    I purchased a 3 rings and 5 chargers from this company with a warranty and paid expedited shipping. The items said they were delivered and when I went to look at the tracking history, there was none and no product was delivered. On Dec 18th in response to an email saying my items had been shipped, I emailed ******************** to let then know that I couldn't see any tracking activity. No response.

    I got an email on Dec 23rd stating that my item had been delivered. I called the support number around 3pm EST on Dec 23rd and got no answer. The voice mail said to call back during business hours even though it was business hours.

    I emailed again on Dec 23rd stating that I did not receive any items. I then went to check my credit card on my phone and I see that I now have a recurring charge that I didn't approve for $29. It looks like they changed my service plan that was a one time fee into a recurring charge.

    This was ordered off Facebook Nov 20. It is a grab bar for your shower. It won’t stay on the wall even without pressure. Price was 34.70 which was sent via PayPal. We contacted the vendor immediately upon receipt notifying them of our dissatisfaction with the product telling them it didn’t work and asked how we returned it. The only response we have received is an offer to refund us 20%. Their website says 100% moneyback guarantee. The phone number on their website doesn’t work

    Purchase of WuzuTech *************** Silver. It doesn't pick up anything - just goes in circles and repeatedly stops.I contacted them by email. This is the initial response from them: "Please note that our return policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Since your request falls within this period, wed be happy to assist you with the return process."Instead they just keep sending me messages with alternative offers - I can keep the vacuum and they will give me back $20 - I said No. Then they said keep the vacuum and use the refund money to buy other products from their catalogues. I said No, and they made the same offer again.I keep telling them I don't want to keep it; I just want the full refund of my money they assured me I was entitled to.I am seeking return of the $99.99 price I paid plus the $12.99 shipping fee.

    Although the company did not respond to your efforts to contact them, it did result in them finally responding to me. I followed their product return instructions and I have received a refund to my credit card.

    This company charged my credit card before we authorized payment. We didn't finish the payment because we ordered this product from a different company. This was an unauthorized charge and we have been unable to reach them via multiple emails & voice mails. Their customer service line is unactive. We have tried calling 4 times and waited as long as 20 minutes with nobody picking up.

    Order Nano wipes scratch remover. I tried them on two vehicles three times with no results. After a few days of emailing back and forth they told me I had to send them back at my expense. These wipes are soaked in a white fluid, very difficult to return. They said I could keep them and get a 20 percent discount. They don't work so I repeated I want a refund. They still refused. I think this company is sending out worthless products and hope people give up.

    Thank you for helping me resolve this matter. They have issued a refund after hearing from you without me shipping it back at my cost, something they repeatedly refused to do until they heard from you. This company sells products that don't work and won't back them up.

    I purchased the wuztech robovac from an individual. It had not been used prior to my purchase.I opened the packaging and attempted to use it. It is very quiet, that's about the only thing it has going for it.All it does is go around in circles. If it bumps into something, it gets stuck. It doesn't go over rugs. It's sitting here and I purchased one that gets the job done.

    I bought on line a WuzuTech RoboVac Mop, it is suppose mop and vac and it does nothing. I tried to call the company for a refund, called and of course a machine answered. Let message, emailed never got a response. Called again 8/19/2024 sat on the phone for 45 minutes with no human interaction. So I am coming to you hoping you can help me. This so called robo vac and mop does nothing, it won't even pick up a feather, and has no means of mopping.

    company Loft Home Essentials ********************************************************************** I ordered the Robovac X space silver (note they offered a 2nd at discount and some pads which I had added) on 6/15/24 prior to reading reviews. The following day I sent an email indicating I want to cancel the order. Please note the site indicates there is someone available almost 24/7- & 30-day 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. I receive no response and the order shipped 6/17/24. Material was received and I decided to try out one of the Robovacs I was very disappointed in the results . It does not operate as advertised, it continually got stuck and couldnt get out of corners, the battery life is no where what advertised and only lasted 30 min . After a couple attempts I determined this was a lemon, and tried to call the number multiple times during the stated days & hours only to get a recording saying all our lines are closed please contact us during business hours leave order ********* # . I finally also sent several emails with no responses. My last email threatened to contact the better business bureau and lo and behold they called to offered me a 20% discount if I buy other items etc , I said no I want a full refund and them to pay for return since I initially tried to cancel the order . They would only agree to a a refund if all in same condition and I return it at my cost. I explained the situation that I attempted to cancel etc and said only offer. What I would like is a full refund and they pay for the return via a return shipping label of the item. I should not be out the money since I did attempt to cancel the order and contract them prior to testing the item with the disappointing results. paid $172.96 want full refund plus they supply return shipping label
