      This company hit my car in my driveway and took off. There is no phone number to contact them, and only an ********** to message. I never though companies now a days could legally get away with this type of behavior!

      Nonexistent customer service, inaccurate tracking for packages, untrustworthy delivery drivers, and perhaps the slowest shipping of any carrier. If I were a business I would avoid using SpeedX as a shipping carrier, its beyond unreliable and sets a bad precedent and service to any customers awaiting packages from them.

      This company was supposed to deliver my packages. But instead of delivering it they posted a picture of another apartment building and stole $450 worth of ***** clothing from me.

      I didn't get any response, no one contacted me to resolve the delivery issue, the courier delivered the package to the wrong address and the photo shows that it's not my home, I wrote to support every day... the package is missing, the money is lost

      By far the WORST **************** ever! I understand that the packages cant be delivered on military bases. My Seller was not aware of that and neither was I until I gotten my first Attempt Delivery : No access so after trying to reach out by email or chat support, decided to go down to the facility to pick up two of my packages in person. When I spoke to the supervisor he told me he would mail me both of my packages through **** to my address. I asked if there was any sort of way I can stay in communication with him but just told me Dont worry, I will contact you and mail the packages, I promise. I told him how would he get in contact with me if he didnt even ask for my number? He just pointed at the shipping label he had printed with my address on it. I was doing my best to stay calm because I knew I would never hear from him again. Days pass and I still hadnt gotten either of my packages. I trusted him to keep his word. Just recently got an update on one of my packages and now its LOST! Im so frustrated and upset! I spent 4 hours in total driving to get to the facility and then back home. I left with hopes he would keep his promise and mail my packages as its not allowed for SpeedX drivers to come onto military bases and recently, my tracking number updated and now I have a LOST package and my other package still has not updated or has been mailed by **** to me. I did file a police report for the two missing packages. So I guess we will see what ends up happening. Wish I could get a email back or a call just letting me know that they sent the packages by **** and would just give me the new tracking number for them. A simple update of any kind would have been appreciated.

      Horrible servicelittle to no update on my order Ive been waiting on my package for almost 7 days now. Whenever I try to reach out they are zero help whatsoever.

      The company dont contact you! Theres no email or phone to call. My package attempted over a week ago and theres no update on my package. They know its a building and didnt reach out to me to even get in. Dont order through ***** because the company they have deliver is a RIP OFF!

      I would leave a zero if I could. I have tried to reach out to customer support 3x. All Ai and you Cannt speak to anyone. Had my packages thrown out the passenger window of a car into the culdesac, not even on my property. Driver needs to be fired. I have everything on camera. Who would hire this company if this is the way they deliver!

      Im appalled that this is a carrier that ***** uses. I ordered in May 2025 and carrier said they could not deliver due to my address being invalid. I reached out to customer service which is horrible there is no number to call you gave to wait an hour so chat with a live agent. Pretty much ***** canceled my order and refunded me, I order the items again and got the same carrier and still have not gotten my package! To get in contact with a live agent this time was impossible until I said I was going to report them. This is not proper business practice! CEO ***** ***** needs to close it down or get more involved.
