      I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding an unacceptable delivery experience I had with Temu involving their delivery service, Speedx.On 10/25/2024 my order was delivered in a highly unprofessional manner. The driver was captured on camera throwing my package from a distance to my door. This behavior not only jeopardizes the condition of the items but also reflects poorly on your companys standards of ********** is particularly disappointing to see that companies like **** continues to use Speedx for deliveries, despite numerous complaints regarding their drivers' practices. It raises concerns about the commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of service provided.

      I would give less than one star if possible!!!!! This company is the worst and should not be in business. I placed and order, got an email stating the package was out for delivery and then the delivery could not be made because no one was at the address which is a lie the location of the delivery address is a business address where the business is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Because the company i ordered from decided to go with this shipper I will never order from them again because the service is horrible, and I don't do business with companies that *** to the customers over and over again!!! I tried to contact them, and they don't have a phone what kind of BS is that!!!! never use them and they should close the doors and be put out of business!!!!! THE WORST IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

      SHEIN SEND ME A PACKAGE WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THE FIRST TIME, ALWAYS SHEIN SEND ME BY UPS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY ADDRESS AND NOW ´SPEEDX SAID "MY ADDRESS IS WRONG" AND THE PHONE NUMBER THE SPEEDX DOESN'T WORK

      My package was supposed to be here on September 30 latest and its October 2 and I still have no updates, Im very disappointed in this company they say it will be delivered in 2 days after scanned.

      Unable to get any response from company for lost package. Their last mile courier delivered to wrong address. SpeedX won't even confirm they lost package so I can submit insurance claim. Submit details via SpeedX bot chat (only way to contact them) and told they will reply in 72 hours. 72 hours go by, no response. Start again, same result.
