    I moved into my home in January of 2022. I have consistently each month been receiving bills that keep rising. It started with $200 dollar increments and have gone up to over a thousand dollars. I am not using that much gas or electricity in my home. Central Hudson claims to send an employee out to my home to check my meter to give me my rates for the month however my bill reflects estimated usage. I would like an investigation conducted on this company and a full refund for the excess charges for all months that I have been overcharged. When I contacted Central Hudson in June of 2022 to inquire about the excess charges they did not have any valid reason for why my bill was so high. I am on a budget billing program which is supposed to aid in keeping my bill under $300 each month yet I am still receiving excessively high bills.

    During our billing cycle of 2/12/2022-3/11/2022 we were double billed on our budget payment. Also during our last 2 billing cycles our meter readings have gone from an average of 750 kw - 800kw to our last one being ****kw. Quite a significant jump. We contacted Central Hudson approximately 3 months ago concerning this matter and they explained that they were in the process of working on a large number of account issues company wide and that they would get back to us. Still as of this complaint date we have not received and call back. We would like that so we could straighten this out
