      I used Ultimate Transport 123 because it said hassle free shipping and Insured. Well, neither of those are accurate in the least. I moved my car across country and the Shipper, Micron Trucking out of ***** damaged the vehicle. You can clearly see the damage in the pickup and delivery. Micron Trucking is refusing to give me their info, they refused to give it to Ultimate Transport 123, they are refusing to answer their insurance companies questions, resulting in them denying the claim. Ultimate Transport and their insurance sees the damage clearly. Ultimate transport offered to give me back ****** If I remove bad reviews. Let me see, I get back 250, It will cost ***** to fix vehicle. I am out **** and they are out 250. How is this a resolution? Again, you guys picked the carrier and it states on YOUR website that it is insured. You mention nothing on the website saying that it is carriers insurance. Oh, and to make matters even better, the carriers insurance said that if he does respond they only cover everything after ***** dollars, his deductible. I then will have to have him pay me the *****. ****, who's definition of hassle free shipping is this? Hassle free for Ultimate trucking!!!

Also, we took a look, and it seems that ************** is not the card holder and not the one who signed the contract. Therefore, ************** is not a customer of **********************. If ************** did not sign the contract, then we would not expect him to understand or know the obligations of a contractual agreement.

      Had the car picked up 8/2/2023 and delivered to ************ on 8/8/23. The drop off picture on 8/2/2023 shows no damage to rocker panel under front door. The delivered picture shows damage on rocker panel under passenger door. The damage is a crease on rocker panel and paint damage as well. The company says it would get back to me with the drivers insurance within ***** hours, that was last week. So far no call back with information. I called Ultimate transport and they said they weren't able to get his insurance yet but agree that he caused the damage. Their website says that they have insurance, and it's stress free service. So far, anything but stress free.

And it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier/insurance company to file a claim.

       So, got off the phone with the carriers insurance and they said the driver isn't responding to their requests about this claim.  They see the damage as clear as day.  I also told them how this driver disparaged me online and said there was no damage and I was trying to rip them off.  Their insurance told me if he doesn't respond to their inquisition then the claim is denied.  So, Ultimate transport who claims hassle free delivery just walks away like nothing happened.  Totally unacceptable for a delivery service.  Would NOT recommend this company at all.

      I had contracted Ultimate Transport 123 to ship a motorcycle i purchased from ** to CT on 7/10/23. The original date of shipping was Wed 7/12, and then again Thurs 7/13 when no shipper information was given by the company. I had called several times attempting to obtain the actual shipper name and contact number, but was given the run-around by the employee ******. I had deposited $350 via CC for the service. I had made several attempts at calling the business, and spoke with another employee when ****** did not answer my calls nor texts. Was told i would be contacted by next day. Not only was i not contacted, the phone rang 10+ times, and all SMS text returned as "not delivered". I rented a truck and did the job myself. Several days later, i received a text asking if i was ready to ship. I demanded my entire deposit back, but was told "we tried calling and texting with no reply" which is a complete LIE! I have NO record of ANY communication from them. Was told they would "assist" by only holding on to $50; "read your contract". These people are scam artists and need to be addressed ASAFP!!!!

As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle(s).       I hired Ultimate 123 Transport and was told they are not like any other companies and that they have their own drivers and that there is no upfront fee. I was told once they pick up my motorcycle they then will charge my card. Well within minutes of hiring them they charged my card $250. I tried contacting the guy who helped me and no response. I called back again and spoke to someone else and she was going to look into it and nothing. Spoke to a third person and she told me that they charge as soon as they assign a driver. Whats funny in an email they sent me it states no upfront fee. Plus they were to pick bike up on Friday and deliver on Saturday but now they are telling me something different. Plus I was to be sent drivers first and last name and I have only a first name of a contact which I believe is not the driver. This company is the second company I dealt with and its sad how many complaints get away with lying to consumers and get away with it. I have attached a part of their email to show where it says no upfront fee.

      I contacted this company because they have their own trailers! I spoke with *** and we agreed to have their enclosed trailer pick up my vehicle on a Wednesday, 06/14/2023! Later I received a text message from Ultimate Transportation 123, that a company, **** transportation was scheduled to pick up my car on 06/19/2023! Then I received another text message that Ultimate transportation had posted a charge of $250 on the card I provided! The card would not be charger until the car was picked up! This was per *** and a text message I have available! I called the company to address these issues and explicitly asked for ***! He never returned my call! Thus with the deceptive practices I decided to not use them. I could not trust them at this point! Keep in mind they did not live up to their agreement of using their trailer and pick up date was the 14th of June, not the 19th! I moved on to another carrier that was honest and not deceptive!!

      This company moved my car from *********, ** to ********, ** two years ago. No problems, no concerns. Two weeks ago, I received a text asking me if I needed further services from them. They then called me, and I requested a quote to move my car from *********, ** to ************, **. I got the quote and said I have your number and I will contact you when I'm ready to move. Now they call me every day all day and they ask for me by name and hang up. I keep blocking their number, but they call from different numbers. This needs to stop!

      I signed a contract with Ultimate Transport 123 on an April 10, 2023 to move my Porsche 911 from ******** ** to ********** ** with promised pick up date between May 14 to May 16. So basically 45 days for them to do their job!I have been chasing them since May 12 to confirm a pick up date & time. As of now (May 16) they still dont have any scheduled pick up. I called them over 20 times and got limited or no response.I talked with a manager today (****). He threatened me with a cancellation fee unless I gave them ongoing opportunity to find a carrier.I told them they were fired and have hired another Transport Company.They are the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have dealt with in my 41 year professional career.

      I had made reservations for my car to be picked up by a specific date, and the company had confirmed that they would provide a driver. When I messaged them to inquire about the arrival time, I received no response. I decided to give them a call, and they informed me that I needed to speak with the person who sold me the service, *******. They mentioned that ******* was currently on a call with someone and suggested that I either wait or request a callback. I chose to wait, enduring a 30-minute delay.However, they eventually disconnected the call. Frustrated, I called them again and expressed my desire to cancel the service. Astonishingly, they insisted that I would be charged $100 for canceling.Naturally, I questioned their rationale, as they had not provided any service whatsoever. Their lack of communication and subpar customer service were highly unsatisfactory and fell short of the expected standard. It became apparent that the company's claims of being an honest, straightforward, small family business were all deceptive tactics employed to secure customers under false pretenses.In my opinion, this company is a scam. If you are in need of a car transport service, I strongly recommend consulting the Better Business Bureau to find reputable companies. Surprisingly, this particular company is not even listed on the BBB website.If I had the option to rate them, I would give them a zero-star rating without hesitation.

      To Whom it May ******************** reviewing the order details as well as the customers complaint regarding the $100 charge for canceling, We received the order in our office on 04/14/2023 to ship a vehicle from ** to **. As per the contract that they have signed with ** when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle(s). - While we try our very best to have the order scheduled as soon as possible, the customer canceled the ********************** on 05/15/2023. We sent a cancellation agreement and the customer agreed. The customer was charged the cancellation fee of $100.00.

      Also, As per the cancellation policy, if the customer cancels before the completion of the 10 business days, the fee charged is not refunded since the first stage of providing the service had begun with the intent to complete.

      In this case, we are unable to assist with any refund requests.

      When I initially contacted the car transport company, they assured me that they would arrange for a driver on the requested date, which was initially May 5th. However, this date was subject to change, so I informed them that I would confirm the actual pickup date later. I sent them an email with the updated date, but received no response. When I called them, they mentioned that they would update the date accordingly.


      I had expected to receive updates regarding the arrival time of the driver, but unfortunately, I didn't hear anything from them. As May 15th approached, I still hadn't received any updates, so I decided to call and express my frustration. They informed me that I would have to wait until the 18th, and only then would I avoid the cancellation fee.


      This policy seemed illogical to me since the service was not provided on the originally agreed-upon date, yet I was expected to wait until the 18th to avoid charges. Their overall business ethics are severely lacking, to say the least.


      In hindsight, I realize I should have researched the company and read the reviews before making a reservation. It's disheartening that they provide misleading information, and it's unfortunate that many people have to deal with these issues. Furthermore, it seems that they take no action to rectify the situation.


      This I would say is horrible customer service.

      These people took a (refundable) ****** reservation fee from ** contingent on the sale of our home. We did not sell the home and therefore did not require their services. We have been contacting them since then and only get a run around and promises of an E-mail or letter or compensation but they never follow through. The contract clearly states "Do not dispatch until contacted by customer. Customer selling home. ******************* is our contact who specifically wrote this contract and who assured ** if we did not use the service, the reservation fee was returnable. We sent an E-mail explaining our inability to **** our home and desire to cancel.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********* and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 

        This business has repeatedly promised a smaller refund ,200.00 as opposed to the original 500.00 if and only if I remove my complaint prior to receiving said refund.

      I contend that this is a bribe and they have no intention of sending any refund whatsoever. They have promised this action in the past and after withdrawing my complaint they have not provided the promised refund.

       This is how they are trying to clear themselves of unscrupulous business practice complaints by promising partial refunds and not following through with payment. Therefore, I am not satisfied with their efforts. They are playing the system and obviously don't realize that they are never going to get a BBB rating if they continue to act in bad faith.

      They first lied and stated they were a small company with drivers in house but they use third party carriers in order to induce a fraudulent contract. I agreed to ship my car with them because of this. I was willing to pay double a competitor because they guaranteed they were a small company with their own drivers and I was shipping a brand new car. I had given them my credit card info because they said they needed it first and would later call when the driver was dispatched to pick up my car and then charge my card. They told me I could even give a fake credit card numbers but I gave them my real one just so I wouldnt have to do it later. But it was still made clear that nothing would be charged until their accounting department would reach out. I cancelled the shipment within minutes of signing because I realized they had lied about being a small company with their own drivers. They guaranteed that my card had not been charged and I could cancel. Several hours later I get a text that a driver was dispatched and I realized my card was charged. I immediately called again and they again guaranteed it was a mistake, no driver had been dispatched and they would refund me the deposit first thing the next day. They did not. I have called them multiple times to get a refund and everyone I spoke to guaranteed I would get a refund. I finally had to dispute the payment with my credit card company. At one point, they agreed that I deserved a refund and no service had been provided but only if I promised to agree not to say anything negative about their company anywhere. They cannot agree that this money should be refunded but threaten to only give that money back if Im silent. They are also telling me they will refund but tried to my credit card company that they did provide a service. When I was looking for a shipping company they stated that other companies charge you and never pick up the car to induce me to sign with them when thats exactly what they did.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I have provided the only email communication I received from Ultimate regarding a refund and it was demand that I agree not to write a review. Ultimate Transport 123 cannot refuse to return a refund they acknowledge I am owed on the condition I not speak about my honest experience. 

      Ultimate Transport 123 is blatantly lying to a government agency about their actions in order to steal money from consumers. Ultimate should provide proof of this email where they reached out. Ultimate should provide proof any service was provided. A one sentence response with no supporting documents makes it clear they have no defense and are disrespecting this agency's review.

      To Whom it May ******************* customer requested a refund in the amount of $250 for canceling the transport because of negative reviews online about the company. We, at Ultimate Transport 123, always respect everyone's opinions and points of view, but please know that not everything they read is accurate and true. The customer was contacted by a manager, and the customer advised we would refund the full reservation fee. The customer rejected this notion. We had made several attempts to resolve this matter with the customer, but the customer refused to come to an amicable resolution. 
      If the customer still wishes to take advantage of full credit, he must call us at *****************************, between the hours of 1 PM and 8 PM ET. Monday through Friday.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      [Ultimate Transport continues to repeat their original statement, with no new efforts to resolve this matter. First, I did not cancel because of bad reviews. I cancelled because they lied about the service they would be providing. They refused to price match a licensed and insured competing carrier because they pulled one bad review from a competitor so clearly reviews matter. I was willing to pay double the competitor based on Ultimate's assurances that they were a small company. I knew I did not want to risk having to deal with a third party if anything happened to my car. I would have rather paid double to make sure I knew who I was dealing with and who would be responsible for damage to my car. Ultimate Transport also made assurances on the phone that they would cover certain damage to the vehicle. However, if they were using a third party carrier, they could not have made such claims because they would not have know which carrier they were assigning my vehicle to and the specifics of that carrier's policy. In fact, if you view other Ultimate Transport reviews, this seems to be a common underhanded business practice of Ultimate. They misrepresent the fact that they are a small company with their own drivers when they use third party carriers and then provide no help in fixing any damage that *** result to a vehicle in their care.

      Second, they provided an offer to refund the money, ON THE CONDITION I NOT SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. They have since called me demanding that I take down my reviews. They have lied to review companies stating that I was never a customer in order to take down my review. That has been their only offer. They have stated very clearly that if I do not agree to take down my honest reviews, they would not return the money. The recently resent the email offer to refund ON THE CONDITION I REMOVE MY HONEST EXPERIENCE but are now only offering $150 of the $250 deposit they are admitting to. 

      I have included a text message from the day the contract was signed showing the time that a driver was supposedly dispatched. Per the contract terms, no deposit should have been charged prior to the driver being dispatched. The texts show that I had called to cancel several hours previously. I want a refund. I tried to request that Ultimate just refund themselves and they repeatedly told me they will process the refund and never did. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and it had to go to a second review because they lied to my credit card company about the service they provided. They would not need my permission or any action on my part to refund the money if they truly wanted to refund it. I will never take down my reviews, and I am now more sure that they must stay up. It is very clear that Ultimate Transport is engaging in unfair and unethical business practices to fraudulent induce contracts with consumers and even more underhanded and shameless tactics in order to keep the money, including violating fiduciary obligations to credit establishments and lying to a government agency. Not only should this money be refunded, but an investigation should be initiated to determine the extent of their fraudulent practices.]
