Purchased a product (a smart ring, a magnetic charger and product warranty) in late April 2025, order #****** in the amount of $94.88.
Per instructions, the ring was charged and the app was downloaded. But the two do not synch! The process was repeated twice, the phone was restarted and after the third try I contacted the seller, WuzuTech, on May 19th to request an RMA, shipping instructions and a refund.
On May 20 they replied with a discount offer for me to keep the products or to receive a gift card, to avoid "the hassle of returning the item" - a quote from their email.
On May 21 I replied that I am not interested in either offer and want to return the product for a full refund.
on May 22 they reverted with an email with instructions to download the app, create an account, pair the ring -- everything I had already done three times (!!)
Last Wednesday, 5/28, I replied that this is the third clear request from me to return the product for a full refund, and stated that if I do not receive a response in 48 hrs, I would escalate the matter to BBB.
I did not receiver a reply, thus the escalation to BBB.
Also, I am concerned that their return policy indicates "Your enjoyment of our products is our highest priority. For your peace of mind, all orders carry a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Please see below for our specific policies related to returns, refunds, and exchanges." *****************************************************
At this point, 30 days have expired, but they have not responded to my REPEATED REQUEST for return authorization and confirmation of a full refund.
Please extend your support to get a reply from the seller, proper return instructions / labels, and a commitment to issue the refund for $94.88 in full.

In the month of May I ordered 2 orua rinse plus 2 chargers ,one ring was black,the other silver they sent me 1 black(ok) and 1 rose gold ring(wrong color) .I would like wuzu tech to send a shipping label to send back rose gold ,plus send me the silver ring I originally ordered also I have had 3 emails from ****,***** and **** no body has responded to my request my order number is ****** , could u please help me resolve this problem

I ordered a Herz P1 Smart Ring from this company the week of 5/11/25 - it was shipped to me on 5/13/25. I discovered I cannot use this item with my phone - there is no app that goes with it. It's useless to me. I didn't even open it when I got it. I contacted them to return it - there is supposed to be a 30 day return policy. They offered to give me a 20% refund and keep the product or give me a gift card for the full amount. I don't want either of those - and told them so - several times. I have emailed them repeatedly - I think 4 separate times - and no one will respond to me. I just want to know the process for returning and a full refund.Initial Complaint

Payment was made by credit card through PayPal for a 3-in-1 Bird seed to accompany the Happy Birdy Feeder which I did receive on April 18th. I did not receive the bird seed. The delivery information on PayPal states that my order of bird seed was delivered to ******* ***** which I believe is in ********. I have made repeated attempts to contact the seller by phone and email. I cannot get this resolved from PayPal because info is incorrect under account. On May 14th I purchased a Herz P1 Smart Ring size 10. When I received it I emailed about exchanging It for a bigger size. I did not get any response via email in 48 hours. I sent a follow up email that also did not get responded to. After 72 hours with the product I called ************ several times and was unable to reach anyone to see about getting a refund as the product does not work to expectations.
