    I purchased a smart ring (qring). I received the product April 7 and by May 27 it was not working. I would not hold a charge. *** has refused to work with me. If I could rate at 0 stars I would.

    Processed order without consent on 5/31. Backed out of website when add-ons started popping up and decided not to purchase. I received and email saying congratulations order confirmed and processing. Sent email on 5/31 immediately saying I did not authorize and refund payment. They responded saying it was being looked into and payment was taken. No response from the emails sent on 6/1 and 6/2.

    I can empathize with all of the previous reviews. I get it, there are times when processes just don't work out. THAT HAS NOT BE THE **** FOR ME! I went to the Wuzutech website ordered two Herz P1 rings. I did noticed that the charges came from HEC Home Essentials LLC. I received my product within a week of ordering. I was able to track the shipment from them to my door. The rings arrived just in time for my father's birthday ??. The product arrived with the package ?? dented, but Wuzutech customer service was all over it and resolved my issues in less than 24 hours via email (I sent an email this an issue, they sent an email with a recommended solution, I accepted the solution). The Herz P1 is working flawlessly. No down time, easy to setup, and doing exactly what it says it will do. Flawless order and fulfillment, flawless customer engagement, and flawless customer service.

    I order herz p1 rings and a label wa created and still has not shipped. I tried emailing and conracting the company to cancel the order to refund me icluding shipping. I still have not heard back.

    Wuzutech charged my CC without my approval. I did not submit my order. And the 800# listed on their website is closed during business hours. Minutes later my CC was used for fraudulent charges.

    The phone lines are literally closed and the company does not respond to emails. Completely You will be told 4-5 days to get product. I made the purchase 4/30. The tracking shows 4/31 a label was made and **** was awaiting the product. Here we are 4/4 and the product has not been delivered to USPS….phone lines have been closed literally all week and nobody will answer an email. They will charge your card and forget about you

    I am writing to file a complaint against HEC Home Essentials. I purchased Wuzutech smart ring from this company, and unfortunately, the product is not functioning as advertised. Size is not working and their site said 30 days money back guarantee. Despite following the return instructionswhich require contacting customer serviceI have not received any response. I have emailed multiple times and called during the companys stated business hours without success.Furthermore, I have discovered several negative reviews regarding similar experiences with this company. Given these issues, I am requesting a full refund for my purchase.

    I ordered a ****** smart ring on Feb 24 and processed on Feb 25 th and has not yet been shipped. I was told 3 to 5 days. You cannot leave a message when calling because it always says to call during business hours( which I did). I did send an email and got a reply 2 days later apologizing because this order is in high demand and they refunded my shipping amount only. I am still waiting on this product and still cannot get an answer on their phone contact. I left another email wanting a full refund and am waiting to hear back.
    I feel this is not a legit company. And now I am out of almost $90. My order # is ******  Please do not order from wuzutech. I have now learned my lesson.

    Dont buy anything from this company. It is a fraud. You cannot reach them by telephone and they take days to reply to you by email. I never received the product that I ordered from them.
