    My son was registered for the Rebels MD North Lacrosse Club (part of Blatant Lacrosse), for the 2024/2025 season. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he will no longer be able to play on the team. I reached out to ******* *******, CEO of Blatant, LLC, explaining the situation and requested a refund. ******* committed to issuing a refund, but despite numerous follow-up attempts, the refund has not been processed. Timeline of Events:5/23/24: ******* ******* emailed me, offering a 5% discount for early registrants who paid via Zelle.5/31/24: I made a payment to Blatant Lacrosse via Zelle.7/25/24: I emailed ******* ******* to inform him that my son could no longer participate in the lacrosse program and requested a refund.7/30/24: I followed up with ******* ******* regarding my refund request.7/30/24: ******* ******* confirmed receipt of my refund request and stated it would take 5-7 business days to process.8/9/24: I followed up with ******* *******, as I had not yet received the refund.8/12/24: ******* ******* confirmed that the refund had been processed on their end.8/14/24: I followed up again.8/15/24: ******* ******* replied, stating: This is still in processing; it might take a few more days. It was more than we expected, and the system only processes a few at a time (it has a daily limit).8/23/24: I followed up again.8/26/24: I followed up again.8/26/24: ******* ******* responded: I apologize for the delay. We were not expecting the disbandment, and it is taking longer than expected to close the books. We are working as fast as we can and sincerely apologize for the delay.9/4/24: I followed up again.Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with Blatant Lacrosse, I have not received the promised refund, and no services were rendered. Additionally, it is my understanding that the team has been disbanded. I am requesting the BBBs assistance in securing the full refund due to the vendors failure to fulfill their commitment.

    I have signed a contract to be paid on the 15th of each month. Since the beginning Ive never been paid on the correct days its always been the coaches have had to reach out why they havent been paid and there is always an excuse on why it is late. My contract states my last payment should be on 8/15 but I was not paid on that date. I sent a email regarding my problem and they responded with its processing. After a week of still not receiving my money. They apologized and said it was because of the recent disbandment of the western division. So they again responded with its now processing again and will be in my account in another 3 to 5 days. Its now been 8 days since they have said that and I am still waiting on my payment.

    I, as well as several other coaches of Rebels LC, have been taken advantage of by Blatant LLC and ***********************. After several weeks of late payments, the final payment of this summer coaching season has yet to have been paid out to coaches, two weeks later. Contract states paydays for this summer were meant to be 6/15, 7/15, and 8/15 and not once was a single coach paid on time. I have reached out to this *********************** several times through text message and email and been blown off saying this last payment was on its way and several other responses which have yet to have been made truthful. This is terribly run and ****** me from ever coaching through them again, which is a shame because the summer season went great. All that I ask is that I and the other coaches get the payment they earned.

    This is a note for coaches/future coaches of Rebels LC. ***********************, the head of this business has failed to pay multiple of his coaches in the Rebels MD North program on time. In the contract, it specifically notes the dates of payment are 6/15, 7/15, and 8/15. I am writing this on 8/22, and have yet to be paid for the month of August. As for the other two months, both payments have been either over 2 weeks late, or done through Venmo, as opposed to direct deposit, which was the designated method of pay, per my contract. I have contacted *********************** through email and have not gotten a response back. This is a poorly run operation and I will not be continuing my coaching through them, once my contract is finished.

    I purchased some items of clothing for my daughter's lacrosse team on June 22, 2024. The website said ***** business days, which would have meant it would arrive during the current playing season.As of today, it has been 20 business days -- one month to the day in "real" days -- and nothing has even shipped. Seeing as the lacrosse season is now over, I asked for a refund. I was offered 20% off and free, upgraded shipping. There was NO communication that these items would be so late. I reached out to them on the 19th business day. My daughter's season is over and she won't ever play for that team again, rendering the items useless to her/me. I paid for items to be sent in ***** days. That didn't happen, simple as that -- and they still haven't shipped.

    I placed an order on June 8th. On June 23rd I sent an email checking on my order as the website states its produced and shipped within 14 business days. Since then I have emailed 5 times and each time I am given a different excuse for the delay. Last week I was assured it would ship this week. However I was told today its still in production. This is the second time an order has taken over a month to even be produced, the last being during the holiday so I have the company the benefit of the doubt. I was charged for The items at the time of purchase however have not received what I paid for with no time frame. I requested a cancelation and refund.

    I order a sweatshirt from this company which manages the team store for a sports team my child plays on. The original delivery date was estimated days within the time I placed the order.There was no response when the shipment was not arriving nor trackable based on the information provided by the company. The response came weeks afterward. The deliver finally arrive almost two months after the original order.When it arrive the sweatshirt sized YOUTH small, was a child's size. When I wrote them explaining that it was the wrong size for my daughter they told me that all items are custom and unable to be returned or exchanged, and that I agreed to their return policy when I purchased it. They did offer me a 15% discount on the next order which I decline for the reasons above.

    So I have given Rebels Lacrosse, which is under Blatant, almost 2months now to provide a response and resolve this matter in the best interest of us both.Instead I received emails from ***** buying the company more time. All the while still trying to retrieve automatic payments. What prompted me to contact BBB is after I cancelled the direct payment plan, they still collected another payment through the LeagueApps account which my bank didn't have a block on! The problem is, my son hasn't played on his Rebels **** team since the last summer tournament and his ********************* game was in *********** w the Natl Team. So we have requested a refund for Fall 2023 plus player pack and all we have received from Blatant is a Blatant brush-off! I think the program is great and despite how screwed up they've managed to handle this past fall season, none of the numerous issues in the fall affect the request for refund. My son chose to focus on football and wrestling and didn't not have the time to commit to Rebels ***. Furthermore we have relocated and he has missed the entire fall 2023 season for the **** Red Raiders of the Rebels. I am not asking for special treatment. Just the appropriate respect we have extended to the program. Hopefully the folks in charge will see this and refund us what is owed. Originally we were willing to continue w Natl Team but the manner in which Blatant has done business has caused me to blatantly desire a full refund of all fees since July.Respectfully I wish the team all the best! There a good group of kids and parents, it's unfortunate that the program takes them for granted.

Usually Rebels tuition is non-refundable as the tournaments are paid for in advance whether or not an athlete participates in them.     This company owns Rebels Lacrosse Club which is based in *********, **, but has teams in **.Our son played lacrosse for Rebels ******** North during the '22-23 season. In May, at the urging of the Rebels Recruitment Director and Rebels Administrator, we paid the early evaluation/registration fee of $2,755 for the Rebels ******** North team. The Rebels email invitations and website do not indicate fees are non-refundable. In July 2023, we made the decision to try out for Rebels *** (still part of the ********************* Prior to making this decision, we had email correspondence with Director Rebels ***, to determine if Rebels *** planned to have a boys '27 lacrosse team for the 2023-24 season and to verify the fee previously paid would transfer to the *** team. On 6/19/23, we were assured Rebels *** would have a boys '27 lacrosse team in the 2023-24 season. On 6/21/23, email correspondence indicated fees paid would be transferred to the Rebels *** team. As a result, our son did not try out for Rebels ******** North, but instead tried out for Rebels ***. It was only after tryouts were completed for most area teams that we were made aware Rebels *** would not have a '27 boys team for the 2023-24 season. They offered to place our son on a '26 team, but due to concerns for his safety, we decided not to join the '26 team. On 7/30/23, we notified the Rebels owner/CEO to request a refund as there was no '27 team for our son. We contacted the Rebels again on 8/1/23 when we did not receive a response to our initial email. On 8/5/23, the owner requested a phone conversation to which we agreed and provided our contact information, but he did not contact us. We sent numerous emails and voice mail messages. On 8/8/23 he again asked if we could discuss on the phone, but he failed to contact us. After many attempts to reach the the Rebels owner and his staff via phone and email, we sent a final email on 8/8/23, once again requesting a refund with no response.

    I ordered 2 shirts from Blatant on June 4th for an event that takes place this Saturday, September 30. In August, I contacted them and they said the the shirts would go into production the following week. They said I would get a tracking number when shipped. The event is in three days and I have received no tracking number. I have tried to call them three times today and their phone seems to be disconnected. At least it hangs up immediately when called. I know others in my nonprofit group who also have ordered and have not received their merchandise. Can you help?

I understand that they like to wait until they receive more orders for the same event and I understand the rationale, it was just scary in terms of timing. But I did receive my shirt before the event.
