      Awful experience. They didnt keep their word about anything - when my car would be picked up, when and where it will be delivered because they didn't deliver to the address we provided nor was it a nearby parking lot. Turns out they contract out with a different company, ******** which happens to be awful as well. When our brand new car was picked up it had no damage, when it was delivered there was a **** across the top of the vehicle that is not coming out. No one is taking responsibility and everyone is giving us the run around. We have yet to receive instructions on how to file a claim yet they say they had insurance for matters such as this. We are also VERY displeased with their communication. They did NOT inform us when to expect the car to be picked up or dropped off. We had to keep calling THEN we would eventually get a text right after we called. They are horrible and I do not recommend them at all!

      This was my first time shipping and Ultimate transport 123 has made it just a great experience all the way around.very swift and reliable .they had my vehicle picked up with in couple hours from time of signing contract and putting down deposit **** was very helpful and polite .the driver ***** was very communicative .keep me posted and up to date the whole way thru and Had my vehicle to me a whole day early. It was very pleasurable,stress free experience doing business with these guys. I'll give these guys five stars all day and will highly suggest them to anyone in the future.

      I had my car transported from ******* to Brooklyn ******** by this company in April 2023 . I put a tracker in the car to be able to watch the progress of my car on the way up to ********. The car arrived in the Bronx,******** 3 days later and was able to watch the car go from the Bronx to Manhattan to Queens to Canarsie Brooklyn. They put 98 miles on my car and have 2 tolls recorded on my Ez pass account. When they finally delivered my car with no paper work , I noticed that the front passenger wheel was damaged and when confronted the driver he told me he hit a curb with my car to avoide hitting a pedestrian. He drive my car from Canarsie brooklyn to my home in bay ridge brooklyn which he was not to do. He admitted to damaging my car and said he should pay for a new wheel and I had him sign a paper stating this . This company refuses to speak to me and will no pay the $900.00 for a new wheel. Please help me resolve this problem . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THE REFUSE TO CORRECT THERE MISTAKE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. NO ONE WAS AUTHORIZED TO DRIVE MY CAR AT ANY TIME,.

      If i could give them 0 stars i would. This car company gives the runaround like no other, always claims "dispatch" has to handle contracts. I was promised the car would be delivered within 2 weeks. That was november 2022.As of today, june 29th, 2023, I still have not recieved my vehicle. They take a deposit, then contract it out to random people who essentially disappear, to only find out from the contracted company that employee was let go. Then now, they cannot send me the vehicle because it is still under contract with ultimate transport.The lady that answers the call, is the rudest person ever, lets out huge sighs whenever she hears my voice now, hung up on me so many times i can not keep track now. I JUST WANT MY CAR, if any of this is justifiable in court, I may take ultimate transport to court, this is the most unprofessional company i had ever dealt with.

      Friendly dispatcher A. talked to me on the on the phone, and promised to pick up my car within two days. He claimed they were a "family" company, and wouldn't farm out my service like other competitors. I went along with it and signed the contract. What a big mistake. Upon reading, the fine print, I realized that there was a TEN day pickup window. And there would be a contracted dispatcher handling my transport.Upon attempting to cancel, I received this response:Please reply to this email as your acknowledgement upon canceling as follows: I, (Customer, am requesting to cancel my reservation with Ultimate Transport 123. I understand a one-time cancellation fee of $250.00 per vehicle will be assessed and is deemed non-refundable per the contract I had signed with Ultimate Transport 123. This $250.00 cancellation fee will be used towards any future transport youd wish to use, along with family or friends. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will have no choice but to send this to our collection agency for the full balance of **** Please give me a call right away. Warmest regards, A. (sale person) Ultimate Transport 123 Is it not ILLEGAL to charge for services not RENDERED? This company is criminal.

      The only reason I booked with them was because they told me that they would be able to pick my car up 2 days later. That was completely untrue. They kept putting us off and by the 7 day **** we were very frustrated and still had no date for pickup. They also had the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee which we are currently disputing with our bank. Do not, I repeat, use this company to move your vehicle.

      We regret that the customer is unhappy with the service. Upon checking, we have the first available pickup date scheduled for 05/09/2023. As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver on 05/16/2023 03:36:06 PM: Dispatched but the customer cancelled the transport because it was picked-up by other transporter. Please be advised that we do not provide a specific guaranteed date for pick-up.  All dates are estimates.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!On April 18, 2023 at approximately 9am I contacted Ultimate Transport123 to have my classic car picked up and transported 260 miles ***** Short Distance). Upon speaking with the representative through phone and text they advised the vehicle would be picked up at approximately 8pm on April 18, 2023. The transport driver never showed up at the time provided and I tried to contact the transport driver through the phone numbers provided with no response. On April 19, 2023 I contacted Ultimate Transport123 to advise the transport driver never showed as the company stated. The representative advised the transport driver arrived at my location at 1am, which is a lie. I was awake at 1am and never received any call or contact from the transport driver. I asked the representative when the transport driver will arrive and the representative advised the company is trying to locate other transport drivers that would be able to pick up the classic car on April 19, 2023 or April 20, 2023. I advised the representative that is not good enough as the company did not provide the service they advised and it is costing me money through hotel reservations and other location fees that are not refundable. I asked if the service can be cancelled due to the company did not provide the service they verbally advised they would provide. The representative advised the contract can be cancelled, but the $245 deposit will be forfeited. The service provided by Ultimate Transport123 is horrific and full of empty promises. The company advises of their superior service and quick shipping, but do not deliver the service the company describes. The company should at the least refund the deposit if they are not able to provide the service they are advertising. The service provided by Ultimate Transport 123 has been one of the worst I have experienced and is a complete rip off.

      ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, ULTIMATE TRANSPORT 123!!!! REPRESENTATIVE *****, PROMISED ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE MY MOTORCYCLE PICKED UP ON A SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME, 4/15/23 BETWEEN **** AM!!! THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! HE TOLD ME ON THE ***** THAT HE CONFIRMED THE PICK UP ************* WITH THE DRIVER, "******". HE TOLD ME ON 4/14/23 ON THE ***** THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO FOR 4/15/23 AND THAT HE AND THE DRIVER WOULD CALL ME AROUND 8:00 AM ON 4/15/23 AND THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SOON AFTER THAT TIMEFRAME PASSED AND THEY SAID HE WASN'T SCHEDULED TO WORK ON 4/15/23, SO HE HAD TOLD AN UNTRUTH!!! THEY SAID THEY HOPED TO HAVE ANOTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY PICK UP THE ***** AND WOULD CALL ME RIGHT AWAY WITH THE DETAILS VERY SOON, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN EITHER...I WAITED FOR HOURS!!! ANOTHER UNTRUTH!!!! I ALSO SPOKE WITH DISPATCH AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET IN CONTACT WITH THE INITIAL DRIVER AND FIND OUT WHY HE DIDN'T PICK UP...NEVER CALLED ME!!!! I CALLED AGAIN AND SHE SENT ME DIRECTLY TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT KEPT SAYING THEY NEEDED MORE TIME, MORE TIME, MORE TIME!!! HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION AND SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT, TRUST ME!!!!!!! THEY'RE NOT EVEN ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB, THAT TELLS IT ALL RIGHT THERE!!!       After contracting with Ultimate Transport 123 after the first company I contracted with failed they promised to have my truck picked up Saturday or Sunday at more than one and a half times the price of the original companies contract. It took more than a week passed the agreed upon pickup date to have my truck picked up. I called multiple times to speak to the individual I contacted with and he would not return any of my calls. I would not use this company again. For a company in the public service industry you would think communication with a client would be a priority.

Also, it is stated in the contract that we offered a weight allowance for no more than 100 lbs. of additional weight.       I have had the same horrible experience as the other reviewers. The woman I initially spoke to, A to protect her privacy, was extremely nice and very helpful.She promised me a truck would come 2 days later, between 3 specified hours. When it did not arrive I called and was told she had left early and there is no way she would have promised that. I tried calling her over the next few days, and she never responded to my messages. She basically avoided me. Not only rude by doing that, but also not professional. She went from princess *** b**** in 2 short days. I actually gave the company a few more days before I gave up.This company will lure you in, make empty promises and then dump you on your head, BEWAREDO NOT USE THEM!
