On Jan. 24, 2024, I ordered a Deluxe Pulsating Massage Pillow, Beige for $45.95 which was deducted from my account on Jan. 26, 2024.
The order confirmation is SGS-****** I have sent multiple emails and seem to get a similar response like it is automated. I have also tried to call multiple times and only received the same recorded message.
I would just like a refund. This was a birthday gift for my mom that never arrived. I don't trust this business so just want a refund and be done with them. Thanks so much!!Initial Complaint

SGS ****** order placed on 3/15/24. I have ordered from this company several times before this without problems. After checking to see why my items had not arrived and then checking BBB complaints I realized I am not alone in not receiving my items. ********** also has many negative reviews. Sorry to hear that false information found here led you to believe something false. Although we have requested a correction, the bbb still leads people to believe that they may not receive their order, even though we have been shipping and delivering orders for more than 20 years now. Your order is no different. It does look like it is taking them longer than normal to deliver it to you, but your package will arrive to you soon. I placed an order on 10/06/23. Said no longer in stock waiting for shipment of new stock… then they suggested i order something similar, so my oder was modified in 01/24. Ive inquired numerous times and requesting a tracking number. They said they have the material and will forward me a tracking number.

Simply Good Stuff couldn't source the items I was billed for. In Jun, 2023 they sent an email saying they were cancelling the order and refunding the purchase.
Simply Good Stuff never refunded the $129.00.

I ordered a broom on 9-28-2023, and my bank card was charged $27.90 immediately. After not receiving any information about my order, I contacted the company and was told my item would ship within two weeks. After not receiving the item, I again contacted the company via email and shortly after received an email stating the order was in the process of shipping and a tracking number would be sent. This was over a month ago and I never received a tracking number or the product.
