Probate Advance respectfully denies any wrongdoing in its correspondence with ****************************************. Prior to receiving this complaint, Probate Advance had not received any requests from *********************** requesting to be removed from our mailing list. We are not familiar with any reason why they would have received any type of block when sending an email to unsubscribe from our distribution list. While we regret that they may not be interested in the product and services we offer, Probate Advance will remove *********************** from our mailing list and add them to our do-no-solicit list.

I can't believe that this company exists. It's sole purpose is to take advantage of people who have lost loved ones. They keep sending me deceptive looking letters because I was named in a probate proceeding. This is a despicable business model, so please do yourselves a favor and shred anything you get from them.

very unprofessional and deceptive. estate location listed as "Kings, **" when in fact it is King ******* Envelope designed to make it look like official business with "Warning: $2,000 fine, 5 years imprisonment...."This is just for the record: unsolicited, predatory lending, multiple mailings.

Sends unsolicited mail to your place over a year and a half too late, trying to take advantage of what the dearly departed left for **. Yes, I did tell them to cease all contact via their email. The first mail came from their ** office, their second from their CA office. Both share the same email, so it's clearly the same company. Distasteful and shameful.

Received this very disturbing probate funding solicitation referring to my brothers estate and my beneficiary status. My brother is very much alive and I cant believe how shocking it was to see my familys privacy so grossly invaded with this pitch. I am usually not disturbed by spam mailings and just toss aside but this has angered me and it has been difficult to get this out of my head. How would anyone react to a letter that in effect is trying to tell me my brother is dead? Disgusting.

I called to get a quote. The minimum was 5k, and paying back 9k. I said no thank you. The next day I got a text from a **** claiming to be from this business wanting to catch up on the issue. I asked,Catch up on what?No answer. Googled the number, and the list all the way down were scammers. If it was Probate Advance, the number would have come up with their name. Either theres a scammer hacking into their system or someone working there is selling info. Be careful. Dont give them any personal info, like Soc Sec numbers or credit card numbers. The *** has info how to stop businesses from contacting you by law. There are laws that require them to erase the info they have on you, if you follow the procedure needed to do it.

I was referred by my lawyer to this company for help. And it was along journey but *************************** and his team stuck with me for 12 months. Once everything was in place on my end the process was easy and they **** stayed in communication with me the whole step of the way and I can't say enough positive experience. I would recommend them to friends and family. **** was professional and compassionate about my unique situation and walked me through all the steps and expectations making sure I truly understood everything at all times and with that I apricate the team and him with my family property. The whole team was great thank you again for everything.

Scam! I echo the bottom feeders comments below. I NEVER requested assistance from this company, but received a brochure regarding their services to an address that's NOT mine. Requesting to unsubscribe from their mailing list will probably result in MORE unsolicited mail. This should be against the law.

Based on an unsolicited mailing that my wife received from Probate Advance, I can only conclude the this company ranks firmly among the bottom feeders of the business world. Their stated reasons for offering their lending services to my wife was both materially and factually incorrect. As such, simply reading the letter was proof they were on a fishing (phishing?) expedition and quite possibly scam. A bit of research revealed that while it might not be a scam the probate advance industry provides the equivalent of predatory lending. On April 15, 2021 ******** ******* published a most enlightening condemnation of the probate advance industry at ***************************************************************************************************  In response to other negative reviews/complaints I see the company offers to remove names from their mailing list. However, sending that request tells them that they have a valid contact/address - and why would I want to do that. I mean this is a company the trolls probate records in search of making an (unreasonable) profit. We will be sending any solicitations from the probate advance industry where they belong - in the garbage.

Haven't even finished the grieving process and here come the vultures looking to get their hands on some of my fathers estate. My father died just two months ago. Today received an unsolicited mailing from Probate Advance offering cash advances on what my fathers heirs may receive through probate. Typical scare tactic wording: "Probate takes a VERY long time" We have Researched our case and you can have a portion of your inheritance directly in 1-2 days" All for what I'm sure is a very large portion to offset the cash given out. **Just don't call it a loan as that would be regulated.**First, what a completely tacky offer to someone who just lost a father. Have they even heard of grief? They don't care how much it hurts to bring up someones death again and again. Second, so much for research they sent this to someone who isn't an heir to the estate. Third, how low can a company go mining public records to take advantage of someone who has enough on their plate getting through a loved one's passing. They will say its just advertising. We will remove your name from further contact if asked. Total BS. Shameful business. I have an probate attorney for a reason. To protect the heirs interests and move probate along. Keep sending me this awful "advertising" and you will hear from my attorney. Guaranteed.

Hi ****, Kindly provide the unsubscribe code of the letter you received and we'd be happy to remove you from our mailing list. Our intent is to notify heirs in estates that there is an option available to them to avoid waiting until the end of probate to get their inheritance. While not everyone appreciates getting our mailers, those who actually need and use our service are grateful that we are there for them.
