    This is a scam company. Still havent received my order. Asked where my order was or for an order cancellation by email, but no reply. None of their phone numbers work

    Date of transaction: 12/13/2023 I mistakenly ordered twice. I emailed ******************************** and called the customer service phone # probably 10 times. No one called me back. I did get a response to one or two of my emails but they asked questions about my problem. I answered and returned the email and never heard from anyone. After that I realized that this was a questionable company and so I started to email and call to cancel both orders. Received no return call or email. Order arrived sometime in Feb after their website indicated that I would receive the order by 12/27/2023. I had no need for these boots and so I sent an email letting them know that I would be returning the boots to the same address in ********** that was on the plastic bag that I received. Did not receive a response. On 3/8/24 I used same form of mailing that I received boots in which was regular postal mail to return boots. I have not heard back. My bank took charges off my account in December after I reported but put back on after I received the boots. I will call them to see if they can help also since this company completely disregarded my attempts to cancel the orders all with an hour - next 3-4 days. I am angry because my diligent efforts to cancel the orders within minutes of when it was placed and then for weeks were ignored and not responded to. The boots that I finally received were also different than pictures on their website.

    February 2024 I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my kids from Casual Comfort Sandals online. I never got an email confirmation. The package took maybe 3 -4 weeks to arrive. The shoes dont fit. I want to return them. The company did not include a packing slip with an order number. I emailed them (email found on their website). I have not heard back at all. The return address does not match company address. Where can I return? How do I get a refund? They are withholding basic information.

    On 03/02 I ordered a pair of boots from business...the boots arrived and were too small...I have requested over 10 times how to return the boots and receive a full refund...I have never received a response. So I just want to return the product and receive a refund.

    As soon as I placed my order for a pair of winter boots my CCard was charged. Then I heard nothing in spite all my requests for shipping updates until the boots arrived 6 WEEKS later. By then I had found a pair locally and the time and lack of communication were unacceptable. Also they ran very small. I always wear a 39 size but ordered a 40 to be on the safe size. But the boots were too tight and unwearable. I wanted to return and get my $ back but through emails (with a robot I think), over several weeks, it became futile to get any compensation. Very bad company to deal with. Buyer beware!

    On Jan 31, I ordered two pairs of women's boots(Ugg Style) from the Casual Comfort Sandals website.. I was charged $87.93. I received a confirm of the order # ****** but, no further information (no tracking, no delay notice, etc.). I have not received the order. I've written 3 emails, two thru their website and one via my email asking for updates with no response at all. The only emails I do receive are from their sales promotions asking me to buy more from their site. I feel that I may have been scammed with this website.

    I ordered a pair of shoes January 21. I have received a no confirmation from the company regarding my order or shipping. I have emailed them a total of six times over the last two weeks requesting an update of information. The phone number associated with the website is not working nor is the customer service email listed on their website. I keep getting a generic automated email stating that someone will be replying.

    I have been trying to contact this business to request a return label and they do not respond. The product I received is poor quality and I would like a refund. The shoes are not at all as advertised. They do not respond to my emails.

    On Dec. 5 I ordered shoes and it was taken out of my credit card but I've still not received them. I've called for days. All it does is ring buzy. I've texted and email'd but t with no response. I even wanted to order another pair of their shoes but I need this taken care of. I appreciate all your help. It's good to know someone out there is holding companies accountable.

    December 5th, 2023, I ordered The *********** Boot, for $47.94. My credit card indicates that this amount was paid to RETROWOMENSANDALS ********** ON. The post date being 12/6/2023. To date I have never received the boots!! I tracked the item ordered using the given tracking number which indicated the product was coming from *****!!! Finally, I wrote 2 e-mails requesting information concerning the order (# ******). I have yet to receive a response, which, unfortunately, indicates to me I may have been scammed.
