    I always purchase travel insurance for peace of mind. Sure enough, I ended up getting sick during my last travel. I paid my health providers out of pocket by credit card while on vacation in as much as I couldnt get a hold of my health insurance company due to the time difference at time of service. Upon my return back home, I contacted AON for reimbursement and was instructed to file my claim first with my primary health insurance and whatever they wont cover will be reimbursed by ***. It took less than 2 weeks for my primary insurance to reimburse about half of my expenses, while it took only a day for AON to reimburse me their part. I got reimbursed for the full amount I initially paid for.

    We couldn't begin our tour to ****** because of a medical issue. We talked to a real person to get us started. The website forms were easy to use and understandable. They were professional and the turnaround to settle the claim was fast. They did not drag it out or make us jump through bureaucratic hoops to get the claim settled. We will use them again.

    We had to cancel our cruise 2 days before travel due to illness. *** did a great job of explaining exactly was information had to be submitted. All of our expenses were reimbursed within a short time. This is the second time we have had to use AON for cruise problems, and both times it was a pleasure to deal with them, and we were reimbursed all expenses.I will certainly use them again.

    We have used a few different companies for travel insurance. We have had 2 times where we needed to cancel a trip. The first time it took 5 months to get our refund! With Aon, the process was very different. From the day that we notified our travel agent that we needed to cancel, it was only a couple of weeks before we had all of our refund back. That was as much waiting for the doctor's form to send to them as it was on their end. What a difference. Aon will be our choice whenever possible.

    Excellent experience. I did everything online and uploaded documents. I made one call to clarify something and I reached a live person quickly and got my answer. Received my funds within 30 days. I had booked a Tauck Tour and AON is the insurance carrier they use. I suspect I received priority service due to their relationship with *****.
