    Calvary Flags - I ordered 4 flags on August 18, 2022. Received the order confirmation, my credit card was charged for $160.80. We have not received the Flags, their phone number is always busy or not working, have sent emails to customer service with no response. Would like a refund. This company is obviously not Veteran owned or run as they stated on the website.

    I purchased 4 Poly-Made 4X6, Outdoor flags on 08/30/2022, order number ***** @ the cost of $278.40. I have tried to contact the company via phone and their customer support email with no response. I want to cancel my order since it has taken so long and no will get back to me. This is not for personal use; this is for business use for The ************** Housing Authority.

    I ordered two items (below) from Calvary Flags on June 17, 2022 that I have yet to receive. The business claimed to be very far behind due to COVID-19. I received an order number that doesn’t work on their site tracking. I have emailed their support email with no response. I specifically emailed them about how long it was taking and that my address changed, still no response. There is no other information on the site to contact the business besides an email. Item 1: 1" White Painted Aluminum Adjustable Bracket Anti-Furl Pole 310044 1 $15.80 USD Item 2: Poly-Max | Commercial Grade 3' x 5' Outdoor US Flag 010045 1 $44.50 USD Total spent: $69.50 Order # provided to me: *****

    On May 16, 2022 at 11:03 pm purchased a ploy-Max commercial grade 3’x5’ Outdoor US flag for $44.50 shipping was $8.30 for a total of $52.80. I immediately received an email with an order number of ***** and a receipt of my purchase with a statement that also said that due to COVID there is “significant delays”. I have attempted to put in this order number into the websites “guest tracking” and it states that there is no order found. I have attempted 4 emails with this company and have gotten no response from them. They have charged my credit card same day I purchased it as well.

    ********* ***** Church ordered (#*****) an American and Christian Flag for our outside poles on 8/4/2022. We knew that it would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to receive the flags. We have not received the flags yet. I have tried to call the number listed on their website (###-###-####) it rings once then goes to a disconnected sound. I have also emailed their support (*******@************.com) and customer service (https://************.com/contact-us) emails. No response as of today 10/11/22.

    I purchased a flag from Calvary Flags for a total of $39.75 (includes tax) on August 29, 2022. I received a confirmation email telling me my order number was #*****. I also see the transaction on my ********* credit card for $39.75 on 8/29/2022 payable to "Calvary Flags LLC," with a transaction date of 8/29/2022 and a post date of 8/31/2022. I have reached out to calvary flags 4 times through email, as that is the only option they have on their website to contact them. I have not received a single response from them. As of today when I type my order number into their website it reads, "We couldn't find your order with the information provided, please try again." I really just want the product I paid for and haven't received. But if they are unable to provide the product, a refund would suffice. I would appreciate any assistance in contacting this business.     Purchased July 18,2022 order # ***** for 52.70. This was for American flag 5x7 . I waited a month before contacting, as all i got was confirmation number when order was placed. I have sent 4 emails to company and have gotten No response tried calling and still nothing, Want merchadise or refund.

    I ordered a flag for $78.28 and got an auto reply of confirmation number (able to supply if needed) a month ago. I have sent 3 emails and also sent right from their website including the confirmation copy with no responses. I have called 5 times during business hours and it's a busy signal. My CC was processed and I have no material. I have started some homework and see others are having the same problems with only 3 resolved. I would like my product, my money back and someone to investigate what's going on with this company beings it's fraud at this point with zero responses. Please get back to me ASAP as I would like to fly my $78.28 flag to support OUR COUNTRY AND OUR VET'S. Thank you!

    I placed an order on 9/13/22 for 30 Wisconsin 4”x6” flags for a work event I am having early October. This is time sensitive. They charged my credit card with no update of expected delivery. I have emailed their support address several times and get no response. I called the phone number and it is busy. I am extremely frustrated as I need these items for my work event.

    On April 13, 2022, I ordered a 3x5 American flag. My account was promptly charged $52.80. I understood that there was a backlog due to COVID, but when July rolled around I tried to check on the status. I have tried repeatedly since then to contact the company. No responses to emails and their call center is now offline. I would like a refund, but more than that - I don't think a company that is clearly no longer functioning should be allowed to process payments for future potential customers to lose their money.
