      Attempted business scam that features cold calling from several different telephone numbers. I have been receiving calls from this business, at a frequency of approximately 3-5 calls per day. The phone numbers change by a digit or two and I have never purchased anything from this business in the past. The phone calls are harrassing, it is impossible to block the calls, and when answered, there is no option to be removed from the calls list. As an on-call medical provider, it is imperative that I answer every phone call and efforts to block the phone numbers to this business have yielded no results. I have blocked approximately 30 different phone numbers that caller ID identifies as "natures bounty" and I continue to receive calls. I am requesting any information related to this business and a history of unwanted cold calling and harrassing messages. I am attaching a screenshot of the frequent calls I have received and associated phone numbers. Any intervention would be greatly appreciated.

      This is certainly frustrating. I'm sorry that you are receiving these calls. Based on our internal investigation, it appears these calls are not coming from ** and these numbers are being spoofed. What that means is the actual caller is a fraudster and is disguising the true number they are calling from. The only time we would ever call is in relation to an order you placed with us. If you havent placed an order with us recently, the call did not come from us.

       I request the BBB or other agency conduct a more detailed investigation. The business is claiming that the calls I am receiving are being spoofed, and that the business is actually in no way affiliated with the frequent spam calls. The business stated they would only reach out to someone whom they have a history of doing business with, and I have conducted no business with Nature's Bounty. Please if possible investigate the true source of these calls if they, in fact, are not coming from Nature's Bounty. The business simply stating "the calls aren't coming from us, sorry" is not sufficient and does not resolve the issue at hand. They stated they conducted their own internal investigation but no materials from that investigation were shared at all with me. I only received the 'result' of the investigation At this point I am supposed to have a leap of faith that they conducted a detailed and thorough review in less than 24 hours and determined the fault does not lie with them. I am seeking additional assistance, resources, or intervention. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

      Dear sir,My order was canceled in revenge for a refund (see note 1 below & attachment). Please help me let the order (#*********, with very high discount) be shipped ASAP.The Puritan's Pride **** announce that the address of my order is a freight forwarding service. But the storehouse provides lower shipping fee to H.K., it is only half price of the Puritan's. The **** have no right to force customer pay higher shipping fee to H.K..Two of my orders were gifts for my friend in ******. The puritan's made a wrong judgement, tagged me as a reseller without checking my order list. I placed severl orders in same time, a reseller won't do that. The puritan's want me to buy gift from a web site with less choice and pay higer (e.g. triple) price.(see note 2 below & attachment).I need to use the storehouse which was tagged as a freight forwarding service by The puritan's. Please help me let the order (#*********) be shipped ASAP.Cheers,Lan ************Note 1: ************The expiration date of The puritan's are around 15~18 months.My gift,Astaxanthin, in two orders (March and June), the total amount is $43.98.       Thank you for reaching out to Puritans Pride. We apologize for any confusion but orders may not be shipped to a 3rd party freight company and be forwarded to a destination with a Puritans Pride authorized distributor. We have a strict policy of not permitting these orders to process.

      I hadn't got any response from The Puritan Pride ***** Neither mail nor shipping information of my order (#*********).  

      The Puritan hadn't made announce of any restriction they want before customer place order. They can not cancel my order only for I find a better shipping fee from them.

      It is near the end of this week, I don't want to wasting time on waiting my goods to be shipped. May I ask a refund of this order for my lost? That is $66.28 or only my points valued $50.
