      Ultimate transport staff especially ***** were great to work with. Car was transported from California to ******** **. It arrived earlier than anticipated in good condition. Driver was good to inform us of arrival and time. Pricing was good to include insurance and tax, no hidden chargers. Thank you for great service. I will use your service again if needed and I'll recommend your company to everyone.

      I worked with ***** on the transportation of my vehicle from ******** to ***** and it was so easy. She explained everything thoroughly and outlined all the necessary steps and before you know it, my truck was here. Driver was professional and the truck came in perfect condition. Price was worth it, don't pass them up if you need your vehicle transported!

      I was so nervous about shipping my vehicle from ***** to ******** however the staff put my mind to ease! The process was simple and they secured me the BEST driver! He contacted me as he traveled and keep me in the loop! I would definitely use Ultimate 123 again!

      I have used Ultimate Transport 3 times. The first time was ok, but there was no communication with the driver. A customer service *** acknowledged that communication with drivers was typically poor. The second time, my contract read must pick up by June 12. I didnt realize (nor was I advised) that I should have started the pick up window as June 2, to assure a June 12 pickup or refund. I ended up cancelling, with a $300 credit. The third time was very smooth. The refund was applied, although the total price was higher than the prior year. On the third occasion, I recd a call from ultimate in a timely fashion, and the assigned driver was very responsive. He texted frequently, and the pickup and delivery was very smooth. Now that I understand how Ultimate operates, I plan to use them again. I recommend getting a cell number from the driver, and placing an air tag in the car so track its location.

      Excellent service of ultimate transport 123. I recommend this company to family and friends. Easy to keep in touch with them. Always respond to my inquiry. I receive my car in 48 hour from the time they pick up in the western coast to the east coast.

      I've used Ultimate Transport's services on two occasions to have my car transported across the country. Both times the staff at the office as well as the drivers were very responsive, personable, and professional. They transported my car in a timely manner and it arrived in good condition, early both times. I have only good things to say about this company!
