    This place is a scam. Phone number out of service. They don't answer emails or do returns and sent the wrong size.

    I ordered 2 pair of boots total $75.93. The boots I ordered are not same as advertised. They do not fit and cheaply made. Ive reached out to company through emails and no response. *** tried calling however phone number provided is not in service, I would like to receive a refund and do not recommend purchasing from this company,

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I've tried contacting the company for shoes ordered back on 07/13 I get no response back and the phone number given is not in service. I didn't have a good feeling about ordering from a company I never heard of but my mother really wanted these shoes and now I am out $53.

    I ordered a pair of sandals on July 10, 2023. They took my payment. It I never received my shoes. I have emailed and emailed. It does no good to call because the number is always busy..I will not order from this companys again..

    ******************** I could give them MINUS stars I would this company s___ks!!!!! They are complete frauds. I bought a pair of their "comfort" sandals. What a joke....they were stiffer than expected, 2 sizes too big, and poorly made. I have tried to contact them on and off for 6 months now. Emails get the same automated response, promising a return email in 1-2 business days. And they assign your email a "message number" which is fraudulent because the number is the same on all communications.I am so very sorry that I attempted to do business with them. I'll be contacting my bank with all of this information. PEOPLE, RUN AWAY FROM THEM F-A-S-T!!!!

    Ordered on July 3rd. Never received information about when it will be shipped. Today is July the 28th.I emailed a few days ago, did not received response. Today I went to PayPal and saw that the payment had been cashed by a company named Retro Sandal, when I call the phone number posted on PaPal I was told that the # could not be reach.Looks like a scam company to me.PayPal is going to refund me the purchase.I am grateful for that.

    Horrible service! I never received my order, however I have made several attempts to contact casual comfort sandals via email and by phone. The phone number is disconnected, and I never received a response from them. Plus, I was charged $42.95 that was deducted from my checking account.
