Gave me lots of choices and design ideas, (except for sink faucets, they were very limited). She took her time with measurements and details. ****** and *** came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing our tub with a shower. They were great. We had a lot of questions and they were very patient and explained everything clearly. They were great!Premier Home Pros, LLC

Absolutely horrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our project started Nov. 2023, and it's still not completed! When they first started they didn't even give us a shower pan. Told us wasn't in contract, excuse me *** but how do you install a shower with no pan. Took shower, water went everywhere. We couldn't use it, told us extra money to put obe in, NOT, common sense you need shower a shower pan. Now almost a year later we are waiting for them to fix the drain, because that was installed incorrectly also. And let's not talk about the wall damage to my outside wall from them working on the bathroom, that they didn't fix. ***** *.Premier Home Pros, LLC

Dont believe more than half of these "good reviews". Pretty sure they floud the reviews to ensure they stay rated high. The honest reviews are the ones rated anything lower than a 3. We hired premier to convert our tub to a standing shower in the ** area. The salesperson was nice and of course was able to convince us to go with premier. We started at a price range of over $20k which is way over priced for the quality that we recieved. It was lowered but even then, the price was still ridiculously high for our sized shower. No bigger than a linen closet.The problem was, for the price we payed there are so many issues with since installation. First, the installer didn't check for leaks and told us not to turn on the water for 24 to 48 hours. When we did, we found that the shower leaked water all throughout the bathroom floor. This has caused damage to our vanity no older than 2 years old. The new railing that came with the shower was all scratched. And they've provided the incorrect parts to the onsight team twice since they've been here. Still waiting on replacement.They left scratches on the new floor during the installation, when they returned to fix the scratches the color is mismatched and when it's dry there are dry blotches all over the flooring. During installation they damaged the ceiling and tried to patch it up, but looks horrible.We requested mold clean up, they told us it was a special chemical they needed to spray and charged $300. During installation I watched them spray a $12 mold killer from **********!! The same bottle I purchased when we started having mold due to the tub leaking.The original caulking job was horrible and sloppy and the white caulk is yellowing, for a brand new shower to be yellowing already, they used the wrong product. None of it is high quality.I want compensation for my time and them to fix these issues. If the next time they come here to fix an issue and don't resolve all the complaints we have, I want a refund.Premier Home Pros, LLC
