  CAR TRANSPORT
  Absolutely horrible! ****** (a sales person) made promises they did not keep for car transport from *********** ** area to **** **** ***** area. Promised me there would be absolutely no problems. LIES, ALL lies ! They never found a driver even though he claimed that they were family owned and direct transport so there was nothing, NOTHING that could possibly go wrong...again all lies. No one picked up my car and ****** ghosted me.
  BEWARE if you need you car, don't use them.

  To Whom it May ********We regret that the customer is unhappy with the service. Upon checking, we have the first available pickup date scheduled for 01/04/2023. As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s.While we tried our very best to have order scheduled as soon as possible, the customer cancelled the **********************. Please be advised that we do not provide a specific guaranteed date for pick-up. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we are sorry the transport did not work out.   Ultimate transport 123 ,They are horrible , after a week went by and they did not pick up car i called ***** and he proceeded to yell and scream that he cannot find a transporter . He never contacted me that he was unable to fulfill the contract . he charged my credit card without having a transporter . After a week a transporter came at 2am to pick up car and he stated he was hired hours before. ***** is horrible and not very businesslike . I would NEVER EVER use this company or ***** again . When you place your initial call they are great and professional , however after you sign that contract , its all downhill from there. After the car was picked up , ***** would not respond to calls or voicemails , Never heard from him again. Thats not a bad thing .

As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver 05/20/2022 12:24:05 PM: Dispatched. Customer was assessed required reservation on 05/25/2022. Please be advised that we do not provide a specific Guaranteed date for delivery. All dates are Estimates. The Manager has attempted to speak with the customer to resolve the issue since the vehicle was delivered, however the customer refused. If they can give us a chance, we have the intention of making this right. Please call us at ****************** between the Hours of 12:00 PM & 9:00 PM ET. Monday - Friday.   I bought a DeLorean that was undergoing a restoration. Early on in the process I contacted ultimate transport 123 to ship the vehicle to *****. I have never shipped a vehicle before and was nervous of the process, the price and this was the car I've wanted my whole life. ***** was amazing and never had any issues every time I had to push back the first available date. Which I did on basically a weekly basis for 6 months. When the vehicle was finally ready ***** let me know if could take up to 10 business days to dispatch the vehicle. I got a message and a call the day before the first available date and they had dispatched a driver. The vehicle was picked up 2 days later and was expected to take a little over a week to deliver. The vehicle arrived in 4 days without any issues. I'm overwhelmed with excitement. I would use ultimate transport 123 again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your amazing service. Highly recommend.   This company ultimate Transport 123 is *************** a scam, they will get you to sign a contract given them a deposit and then later on theyll have another one of their location call you to sign a new contract with a higher price, telling you they have a driver but the driver would have to remove another car so it cost more and then they will not return your car to get your vehicle picked up.

Please be advised that when a customer provides a first available pick up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We offered an earlier pickup date with a higher price. Customer accepted the offer and signed the new contract agreement. We assigned a driver on 08/05/2022 02:36:07 PM: Dispatched but customer cancelled the **********************. We have not charged the customer a dollar although the customer cancel after the order was dispatched. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we are sorry the transport did not work out.
