      This is the worse company I ever dealt with. The customer service are all liars. ***** customer service *** had taken the order since March 2025 and he screwed up the entire date and make of the car. My mother is 83 years old and they took advantage of her and did not pick up her car from ********** is to be transit to ****************. The said to be picked up on May 3rd and I callled and the customer service said whoever told me that lied and she told me it is the 5th of May. I kept confirming to make sure because my mother is flying out on the 6th. Listen here the truck driver ****** guaranteed a pickup at 6pm but the time per contract showed 12noon. The car were never picked up and I called him and he told me that they took him off the assignment and routed him somewhere else and here is my mother waiting for his phone call and no one and I mean No one called her at all. My mother is elderly and they disrespected her and I am ****** off. I am going to published the event on every platform to make sure no one else get treated like this. We are filing fraudulent charges because they will not refund her money. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Also majority of the customer service sounds like overseas. ***** the agent in *********** really did my mother wrong. Vengeance belongs to God Almighty and he will get what he deserves. Never take advantage of an elderly person.

      The communication from beginning to end was top notch. The pricing was very competitive and the driver was courteous. I received my vehicle a day early and it was in great condition. Would definitely use them again.

      I have used Ultimate Transport on two occasions, and both times were an excellent experience. I found them to be timely, efficient, and courteous; if I ever have to transport a behaving in the future, I would definitely use Ultimate Transport again!

      They did a wonderful job finding a transporter for our pickup truck that had to be moved from ******** to northern *******. Given that it was winter and the holidays, our truck arrived safely and quickly.

      I was so skeptical about shipping my vehicle with anyone because of all the scams out there. I was not disappointed Ultimate Transport 123 scheduled my pickup transported our van from where it broke down to where we got it repaired with no problems at all.
