    I attempted to order the WuzuTech Nano wipe from an offer I came across on the internet. It was to purchase two and get one free. During the purchase the process for entering the credit card information kept kicking me back out and making me restart. I was finally able to make it through and complete the purchase. I received the confirmation email on 2/25 but it said that I had ordered 7 single Nano wipes for $89.95 as well as a two year product warranty for $9.99. I did not order this and called them immediately to their advertised 24/7 customer support. I called at 2:24 pm and then again at 2:46 pm. Both times the recording said that the customer lines were closed and to call back at normal business hours (not 24/7 apparently). Problem is that the time I called was within their business hours. The recording said that I could leave a message and they would be back to me within 24 hours. No reply. I called again on 2/28 - 3/3 and 3/5. Left messages all three times. I have also emailed them asking for return information and payment correction and refund. I have still not received a reply. I will be bringing this up as a fraud with my credit card people as well. Please help with either contacting these people or help take them off the marked. Thank you.

    I ordered wuzutech robovac x charged it and after it was charged turned it on only ran for 10 minutes recharged and again only ran for 10minutes. Tha next day tried again and now it only goes in circles and keeps bumping against the wall. So not doing what it's Supposed to do have tried to call during business hours no one answers only a recording to leave a message also sent emails and not getting any satisfaction. Poorly made item and bad customer service. Would like a full refund as product doesn't work properly.

    I ordered 2 Wuzutech smart rings with 4 rapid chargers on 2/7/25. The reason I ordered 4 chargers was the fact that there were 2 opportunities to add chargers, and upon the second opportunity, the chargers were described as “Rapid Chargers” so I opted for the upgrade and expected to only receive 2 “Rapid Chargers”. However, I received 4 chargers. The products were delivered on 2/21/25. After receipt of the products, I realized that the 4 chargers were identical, and contacted the merchant, Wuzutech, to seek a refund for 2 of the chargers. I was able to contact Customer Service, and I was offered a 20% discount (approx. $6.00 on a $29.98 charge). on the extra chargers to keep them, so I agreed to a $6.00 refund. Moving on, I attempted to charge the rings and pair them with the app to start using them. Upon fully charging the rings overnight, the “Da Rings” App is not able to find the rings, and is not able to connect, and therefore do not function as intended. I attempted to contact Wuzutech Customer Service at the phone number found in my confirmation email as well as the website on Wednesday 2/26/25 at 11:52am Eastern time ***** ********. This call was met with an automated response indicating all lines were closed and I needed to call back during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, which my call met that criterion. I have now called two additional times today, 3/4/25 and have gotten the same automated response. I am seeking a full refund for the 2 rings and 4 chargers minus the $6.00 (seeking refund of $ 197.79) credit as the products do not function and are not usable. Can you assist please?

    I purchased the Herz P1 Smart Ring on 2/20. I asked to cancel the order after a few days and reached out to the company. They responded with a lower price and I have not heard back from this. At this time I want a refund for the purchase as it feels like they are stealing my money for this product. I have emailed a few times with no response at this time.

    I purchased the WuzuTech Robo Vac and received it on Feb 5,2025.It does not pick up dirt and cannot go from one surface to another. I am dissatisfied with the product. When I called to find out how to return the product the customer service number is a recording saying to call back during business hours which it was as I called at 2 PM and 4:45 PM on Friday Feb 28 . I want to return the product for a refund.

    On 2.23.2025 I ordered a two herz p1 smart rings and three chargers. I paid extra for expedited shipping. 3-5 business days. Today is the fifth day 2.28.2025. the order tracking says my order is still unfulfilled. I have reached out with several emails and got a generic response that due to increase purchasing they are behind schedule. Not estimated arrival nor compensation on the missed agreement for shipping. After that email all communication has shut down. I have opened several tickets and not heard a word. When I try calling, the message system tells me to call back between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. Today is Friday and it's currently 11 am and still received the same message. At this point I want a refund for my purchase and no longer desire the product.

    I ordered and paid for 2 smart rings on 2/14. We received shipment notifications that the rings were shipped on 2/17 with usps. The items have been sitting in limbo for over a week with no movement. USPS still no receipt of this item. I reached out to the company for explanation. At this point I reached out to see if anyone else had the same issue and see other complaints.

    I ordered two Herz P1 Smart Rings on 2/9. One of my rings was canceled the next day. I tried emailing several times and calling several times and no one has gotten back to me or answered when I called (perpetual hold). My one ring is showing as “processing” and has been for two weeks now. This is a huge scam and I’m either want the product I paid for or my money back.

    On January 17, 2025 I ordered for my husband an Ergo Z Pillow online from Maas & Bath. It arrived on January 31. My husband didn't like the look of the pillow and NEVER slept on it. On February 1 I contacted Maas & Bath by email to begin the return of the pillow. On February 3 I received an email from Ruth at Maas & Bath offering me some options (a 20% discount, a complimentary replacement, on an item that I don't want to keep, or a gift card for future purchases). I replied that I wanted a credit given to my card that I used to purchase the pillow. Since then ALL communication has stopped! I have tried calling their customer service during business hours and there is no ANSWER just a message requesting me leave a message. I have. NO RESPONSE. So, I'm writing to you.
