    I ordered a suit for my daughter in November. I was told bit could take up to 40 days for delivery. I attempted the order and was told that it was on its way for delivery. Several days later I received a call saying it was back ordered. At which point I canceled it and the cancellation was confirmed It is the middle of January and they still have not reimbursed me. I have made numerous enquires and have been told my concern has been escalatedThe suit was 200$ ********. Terrible service and not the most transparent

    Placed an order over three months ago for my wife for a trip and nothing. The trip came and went and nothing have contacted the company multiple times only to get the same response we are working on your order and should ship soon. They've said this each of the three times I've contacted them not to mention it was supposedly an in stock item and should of shipped two weeks after ordering. Pretty sure I've been ripped off by this company and at this point don't believe I will ever see the item I order. Will never do business with this company again as long as I live and neither should anyone else. False promises and not product to speak of. Extremely dissatisfied with these people and how they do business.

    I ordered a few suits, paying $80 in overnight shipping only to never receive the suits. They refunded me the shipping charges, and said the suits would be shipping soon. Now 2 weeks later still no suits. I called and the lady I spoke who said she pulled my order from shipping and Id be refunded. I emailed many times and called and still have yet to get a refund. They keep telling me Im on a list. Do not waste your time or money!

    My original order was on 11/6. Two weeks go by and still not shipped. At this point the swimsuit shows $20 cheaper on their website, plus Black Friday coupons available. They would not give me a price adjustment to match the price listed on their website even though I still didnt have the product. More time goes by and I finally get a call that the suit is back ordered and they give me some other suit options but I do not want them and ask them to cancel order. The customer service rep says ok she will cancel. Well, I see no evidence they cancelled the order no email confirmation and also no refund showing up. I email to ask about it and they just keep replying apologize for the delay please be patient without ever addressing my questions or issues. I try to call and it just keeps saying all lines are busy u can leave a message. Awful customer service and good luck with reaching them to actually get any resolution.

    Buyer beware! After a month of waiting, and still didnt receive my item. **************** is horrible, they never answer their phone or give status updates. Dont waste your time or money, shop elsewhere! Worst company Ive ever dealt with!

    Read other reviews and save your child a mortifying experience. It'll look like she's wearing a diaper with all the padding on the bottom. My daughter tried these on with underwear and they would not allow for a return. She's 13 and 100% would be laughed in these. **************** said they don't take returns so it was money wasted. Save your money. I lost $144 on these.

    We are sorry that your experience was not optimal with our product. It also appears that you have a sizing issue. Please note that our product must fit securely (snug) in order to work effectively. We do offer exchanges if the sizing or style needs to be changed.

    Buyer beware! I placed an order 9/27/23 with estimated delivery of 1-2 weeks. My credit card was charged. Nothing received as of 11/15/23. I emailed and received a response on 10/31/23 that "Your order should be going out by the end of the week. You will receive a shipping email once the order is on its way." Still nothing. I wish I'd checked this website and read these reviews before ordering.

    Buyers beware ************ is horrible, stay away and please dont order anything from them. I ordered a one piece bathing suit and a bikini bottom back in September 2023. It is now October 2023. I still have not received the item. Ive emailed them numerous times and only one time got a reply that somebody will get back to me and after that no respond, I called and spoke to customer service. She said my items are being shipped. Its been two weeks after the phone call and I still havent received a tracking information or my items. they took my money and they will not send the package. Dont waste your time or money. Extremely disappointed

    I am a first time and last time customer of ****************** and I wont purchase from Ruby Love again. Order was to arrive in 1-2 weeks, but it took 4 weeks to arrive. We had a beach trip the swim suit was needed for and that trip came and went. I was forced to purchase a swimsuit for my daughter from another company and RL would not allow me to return the swimsuit that arrived over 2 weeks late. I sent 6-7 emails and called at least that many or more times leading up to the estimated delivery date and afterwards. I was always sent to a voicemail box to leave a message and that box was always full. I wanted to cancel my order when I realized it would not arrive in time, but could speak to anyone and could not get a response on the status of my order via email. The suits are very expensive, the customer service is non-existent and I do not recommend this company to anyone. The website taunts a commitment to customer service and satisfaction and even claims they will rectify problems that are their fault - in my experience, all of these are false claims.

    We would like to apologize that your experience with Rubylove was not been optimal. However on our website we due advise that there is no cancellation policy due to our shipping method. We also advise on the website no refunds due to the nature of the product we sell. We do allow exchanges & you can get a store credit that is good for a year if you like so we will rectify any problems for our customers that we can.
