I ordered a pair of mini boots on Dec 11, 2022. Ive not recd any correspondence about my order other than the initial confirmation and they took my money. Order # ***** -$44.95 on my cc. Ive emailed them at least 3-4 times and attempted to call them at the phone # listed ************. It says the number is no longer a working number. I just wanted the product or a refund. I have been charged for three pairs of shoes that I purchased and they don't fit. I have been trying to reach the company for a full refund for both orders. They advertise an easy refund within 30 days. The order numbers are... order number ***** $49.42 December 2, 2022, and order number ***** $71.94 November 1, 2022 I have contacted the company through different ways. I sent emails to their suggested email for customer service and returns as well as replied to sales emails they have sent me. I have sent almost 25 emails and have gotten no response. I have tried the customer service phone number and that says it is not in service.I just want to get a refund as I cannot use the products, but have no information from the company as to how to get the refund. I purchased a pair of boots on November 18, 2022. When the delivery came, I put the *********** boots on and immediately the back loop ripped off. They are horrible quality. I emailed them twice to ask them to let me return them, but they haven't responded to my emails, even though I get daily adds from them.Customer Answer

I ordered 3 pairs of boots , 2 that did not fit properly and 1 that the inside looks like it is coming apart, I just want to return them, they do not reply, they need to accept your return before you can return them, that is ********...I have sent SEVERAL emails and NOTHING, and their phone number is not in working order, this is a scam I believe, all I want is my money back and to return these boots.Customer Answer

I have emailed the company just looking for a more specific update multiple times with no response. Neither phone number works (they also seem to go by the name "Comfy Moccasin". I ordered a pair of black winter boots around $36 once I received them they were a-little too snug and I got the biggest size I wrote them an email after a week went past I wrote another 2 emails asking how to return because thats what I saids to contact them on returns, and never heard from them I tried to give them a call and their number isnt in service thats on their website.
