I have made the call to talk with someone but went to voice mail and no call back. the sales rep. never heard of these customer agents. the project is getting worse. more details of the project were not written as verbally stated. this is all for my son who has special need and is having problems with the outdated bathroom.Review fromDebra F

Premier Home Pros is a fantastic company to work with. They are very professional and use quality products and their installers are top notch (at least ******* and **** were -- can't comment on others as they were the two we had) The materials came in sooner than expected. Many quoted it would be Sept before they could install -- Premier said it would be 6 to 8 wks. but from signing the contract till installation was complete it was only 4 wks.Premier Home Pros, LLC

****** was very professional and hard worker. He just didn't stop working and also told us about a pipe that we would never know was disconnected and if it got clogged our sewer will have dumped sewer waste in our house. Salesman was very patient and not pushy. Explained everything and suggested some things and did not pressure us. Was not in a hurry to get the sale and get out of there. He reviewed everything thing we decided to do and emailed our whole contract. They cleaned everything up and also got rid of all the old bathtub. Made sure he closed the bathroom door and covered anything that residue would land on. Temporary inconvenience but permanent improvement. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Would recommend Premier to anyone.Premier Home Pros, LLC

Sadly the only positive was the SECOND team of installers (****** and ****** who had to come out and re-do the job. We really like the product but unfortunately the installation was faulty: scraped in tub, cracked tub surround, chipped drain and shower head, bowed walls, tub didnt drain due, no spray foam or concrete under tub which cause the feeling of falling through tub, resistance to correcting rot under tub and generally poor attitude. Called to complain however took days for an inspection and then to schedule another Re-install. Luckily ***** and ****** were able to come back out and completely re-do the job. ***** and ****** were amazing compared to the first team and finally did the job correctly. We decided to go with Premier because we thought it would be the most convenient and we would only be without a bathroom for a few days . Sadly, that was not the case. Honestly, we could have hired contractors for cheaper and would have likely taken less time. I will be submitting a request for compensation.Premier Home Pros, LLC

I've only used my NEW shower conversion for a week, but I have to say that it was worth every ***** so far! Here are my thoughts on the process.NEGATIVES: Be prepared to clean a lot, its very dusty, installers left some trash in the yard and driveway from cutting materials and be prepared for lengthy high-pressure sales pitch even though they were very friendly.POSITIVES: Its only been a week but the quality and workmanship is excellent, so far. The glass for the shower doors are thick, handles good quality and the shower head is ********** mentioned, its only been a week and only time will tell how well it holds up, but I can definitely say that im thoroughly enjoying my new shower and would use them again if my shower maintains it's current quality over time.Premier Home Pros, LLC

We did have a little misunderstanding however, Home Pros delivered their services on time and as expected. Home Pros and their team are very reliable, trustworthy and understanding, a company who listens and addresses needs made by the consumers.
