelation fee when it clearly stated in THEIR contract that cancelation fee was $100. They are scammers and totally doing it on purpose. Would not recomend working with them at all. Manager is a very coward man. And they hire philipino/indian customer service **** that do the dirty work for them. Company needs to be ashamed of themselves.

However, we would like to clarify that you signed and agreed to a contract stating we have up to 10 business days from the first available date (12/30/2024) to dispatch a driver and pick up the vehicle. We were still within this time frame to complete the service, but you chose to cancel.

      As outlined in the contract:

      "If the customer cancels prior to the completion of the 10 business days, the fee charged is not refunded since the first stage of providing the service had begun with the intent to complete."
      For this reason, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund.

      You respectfully tried to put a $300 fee, as a "cancelation fee" when it CLEARLY stated in YOUR contract that I signed that cancelation fees are $100. Additionally I would like to make it known that UT123 has offered me not only a refund but an additional money for me to delete the review on BBB. Last time I checked if you were in the right there would be no need to offer me money to remove my complaint. Not Only did I complain about the refund process, but your company didn't help me at all after you ghosted me. From being hung up on and blocked to your "manager" dodging my phone calls. Also there is only 1 lady that works in customer service that pretends to be 3 people as if its a corporation level company. Im just in awe on how bad the service is and how ya'll don't care about your business practices. My BBB complaint is only the half of it)))!!!

      We have reached out to the customer in an effort to meet his expectations and resolve this matter. Quoting his request, we are willing to apply the $100 cancellation fee and refund $200. However, we have not offered anything beyond this refund, which is what the customer requires to consider the complaint resolved.

      We also do not consent to the spread of misinformation about our company, as we have not ghosted the customer at any point. That being said, we would like to clarify that we called the customer this morning, 01/14, to address the situation. Unfortunately, he chose to hang up on our manager and disconnected three subsequent calls.

      We remain willing to resolve this issue; however, we are unable to do so without the customers cooperation. We will await further communication from either the BBB or the customer to mediate this matter.

        I Would like to make it known and state in record that, UT123 has called me only once on 1/14 while I was in a meeting, which proceeded to reply to them immediately by text message and a phone call couple hours late as agreed over text messages. When called the UT123 company later that day, I was told the manager was in a "meeting" as always and I was told that he would call me back, 2 days have gone by and I haven't gotten any call backs. I would also make it known that anything I am saying about the company is totally true and based on facts that both parties cannot deny. I would also make it known that all of this could have been avoided by them being in touch as they promised to do so in the first place.

      ********AT DATE ORDER PLACED 12/27/2024 ITS NOW 12/31/2024 ****** AND ****** ARE SCAMMERS they have blocked us now on my main number used for this order, still has not been picked up after signing new 2nd contract with a definite driver to be picking up between ***** mid day 12/31/2024 they keep giving us the run around of 3 days then the fine print says they actually have 10 days to find a driver and hold your money without cancellation. ****** and ****** are horrible dispatchers that LIE TO YOUR FACE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY we actually trusted this company because they delivered and got us our vehicle picked up in 3 days the FIRST time we used them.

      I did hire their services. They could not find a driver for three weeks. I was receiving storage charge from the auctioneer and three weeks later they called me and they asked me if I found a driver without calling me as they promise and I said yeah, I found another driver and then they charge me $300 out of my credit card saying that was a consolation fee. This company is a fraud do not hire them.

      they picked up my car August 11th. I write this on August 29th. car was supposed to be in ***** 2-3-4 days after pick up. today, 18 days after pickup, it's at an autobody shop. see pics attached. They brokered out the business/my car to an unlicensed and uninsured transport company. I REPEAT, THEY BROKERED OUT THE CAR/SHIPMENT TO AN UNINSURED AND UNLICENSED COMPANY!!!! Cornerstone Transport LLC, the company they contracted to get the car to Miami lost its license in June. no matter how small they make their disclaimer on the bottom of their contract, giving my car to an unlicensed company automatically makes them liable and in default of their agreement. there is also about 400 extra miles on the car. so between taking the car from us and getting it to destination (as of today the auto body shop), the car was taken for some joy rides. we have proof of odometer reading at pickup and the odometer now. the video of the odometer reading at pick up actually has their worker in the video. when i brought this up to **** he said, "its your word against ours", not knowing we have the proof. we are now talking to an attorney and will start action against them for being responsible for decreasing the value of the car due to the accident. we actually had a tracker in the car and WE tracked the car to the auto body shop. they kept telling us that the delivery truck had a flat, than the driver was pulled over and they were waiting for another driver and a few other stories. throughout the whole process they kept lying and lying until we called the autobody shop (as per the tracker we had in the car) and asked if our car was there and it was confirmed that it was. other wise they would have fixed the issue and never would have told us about the accident. we called the police and have a report if needed.

      Your generic response will not fly now.  you hope that people just go away because the amounts are low.  we have proof of the miles when you took the car and we have proof of the miles when the police came to the auto body shop in ******  all of this you were trying to hide from us.  if we don't track the car to this auto body shop you never tell us about the incident.  you took the car on August 11th.  we finally took it from the auto body shop on August 29th.  on August 30th, the car stalled on a highway because the unlicensed and uninsured transport company you work with sent the car to a non *** certified shop, without our consent, because you guys never thought we would find out.  its so funny that you now acknowledge that the car was in an accident because during the time you guys had our car, you ignored our calls and never called us back, stalling for time.   you DO NOT strive for transparency and resolution, you actually do the opposite but now that you are caught you come out with some BS.   now when WE show you that we know that the car has been hit, you acknowledge.....  the car was now towed and will go to ***.  after that either through our insurance company or our attorneys we will hold you responsible for damaging our vehicle.  

      Car picked up August 11th.  ******** was supposed to be August 13-14-15.  Today, on September 2nd, we have a stalled vehicle waiting to be serviced because Ultimate Transport 123 hired an unlicensed and uninsured company who drove the car around for 400 miles and damaged it.  take that for a business model......

      First and foremost, you continuously hid from us, not returning our calls and not taking our calls.  but it sure sounds good when you write it the way you did now.  you never told us our car was in an accident.  we told you!!!!.  only after that did you own up to it.  your goal has always been not to keep us informed with the most accurate information available.

      as per advice of counsel, I will not show you any proof now and here but you will see it soon.  you are only fully committed now when you got caught brokering this out to an uninsured and unlicensed company.  During the time you guys had the car, gasoline was put in on 2 different occasions.  Sounds normal right? i know, you will want proof.  you will have that too.

      let me clarify how/why the car stopped running.  the damage caused by your incompetence was not only to the bumper.  we only knew what we were told by the shop and Cornerstone but the truth was that there was more damage done than just the bumper.  shop and cornerstone, you now why? because you were avoiding us.  and this issue/problem now is all on you.  because you handed our 45k car to an uninsured and unlicensed company.  you will continue to do nothing, which is exactly what you have done since you have taken our car on August 11th.  the exact cause here is your incompetence.  you want to properly address it?  pay for all the damages.  at a *** approved shop and not the shady shop you sent the car to.

      On June 9th company contracted to transport my car to *******. Car was damaged upon arrival. Company refuses to take responsibility. Tells me to call the truck driver who transported the car. Truck driver wants to try to pound out the dent in his garage and would not get fixed at a licensed repair shop. Since it's been so long, I got two estimates and got the damage fixed. The bill was $2,000. Company gave me insurance certificate for the truck driver with no other information at all - who to contact and what to do. I contacted the broker listed in the insurance certificate who told me to contact the insurance company. The insurance company said no purpose to filing claim since there was a $2,000 deductible.

       Your response is amazing but not surprising. When selling your services, TRANSPORTATION OF CARS, you mention how you were a family-owned business and resolve all problems. And then you put down in some tiny terms and conditions document that you are not responsible for anything. When speaking to your customer service agent, he claims he has no manager, supervisor or other authority at the company. The insurance company of the truck drive refused to even take my information let alone pay for my damage. How are you in the business of transporting cars and then when the cars are damaged you take zero responsibility? The truth seems to be you are simply just some shadow brokers that make a phone call to truck drivers to get them some inventory to ship, you do not vet these truck drivers, and you provide no service.

      Date - 4/26/24 Amount - $ 300 Business - Ultimate Transport 123 was to Transport my Car for $ 300 Down, $ 1200 at Delivery Nature Of Dispute - After receiving my $ 300 down payment on 4/26/24, Ultimate Transport 123 tried to take another $ 300 out of my credit card without my approval on 4/27/24. After them trying to steal $ 300 from me, I requested Ultimate Transport 123 to cancel the contract and refund my money on 4/27/24. They told me they were keeping my $ 300, even though the contract states there is a $ 100 charge for a cancelled contract. I had to freeze my credit card to keep Ultimate Transport 123 from stealing more money from me.Resolution - *********** refused to resolve the issue, and kept my money.Ultimate Transport 123 advertised car transport at $ 300 down payment, then refused to transport a car without at least $ 600 down payment.

      We apologize for any inconvenience. Upon checking, we have the first available pickup date scheduled for 04/26/2024. As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver on 04/29/2024 10:18:04 AM: Dispatched and the client was assessed the required reservation fee. Please be advised that there will be times the reservation fee may vary which will be dependent on the carrier we choose to dispatch too. In the event this may happen the total price quoted will NEVER change. On 4/29/2024, client cancelled the transport. As per Cancellation policy, If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full. 

      For this case, we are unable to assist with any refund requests.

      So Ultimate Transport 123 tried to charge my credit card an extra $ 300 without even telling me, they did leave me a message stating that my downpayment needed to be more than the $300 shown on the contract signed with them. Then the Ultimate Transport 123 representative started pushing me for my Venmo account to charge the money to. Why sign a contract for $ 300 down if the downpayment is going to be more, that is a nefarious business practice. No company should ever try to charge a client without getting permission up front, that is also nefarious. At that point I felt this company was not to be trusted (as many of their write *** on-line state), so I decided the safe thing to do was to cancel. The contract sent in shows a $ 100 fee for a cancelled transport, they charged me $ 300. This company practices in nefarious business actions and should be shown by the BBB as untrustworthy. I have attached THEIR contract again which states $ 300 Down, and a $ 100 cancellation fee, both items they unilaterally ignored, and decided to STEAL $ 300 from me.

      Ultimate Transport 123 promised to refund me $200 of the $ 300 on a phone call (as per their contract), they did not. Ultimate Transport 123 is an illegitimate company and should be marked as not to be used by the BBB. They basically stole $ 300 from me and tried to steal more money from me, forcing me to lock my credit card. Then they tried to get me to recall my BBB claim, promising to send me $ 200 of the $ 300 they took from me, and they didn’t. This issue is far from resolved and is illegal.

      We booked for pickup from ********* ** to ************ ** in October for pickup to be 12/26. It took them an additional week to actually pick up our vehicle so we had to rent a car for longer as a result since we had no vehicle. The price quoted in turn increased by hundreds past the original agreed on price. They told us they had their own drivers only to find out they do not and do not have any control over them. The driver drove off with our car as we were working with dispatch to figure out a price resolution and put his hand in my fathers face at pick up when my father tried to tell him dispatch is trying to reach him. There was damage to our vehicle (which we were told they had full insurance for any damage) only to find out the driver has to agree and the driver threatened to drive off with our vehicle if we did not sign paperwork that it was delivered and would no allow a walk around (especially since he parked in the median of a busy road and not at our actual location as agreed upon). Our car was dirty at pick up so we were unable to see the scratched, dents, and damage to our front (newly replaced) bumpers. When we have called they said there is nothing they can do and I need to file with my insurance in hopes that the other insurance will take liability otherwise my insurance will increase when it wasnt damage that we caused, and wasnt a natural damage that occurred so we shouldnt have to be having our insurance go up for something that we did not do and wasnt something that happened naturally. I want to be reimbursed for the damage I have been unable to fix as a result and for the excess amount of fees since none of their promises were met. My damage was not cared for, they did not pick up when scheduled, they do not use their own drivers, they did not charge the amount they guaranteed when booking, and their managers do not actually resolve these issues.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I had contacted **** with your team day of and the actual dispatcher that was used for the driver the day of delivery with our concern as the damage was not able to be seen until dirt was washed off. The driver had even threatened to drive off with our vehicle even after increasing the charge and if we did not sign that we received our vehicle. He had even jumped into his truck to start heading off to which we said we would sign it and just report the issues to his dispatch. This whole system was a mess, vehicle not transported when scheduled, rude staff with your team and absolutely no communication including being told its our fault for booking through the holidays. I have sent both the dispatcher your guys utilized and **** about the damage and photos and the dispatcher stated it just looked like dirt and not damage to which I sent photos and videos of me wiping off the damaged areas to show it is not dirty. I need this to be fixed especially since we had to have a rental car for an extended period since our vehicle was not picked up when we had signed our contract for.

      I was told that the issues would be fully insured from damages. **** even agreed that there was that damage and that the insurance cant just not cover it based off what the driver said because that is why they denied it with the *** even though I called them as soon as **** was able to get the insurance since it was a battle getting that. **** and I have tried to get contact back from the manager with the insurance with no movement. Your company when booking said that damages would be fully covered which was inaccurate, I was given a guaranteed price which again I as inaccurate, I was told they were your own personal trucks which also is inaccurate, I was given a date for pick up and that was inaccurate and then blamed on me for selecting that date, and more. Everything has been inaccurate. I want my damages paid for since I was also charged more for transport past the agreed amount. Everything I was promised, guaranteed, and told were lies at this point. I want my damages paid for, and thats the bare minimum that could be offered since so much stress and more money was spent due to the inaccuracies and lies that we were told and it being non-transparent.

      On the 21st day of May 2024 at approximately 1230 hours. I received a 2020 **** f250 with damages to the roof of the cab. I was inform by the personal that they did attempt to load the 2020 **** f250 in a car hauler and didn't fit which cause damage to the roof. I did inform them of the issue and sent pictures to **** with ultimate transport 123 and I have not heard anything from them. I keep trying to get answers but the company will not return calls or emails. I did pay $2100 to have the vehicle transported from *************** ******* to **********. I either want them to repair the damages or return the hauling fees to get the vehicle repaired. I did make sure that the company had insurance that would cover accidents.

      On 4/2/24 I called Ultimate transport for a quote to pick up a car in ********* and deliver to ****************** **. Ultimate had the lowest price and I did feel pressured but agreed to use them. We set the pick up date for a Wednesday 4/25/24 with Thursday 4/26/24 as a backup. Wednesday came nothing. No response to texts and my calls were sent to voicemail. Thursday same thing. My son flew home and had to leave the car on the side of the road. On Monday 4/29/24 I sent a email canceling the order. Five hours later they called me and said we are ready to schedule your pick up one hour away in ************ CA for the next day. We had no one to meet them especially one hour away. No keys and no cash for the $1000 payment due at pick up time. I said the order is canceled. They charged me a $250 deposit and a $300 cancellation fee. They also said they were reporting me to collections for $1250 the total cost they quoted me.

      On March 25, 2024, I contacted Ultimate Transport 123 to inquire about having a boat shipped from ******* to *******. They said that they could do it for $1,595. Of this price $300 was due on 4/13/24 and the remaining $1,295 due on 4/19/24 at delivery. They reached out to me the week of 4/8 saying the price went up $300 but they would only charge me $300 on 4/13 and $1,400 on delivery. They told me I could cancel anytime as long as the boat was not loaded up on a truck yet and not be charged. They asked how big the boat is I said 19' but it's on a trailer and I don't know the length of the trailer they said that was fine. They charged my account $200 (not $300) for the pickup. The 3rd party truck got there for pickup and said they couldn't load it because the trailer was 25'. I said ok and canceled everything. When I asked Ultimate Transport 123 for my $200 back they said it was non refundable. I reached out to them again and said that they told me as long as the boat was not loaded on a truck I could cancel and not be charged. They have stopped responding to me and have not returned my $200.

      To Whom it May ************************ reviewing the order details, as well as the customers complaint regarding the amount debited from his account. Upon checking, we have the first available pickup date scheduled for 04/13/2024. As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver on 04/13/2024 but canceled on 04/14/2024 because they provided the wrong dimension of the boat and it was not possible for the driver to load it. 


      As per Cancellation policy, If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full. 


      For this case, we are unable to assist with any refund requests but can be used in the future.
