      Company had us to sign two Docu-Sign Documents. Due to the cost of the ************* they went with the higher figure of $71,300.00 *********** installed a solar system that has failed and not functioning. They were to repair two of the panels with inverters. But, this repair never took place. The cost of the ************ came out to $16,594.44 for two systems. For some unusual reason the solar system is costing approximately $54,705.56, which is very high for a solar system. *********** ATTYX has been accused in *** (*************) of scamming people out of a lot of funds. We believe we have been scammed by ATTYX (Beam Solar Company)

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Answer  ATTYX had us to sign a docul-sign contract to install a solar system and HVAC System. The sales agen ****** ***** from ATTYX stated that the original contract would not cover the cost of the solar system and HVAC system. He sent the company ************************ to the house to see what it would take to install a complete Heat Pump at ********************************************************************* S.C.  ****** informed us that it is going to cost more to install the Heat Pump and Solar System than what was indicated. We did not have any idea of the total cost of the ************************ until after ****** had us sign another Docu-Sign Document for $71,300.00 to cover the new estimate. I asked ATTYX (Beam Solar Company) to send us an itemized document of the cost of the *********************** I have the quote, and have forwarded this document to Enium Capital **************** of what the total cost to install this system. I ****** ****** *** went in person to ************************ in ********** S.C. to find out if the cost of the ********************** was accurate. They said yes. The total cost of the ********************** was $16,594.44     This was paid by ATTYX out of the ************************* By paying $16.594.44 for all parts and labor to ************************, why is the solar system costing so much? Why should we be pushed into a higher contract price of $71,300.00 if this was not necessary? To me, this is outrageous, and should be considered a scam.    So far as the solar panels not working properly, why is it taking so long? Enium Capital **************** said to us by e-mail that the solar people came on the 8th of November to work on the solar system. This is not true, and a fabrication. No one has come to the home. The company Enhance that monitors the solar system sent us 2 inverters for the solar people to install. These inverters, are still in our Garage. In my opinion, this is a company that is doing their best to scam us and the bank out of a large amount of money. There is no way a solar system with 15 panels should cost over $25,000.00     The way this was set up by ****** ***** is a scam. We also have recorded welcome calls with every customer at the time of signing the contract, where we confirm the project details and cost before any tax incentives were applied, and you confirmed that everything was correct. Our 3rd party lender also had a recorded welcome call where they confirmed the total project cost and loan details with you. We disclose all pricing and project details and put this in the contract so everyone knows what is included in the project. We do not have an itemized breakdown of all the costs, just the project cost, detailed in the contract. In regards to your solar system, we have been in contact with you about this matter and we are actively working to resolve the issue.

       We entered into a contract with you on 6/01/2024 for $55,000.00 to cover a 15 panel solar system, and a heat pump for the home. We have the contract in our possession. After we signed the contract, the agent for ATTYX (****** *****) said that we will have to re-write the contract to cover the additional HVAC units to convert the home from natural gas to a total heat pump system (both levels of the home). He raised the amount to $71,300.00 to cover the additional units. Once everything waw installed, I asked ****** to send us an itemized statement for the entire ************* That is when we learned that the entire HVAC installation came to $16,594.44   This major incrrease in the price of this project is not justified. If you want a copy of our original contract we will send one to you. But, if you allow this unjustified contract to move forward without an investigation, we will have no choice but to default on this loan through *****. We received an e-mail message this week, that ATTYX will finally come out to fix the solar panels that have failed on Friday November 22nd. (If they do come) We are still having issues with the solar production of the panels. On 11/25/2014 we will have to pay *********** ******** $95.75 for the middle of September to the middle of October. Again, we will have to pay *********** ******** for next months shortage of the solar panels. If this continue's and if ATTYX fails to install more solar panels, we will have no choice but to default on the loan. (We don't have the funding to cover a solar system cost and pay *********** ******** at the same time. You can infrom us about all the policy's of ATTYX and that you take care of your customers, but this situation or contract will be taken care of in the near furture one way or another. Now, is your chance to try and fix what ****** ***** put together wrongly in our contract. We will see what takes place between now and April 2025 to make our final decision regarding this situation.   ****** & ***** ******

      I filed a complaint about this before and on the system said they set up an appointment yes they came out but told me I broke the contract because I had someone else go in the roof. Yes u did because it took them 2 weeks and water was coming my roof when it rained and that week had a lot of rain. Also I got a letter saying that my payments is moving from $15 a month to 619 per month. I was also told that Sunco was filing a state refund and my loan account would be credited over 8000. I was told that my tax credit would by 25k. None of this happened the representative said after the first year my payments will be 215, which I agreed to. I never received a physical copy of the contract. Then I had to pay to fix a new roof that was just installed under a year

Upon arrival, our team noted that a third-party contractor had already attempted to repair the leak. Unfortunately, the materials and methods usedsuch as the tarp and two-by-******* not meet industry standards. This has created a liability, as we are unable to safely remove or modify the non-standard work installed. For us to proceed with addressing the leak fully, the original contractor will need to remove their temporary repairs.       Firstly Sunco give me an appointment for a week plus while the roof was leaking because at that time the rain was poring every day. I ask** the *** what do I do in the mean time and she said sorry we cant get someone out until then. In order to protect the inside of my home and my tenant belongings I paid someone to cover the roof. When Sunco contractor came out and saw the covering he call ** his office and they call me saying I broke the contract by having someone put that on the roof and they were not able to help me and he left.

      secondly they are not addressing the other situation of the price I was given by the ***resentative who offer** me the solar. I was wrongly inform** of this. 
      They said I would get back 25k in taxes plus they will file some state paper work and get back 8k for me and put towards my loan. I was told that my first 12 months my payment will be $15 which it is but after this time it will go to $215 I got notice that it will be over $600 a month which I cant afford.       i was contacted By Attyx to have solar and a new roof installed on my house. As we went over my electric bills which were 180 in the summer and 230 in the winter. i was told that i would be getting a 7000 dollar check and a federal income taxs refund. i signed all the loan papers and come to find out that my payments are 427 a month and there is no federal refund. ive tried to call the origanal sales rep **** ******* and ive left many phone calls for him to get back to me and he is unresponsive to me. so *** decided to file this compaint.

      3/12/2024 They came to me with a simple drawn-out sketch with numbers (attached) and then asked me to sign my signature via I-Pad not knowing they were going to add my copied signatures to all the other documents I never had the chance to review those documents. If I had the chance, I would have never agreed to these terms nor costs. If they are not willing to give me the agreed contract and costs, we agreed upon when I met with the gentleman, then I would appreciate the work be reversed and I never be contacted by them again. They played me like a sucker and now they are risking my immaculate credit score. I am very upset that this company would try to take advantage a hard-working homeowner. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to scam me.

Unfortunately, we are not tax professionals so we do not guarantee the amounts you may receive. Its the customer's responsibility to know their qualifications and the amounts they will receive. Solar will help lower the electric bill. The utility company is a backup if you are using more energy than your system produces they will charge you for the energy the electric company provides. We have a recorded call where you verified which floor we are connecting the solar. I verified that this call did not state we would connect to the whole home.       I need help with Sunco, a solar company. I was charged $57,000 for roof and solar panels installation without understanding details of such exorbitant cost. The company was very deceptive throughout the process. I am no longer able to speak to their sales representative who came to my house.       December 2023 a brand new roof supposedly was installed by Sunco solar prior to new solar panels being installed. It is now August 2024 and my entire roof is leaking inside my house. I have reached out to a representative and all I got was send me pictures. I ask for a call back and no response

      April 1 2024 ************************* from Sunco was my salesperson for my solar contact number **********/ email ************** April 21 2024strip old roofing paper and install new roofing paper only April 25 2024 install solar with 2 batteries brand name Enphase and 47 panel May 15 2024 activate solar but didn't go through Heco for approval so no solar yet May 25 redo Amp breakers it was tripping off Deanjos Caseria ********** June 8,11 4x called Deanjos to tell him that my main box switch to shut down my electric in case of a fire is not working and he said they moved it to another panel without telling me and he still didnt come to show me where the shut off switch is and i told him the reason why.sunco didn't send my application until July 3 to HECO now it's in review my first payment is august 15 2024 my worries are doing double payments and not having enough to pay. **** maid promise that they were going to give me a brand new roof plus change all the Routen would there's a lot of cracks in the roof they didn't change and my patio they wanted to charge ****** i pay 4000 now **** avoid calling me back i can get anyone at Sunco to address some of my problems and they address is fake cause i went to look for the company and it not there ***** Malakeke pl. *******, hi ***** main number to Sunco **********

      I am sorry for the miscommunication regarding moving your breakers. As far as your application to HECO. We did apply earlier than July. They did reject the application, once they rejected it we completed the correction and resent it. This has happened a couple of times due to HECOs strict requirements. We have passed their review and we are sorry for the delay. HECO does have quite long review timelines.

      I need a roof and I asked the city I called 311 and they set me up with the city to get the free roof and then this guy came and his name was **** and he said they were going to give me free Sun solar panel and I said okay and then he came he took all my information and I was I was okay with it until when one day he went to ** and I need to go at credit for $****** in my name and the solar panel is only $14,000 and they said during tax time I will get the $5,000 to put towards the solar panel when tax time came I didn't get nothing they laugh at me and that is not right so that you got extra money in my name like that's like around 30 something thousand dollars extra in my name and I asked him for help to cut down on the bills and whatever and nobody respond to me and I keep on calling and calling and nobody is giving me any respond they said oh I sign for the solar panel I agree assigned for the solar panel but not for them to take out ****** in my name and put on my credit and the solar panel don't cost $****** and that is not right that is coming customers thank you in advance I will you understand what I said

      We never state that the solar panels are free. The customer signed a contract with the project cost. We do not guarantee the tax credit amounts. It is the customers responsibility to know their tax qualifications and the amounts they may receive. If the customer has questions or concerns about her loan, she needs to contact her lender.

      The customer informed us of the situation at the beginning of the month. Our standard timeline takes about three weeks to fix potential issues. We have several repairs that need to be done. We schedule these repairs in the order we receive them. We will do our best to expedite this customer's repair.
