    I ordered the Herz P1 ring and used there ring size method and it's to big. Would like to exchange size 10 for a size 7. Have texted and called during business hours. No one has responded to my issue. If I can't get a response for an exchange then want a refund.

    I purchased two smart rings from this company. One I recevied and it does not fit correctly and the other I never received. I have contacted the company multiple times via phone (leaving voicemails) and emails to get a refund (per the 30 day return policy) and have had no luck in getting my issued resolved.

    Hello,

    It was approx March 12, 2025 that I ordered it.
    I ordered their "best selling" robotic vacuum---- that has no vacuum! It's a round robot that gets stuck in corners and lots of other places. It has 2 spinning "bristles" that fling crumbs away and the bristles pick up hair.

    They've agreed to send me a refund if I put the machine in the mail, but I wanted you to be involved so I'd have a third party.

    I made purchase at a discounted rate and they charged me the full rate, three times. I called the company and emailed per their website - during business hours - and their phone lines are closed. I left messages and have received no response. They are still processing my order. I requested PayPal shut down the purchase, but they denied my case.

    Complaint:

    I ordered an item (a pillow) from this company on February 17, 2025. I received the product and shortly afterward requested a return for the unopened, unused item. The company issued a return authorization on March 6, 2025, and the item was received by the company on April 17, 2025.

    Since then, the return status on my account has been listed as “pending,” and no refund has been issued. I have contacted the company multiple times via email (since their phone line states they are closed), but I only receive automated responses asking for a tracking number. I have explained repeatedly that I no longer have the tracking number, but no one from the company has personally followed up or resolved the issue.

    It has now been over a month since they received the returned item, and despite multiple good-faith efforts to contact them, I remain stuck in an automated loop.

    I would like the company to issue a full refund for the returned product immediately and to confirm that the matter is resolved. I also request they improve their customer service process to handle legitimate return issues with proper human oversight.

    Ordered product on 4/1/25. Received charging case 4/7 and ring finally on 4/11. Ring has not read accordingly to my liking. Product has a 30 day return hassle free refund policy per website. I have contacted them by email AND phone call(nobody is available during business hours). After seeing other reviews and complaints I'm starting to see that this may be a scam and non legitimate business. I don't trust the return process and would like to have my money of $89.92 fully refunded. I don't want a new product, replacement, no other option except for a full refund.

    I decided on this company to purchase a smart ring. They claimed it would take 3 days to ship. Original order date is 4-23-25. After waiting over a week I tried emails to find out what was going on, they told me they were reviewing the order. Then I started looking further into the company. Found more problems like mine. Email goes ignored and the phone hours are 8-5 eastern time. 3 hours ahead of me. So I called at different times each day, still the same recording. Call back during our business hours.

    I ordered on line a camera capable bird feeder from said company have not received the item. Have reached out to them via email as well as landlines with no individuals to answer or reach out to me. Have left numerous messages both ways. Voice mail says open 9:00 to 5:00, no answering, Voice mail says all lines are closed. Sadly very disappointing !! Need some help, Thanks.

    I have received the 2HerzP1 smart rings (Midnight black - product ID **** and Rose Gold Product ID ****) I ordered on April 9 . I also received the Rapid charging case plus a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately, the rings don't fit. I've been trying to contact them to exchange the rings for a bigger size but I have not been able to contact them. Customer support is not responding. I have not been able to contact them in any other way. At this point, I am frustrated and I want to return the products and get a refund.

    I purchased a smart ring through this company. I was informed by USPS on April 15th that they received the order, printed the label and are awaiting the item to arrive to them. Later in the same day (4/15/25) I heard from the company that the item had shipped, but the USPS status had not changed. On April 18th, I received notice from Wuzu Tech that the item had arrive, but the USPS status still remained as "label printed, awaiting item". The status is still listed as this as of writing this.

    I attempted to email this company on 4/16/25, 4/18/25 and 4/19/25 via email and attempted to call several times on 4/17/25 and 4/21/25. I called during the reported working hours, but was informed that all lines are closed. I did get a response to one of my emails stating that "as the item is in transit, we are unable to do anything at this time." I have still not received the item as of writing this.
