We have been getting unwanted mail from this company for months. I just sent my second email to have us removed from their mailing list. On one day, we received FOUR pieces of mail from this ignorant company. They are claiming that our inheritance money is held up in probate. Clearly, they have NO CLUE what they are talking about. The property is NOT in probate. In fact, the property has SOLD & CLOSED months ago & we received our inheritance money months ago. What a waste of paper!!Probate Advance LLC

This scam company sent me an unsolicited letter promising to pay me pennies on the dollar for the estate of my recently passed mother. Only a bottom feeder would be so callous to do this to someone at a vulnerable time in their life.Probate Advance LLC

The company has sent multiple unsolicited letters regarding my father's estate, which is *not* held up in probate. I initially emailed them to have my name removed from their mailing list, but I continue to receive their letters. Furthermore, each letter has a different return address (two in ** and one in **), which lends the whiff of a scam. Also, the most recent letter used a different name; the first two clearly read "Probate Advance," while the latest one says "InheritFast." However, all of them have the *same* mailing list opt-out code. While some people may genuinely need estate advances, this company's tactics are sleazy, as it shouldn't require mailing the bereaved one of their letters weekly or biweekly to make their services known. The idea of the Probate Advance staff scouring probate filings in order to start inundating the beneficiaries with letters just sounds pathetically opportunistic... especially at a time when those named are still grieving the loss of a loved one. The fact that Probate Advance is attempting so aggressively to profit from my father's estate makes me seriously question their self-proclaimed A+ rating with the BBB.Probate Advance LLC

This company is disgusting. Trolling obituaries and obtaining the listed survivors contact information in order to prey upon them is despicable. As if the death of a family member isn't traumatizing enough, receiving multiple mailings with a deceased loved ones name on it over the last year has been just a kick in the gut. ************** your services online or in print like any other company as opposed to targeting grieving family members. You're gross.Probate Advance LLC

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!When I spoke to **** on in regards borrowing $5,000 against my inheritance, he talked me into doubling that amount. He did so by stating that the amount they would receive would be $5,000, and that it would me money. He told me I would be charged $5,000, if it settled within 6 months, anything after would be and additional $2,000 : $17,000. Imagine my surprised, when ai found out they charged my $9,500! Im pissed! I would have NEVER agreed to that! I would have looked into other resources. The only reason, I borrowed in the place was because I became the caregiver of my mother and I had a lot of work to do on her house! I was looking for the additional money that they took from me! I know I wont get it back! Which is much needed, as I am still working on her home. But I call this a learning experience. It will never happen again!Probate Advance LLC
