We had our bathroom remodeled by Premier Home Pros. We did have a few things that needed attention afterwards. Premier Home Pros sent ***** ******** out to finish our project, and my husband and I were amazed by the work that ***** performed, with expertise, and workmenship.Communication was excellent, and it was clear that they had sent a skilled professional. What does one have to do to get their deposit refunded after cancelling their contract in the 72 hour time frame? PHP has had my deposit for 30 days and I am getting the run around from all the staff I have spoken to. Please advise. Do not use this company. If one has this kind of trouble prior to any job, one can only imagine what kind of trouble there will be during a job and after a job. No communication and get the run around.Premier Home Pros, LLC

Hi ******** - As communicated to you via phone and through email, we sent out your check in October, however, unfortunately it must have been lost in the mail. We have now cancelled that check and are reissuing a new check, which should arrive via ***** on Friday. Premier did a shower conversion for my father in the ********** area and he absolutely loves it! He can now get in and out of his shower with ease and I don't have to worry about him falling climbing over his old tub! Great work!! Great process!!Premier Home Pros, LLC

Wonderful experience with Premier. They do an incredible job from start to finish! We were very satisfied with our new shower that was custom to being handicap for my mother. In summary, they provide an average product in line with Bath Fitter, *************** etc. Once you hand them the payment, don't expect them to be grateful for your business any ********* detail, my rating pertains to my installation experience. My installation time was not 1-2 day, as advertised, but 4 separate appointments over 2 months. I was initially sold a niche that could not be installed due to their refusal to modify studs behind the wall, so I was defaulted to 4 shelves. On the 2nd appointment, they installed the shelves poorly (not equally spaced or level). On the 3rd appointment, they fixed the shelf spacing and leveling, but did not have all of the products to finish the job, so they had to come back again.Due to their policy that all other appointments other than the initial installation appointment are considered service calls, they would not offer a refund of any value (I initially asked for $500) for not performing the install in the advertised time and for an incorrect installation.They state on their website that they are a "a highly experienced bathroom remodeling contractor", but from my experience, the technician that initially installed the shelves was not, as the simple shelf installation could have been performed by a mildly handy individual with a drill, measuring tape, and level.I asked them for a receipt on three different occasions. They say they'll get it to you, but then forget.Premier Home Pros, LLC
