    I ordered the wuzutech vacuum in November. It did not work at all. I only ordered based on reviews, guess they werent accurate. I emailed the company immediately and never received a response. Im not sure where vacuum shipped from, was all very sketchy!

    I wish I had checked with the BBB before ordering pillows from ************ which is affiliated with Home Essentials. I ordered pillows on April 17th, my bank account was debited on the 19th, and supposedly the order was shipped April 24. I have sent numerous emails with only one reply telling me items are in stock, and the tracking would be updated within 48 hours. That never happened. I tried calling the customer service number during business hours and got a recording saying line was closed.

    Wanting to buy a robot vacuum cleaner for a Christmas present, I googled for a consumer rating service and found this from Consumer Life Tips: **************************************************** very highly recommended the WuzuTech RoboVac X, which has lots of rave reviews from verified buyers: *********************************************** I bought one from Loft Home Essentials: ******************************************** the RoboVac is a total dud. It gets stuck on anything and everything, including our very low-pile carpet, a throw rug, and even the baseboard. The only thing the description and reviews got right is that it is quiet. I contacted Loft Home Essentials and said I wanted to return it and get my money back, and I've received no reply.Do not fall for this scam. The Consumer Life Tips is a front for Loft Home Essentials and the "ratings" are phony, the WuzuTech RoboVac X "reviews" are phony, and the RoboVac is a worthless piece of junk.
