      It has been almost 3 weeks and I havent received my package. They held my package at their facility for almost 2 weeks. I spend over 200 dollars and have t even received any response from the company. Its very upsetting. They also said failed delivery but there was never an attempt. I was home all day and contacted their chat bot and the chat bot confirmed the right address and that there wasnt an actual delivery just assumed the address was wrong even though its correct. Please I just wanted my package. Its mostly clothes for kids. This is so wrong.

      They supposedly tried to deliver it to me Friday, but I looked on security cameras - and the courier was not there. There was also supposedly a second delivery attempt today, but in the end no one came and they just auto-automatically updated the status.I've been writing to your customer service for 3 days now and no one is responding.What is wrong with you guys? Can you resolve the **** issue and deliver my package Just liers.

      Ordered items on ***** & never had an issue. Over $300 worth of items that I have lost. Got a message saying the delivery attempt failed due to incorrect address which is false! Plenty of packages have arrived safely with the same address until now. There is no way to contact them or to get a refund from *****. I planned on heading to the facility myself, but there is a review on **** from someone who works at the address provided on Maps for the supposed Speedx location that states it has not been Speedx for years! Over a month waiting for my package with no *********** cannot get in contact with anyone. No phone number, no actual customer service person. This place will steal your packages!

      ZERO stars if I could... they are lying saying that they try to deliver and failed. I'm always home . They have my phone number. They have the passcode to get into the gate of my apartment complex. They're either Liars, scammers, thieves, etc... they better get me my package or I'm reporting them to the police

      They said the delivered my package they took a photo of the wrong location. I believe they are stealing people package and not delivering it to the right location . I came to their office and everyone avoiding me.

      Super unprofessional delivery company and absolutely ZERO customer support. A ********************** delivery person walked up to my house with my package and opened the front door, walked into my home, and was confronted by our electrician, who was working on the first floor. Extremely bizarre behavior to not attempt to ring the doorbell or knock, but simply enter a private residence. The delivery person scurried away, saying nothing, and dropped the package on the front porch post-confrontation. I filed a police report but because SpeedX has not replied to my multiple requests for follow-up regarding this delivery person, the report is still pending.

      I placed an order with ***** and this is the first time I am experiencing a delivery because of SPEEDX. They lied, claiming they made delivery attempt and I can prove no one came to my address as I have been home all day. They have my correct address and phone number, yet they send me a text at midnight claiming there was an issue with delivery. There is no phone number you can reach this company on. Everything is via a web automated portal. Worse ever, I still have not received my package.

      SpeedX is the worse courier company to date ,they stole my package and then lied and claimed I refused it which is a lie because I was waiting on the package for 3 days and they never showed up EVER,they have no customer service or anyway to contact them about their deception etc.

      Worse delivery service every they deliver my package to the wrong address even thou my correct address is on the package I try to contact speedx not respond they do not have a phone # to call them so pretty much I lose my $$$ that I paid for my items
