      I ordered an orthopedic chair cushion on May 30, 2024. According the this company’s shipping notice stating they will ship between 2-5 days but should that not be possible, they would contact the customer. They did not contact me so on June 10, I emailed them told them to cancel the order. Still no reply so I sent a second email on June 13 cancelling the order for a second time. They shipped the order ANYWAY on June 14. I have opened a dispute resolution case with my credit card company to request a refund. The seller is very uncooperative so I will also open a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive trade practices. They will not answer their phone and advise you to email them but then they ignore the emails. This company is shady, arrogant, and refuses to refund my money.

      Yes. This order shipped out within our normal time frame, and the customer is fully aware. The package has been delivered at this point. We have been in constant contact, and they have made it clear that they intend to keep the item without paying for it as revenge for us shipping it slower than expected. Despite our efforts to apologize, set up a return, offer a discount, or make any other correction desired, we have been unable to help this customer to their satisfaction. It is unclear why they would continue to attack us with false reviews, transaction disputes, and charge-backs, but they did indicate by email that this was their intention. As this order has been delivered and not returned, and as this customer has refused any offer of help directly from us, we would consider this matter closed as of today.

      through the seller’s website shows my initial order, my emails on June 10 and
      13th advising the seller I was cancelling the order and the sellers
      DEFIANCE in ignoring my repeated cancellation notices, and the seller’s
      repeated DEFIANCE in shipping the product anyway.  Since these communications show the seller is running a scam
      and ignored all my attempts to stop this product from being shipped, their
      response to BBB is dishonest and fails to mention any of the communications
      where I specifically communicated in writing to this company days before they
      shipped it anyway on June 14, 2024. I also tried to call them several times
      prior to June 14, 2024, and they have no way for you to leave a voice message
      but tell the customer to send them an email which they ignore!I have no intention of paying postage to return an item I
      told this company not to send when they deliberately ignored my emails and sent
      this product anyway.  I did an internet
      search to see where this company is physically located and it appears to be a

      done an email search on reviews of this company and there are MANY customer

      On or before May 17, 2024, I placed an order with Simply Good Stuff for a compact pet broom. I asked them when it will ship
      On May 23 they said it was out of stock and they could send the broom with a telescopic pole
      I told them to cancel my order
      On May 30, they asked me the same question and I told them to cancel my order
      On May 31, they asked me again about the telescoping pole and I told them to cancel my order and refund my money
      I repeated it again on May 4 and May 13

      Upon checking this order, it looks like it was delayed for a short time, but the item came back in stock before any cancellation took place. We apologize for any inconvenience as a result. Once an order enters the shipping process, it becomes too late to cancel it, and for this reason the order shipped out, and it has been delivered at this point.       Upon checking this order, it looks like it shipped out before any cancellation took place. There was no substitution, so the exact item came back in stock and shipped out automatically. Tracking shows the order has been delivered as of last month, and we have no record of a return as of today.       I have purchased some weed eater replacement string from Simply Good Stuff online on 5/4/24 for $32.00 for 2 packs of this product. (Order #: SGS- ******). They say that it would be shipped 3to 5 days from purchase date. I have contacted them multiple times on this matter, 5/10/24, 5/23/24, 6/3/24 and actually talked to someone in customer service supposedly and was told that the product was in on that day and should ship with a tracking # in 3-5 days. Now no one answers the phone for customer service which opens at 11:00 am to 6:00pm CST. I have still not received the order and cannot get ahold of them except by email to their company, which gets me nowhere trying to get my order. Or even a refund of the money. This is very bad business if you ask me especially new customers.

      Yes. We do regret the unusual delay in shipping this order, and we have communicated with this customer directly to let them know that. We have also provided them with tracking via email as the order did ship out as indicated. Although we are normally much faster, we did attempt to keep the customer informed of the delay in this case, and we also did respond to multiple requests per the status of the order. At this point the package has been received at the delivery address, but we would be happy to assist if there is any other issue with this order, or if the customer would prefer to return the order for a refund rather than keep it

      On 11/30/2023 I placed an order online for a cleaning product and some cheap dryer balls totaling $42.70. At some point I receiver the dryer balls and a note that cleaner will follow. Was able to get an answer once after dozens of attempts and was told product would ship soon. Never came and not able to get an answer on phone again.

      It's odd that you would file a "complaint" instead of contacting us directly(we searched by your email), but it's even more odd that you would be so inaccurate in the process. Upon checking, we do show that you ordered, and we delivered, 3 sets of those "cheap" dryer balls, so it amounted to nearly half the value of your order. We shipped them out separately, due to the backorder on the other item. It was in an effort to provide the best possible service at the time, and we did it despite the "free shipping" on your order. We tried to also make it clear that you were not required to wait for the backordered item to ship, and you could, at any time, request a refund. As you chose not to, we never did. The item is still out of stock, but the order was still open, so it would have automatically shipped out if you continued to wait. At this time, we have cancelled the item from your order, and a refund will be issued accordingly. If we can be of further assistance with this, or anything else, please feel free to contact us directly by phone or email. We are happy to help, and easy to get a hold of.

      I placed an order with Simply Good Stuff on April 23, 2024. The shipment time for the order was 2-7 days. I did not receive the item in this time frame so I attempted to contact the seller on 4/30/24. I called their order help toll free number 30+ times before a gentleman answered the phone. He asked for my order information and upon looking up the order I was informed that it would ship out before the end of the work week. I then received an email on Friday, May 3rd, the day the order was to ship out (per the customer service representative) that the item was not "Out of Stock". After speaking again with my credit card company and opening up a dispute case to receive a refund I emailed Simply Good Stuff and attempted to cancel the order. I have the cancellation policy which I found online that states an order can be cancelled if it hasn't shipped out yet. On May 15th, one week after my email to cancel the order (because once again, I could not reach anyone by phone), I received an email that the order wasn't in stock and it was too late to cancel the order. My credit card company contacted Simply Good Stuff about the dispute/order cancellation and I received an email stating that I was filing a false dispute case and trying to scam the company! Just last evening I received a "shipping confirmation" for the order.
      I am hoping that you can help to resolve this issue as Simply Good Stuff has a history of negative customer service. We have since ordered the item from another company and it arrived promptly in 3 business days. It has already been installed.
      I am also willing to provide copies of all email contacts with the company as well as phone records of my attempt to call if necessary. I also have a copy of the company's cancellation police which states that an order can be cancelled if it hasn't already shipped.

      I placed an order totaling $31.95 on April 29. I received a confirmation email saying the order would ship within five business days and I would receive an email with the shipping information. I never received a shipping email and I have not received the products. I paid via ******. I filed an issue report with ******. I called the company every day and always received the same recorded message with no way to leave, a voicemail. I have also sent emails every day. No response. Feels like a scam. I want a refund if delivery is not going to be made. Please advise ASAP.

      Yes. This customer has been in contact with us directly, and we have responded to several emails, so they should be well aware that their request to cancel has been received and processed. Although we did have stock for this item, we did not have the full qty requested, so we sent an email notification to the customer to let them know. Once the customer responded to let us know they didn't want to wait, the order was cancelled as requested. It's a shame that this unnecessary complaint, and a dispute on the transaction were filed for no reason. Although we do regret that we did not have enough of this item on hand, we also did notify the customer accordingly, and then respond as requested. At this point the order is fully cancelled, and a full refund has been issued, but please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

      I am not going to spend much more time on this. This company is not reputable and I want nothing more to do with them.The only thing they did was send me emails on a sporadic basis, telling me they did not have inventory to fulfill my order. And they only replied to inquiries I made. They were never proactive. I finally had to file a claim with ******, who I used for the transaction, and after going through that process, ****** determined I had a claim that was accurate and they refunded my money. The company did nothing to refund my money. It was all ******. In fact, ****** relayed to me that the client had 10 days to respond to them and they never did. So don’t believe anything the company told you in the last response. They did not cancel/refund my order as requested.Regards,

      I ordered two **** * ***** products from Simplygoodstuff.com on 9/15/2023. The order number was SGS-******. The company immediately charged my credit card $41.45.

      But the company never delivered the product. I have contacted the company's customer service email (*****************************) a number of times, the last time was 10/20/2023. The company keeps informing me that the products are on back order. I believe that the company was leading me on so that I would not do a charge back on my credit card; it is now too late to do a charge back on my credit card.

      I ordered 3 knives from this site. I started calling them after a week because I didn’t receive any tracking and nobody picks the calls and they provided an email with a non existing tracking after numerous emails. I want my money back

      On Jan. 24, 2024, I ordered a Deluxe Pulsating Massage Pillow, Beige for $45.95 which was deducted from my account on Jan. 26, 2024.
      The order confirmation is SGS-****** I have sent multiple emails and seem to get a similar response like it is automated. I have also tried to call multiple times and only received the same recorded message.

      I would just like a refund. This was a birthday gift for my mom that never arrived. I don't trust this business so just want a refund and be done with them. Thanks so much!!
