    This company uses bate and switch tactics and is a total fraud. After reading a review on ************************* that rated the WuZu Tech RoboVac as #1 in its field, I followed the imbedded links that took me first to *****************, and then to **************************, where I placed my order. My order confirmation came as an email from **************************. Being redirected to all these different websites should have sent up a red flag in my head. Unfortunately, it did not.Two days later, my RoboVAc arrived. It had none of the advertised features. There was no 3D Obstacle Avoidance to Prevent Stuck Robots. It did not Auto-Adjust for Carpet, Hardwood, and Tile. It did not have a Self-Emptying Bin. In fact, all it did was get stuck. It bounced off walls and furniture, covering the same area repeatedly, and vacuuming up nothing. It was totally worthless.The product was supposed to have a 30-day money back guarantee. I immediately emailed them, telling them of the problem and requesting my 100% refund. I also attempted to call them during published business hours. No one ever answered or returned my call when I left a message.After 2 days I finally did receive an email reply. They were not cooperative, offering other options such as choosing something else from their catalog instead of refunding my money. After several back and forths, they stopped communicating entirely. I have initiated disputes against them with ****** and my credit card company. Avoid HEC Home Essentials at all cost!

    Made a purchase in late December and requested to return the items via their website. After several back and forth with them in which I declined their offer to select other items from their site rather than return my money they stopped communicating with me.
    I have called their advertised phone number during published operating hours and was directed to call back during business hours via a recording.
    They are having no problem emailing me with advertising messages.

    I have tried to make a return to Wuzutech for 2 weeks now and have yet to receive a response. Their voice mail says their phone lines are closed and to call back when they are open 9:00AM - 5:00 PM EST. Both times I left a voice mail message; it was between those hours. I have not received a return call. Their support e-mail responds with the same automatic message with no response. I am very frustrated.

    I purchased a RoboVac & it doesn't do a good job of picking up dog hair & dirt from my floor. I have called & left 4 messages to return the product for a refund but no one has called me back. I want my money back!

    Buyers beware!!! I had purchased 3 of there ergo pillows as me and my husband suffer from severe neck pain, they offered a 30 day guarantee and had a good reviews. Received the pillows unwrapped them as they are the ones that take up to 72 hours to fully get to there fullness 3 days go by and they still look the same .I am thinking these have to be defective .I contacted support team and was told 48 to 72 hours for them to fully expand .I informed them it has been well past that time frame and no change I took photos and sent them in to them as well . They came back with well we can not return these as they have been open we can offer 20% off , at this point I am fuming I paid 170$ for defective pillows and I am to blame oh no . I of course replied and informed them once again that this is not the customers doing the pillows are defective and I want a full refund! They sent a response stating the best they can do is give me a gift card to spend with them for the full amount . Again I replied I do not want a gift card as they have nothing I want. I demanded a full refund and if they were not going to give one I would report this with my cc. A day later they responded stated they will give me a full refund _ the shipping . I can not believe it took as long as it did going back and fourth with these people and they still are refusing a full full refund and its their defective product . My first email went out on Jan 23 I did not get a response until Jan 26 .Each time I replied it took them days to answer This is very poor customer service and what a lie on the ***** money back guarantee they offer!!

    I ordered and received a sleep ring from Wuzutech in December, 2024. It arrived and was much too large even though I had used their size chart prior to ordering. I received and followed instructions from them and returned the ring before Christmas, requesting an exchange for a smaller size. It is now a month later, I have replied to their email regarding the return of the ring, and have left a message on their 866 phone number. There has been no response to either, I have not received a replacement ring nor has there been a refund for the purchase price. Buyer Beware!

    I want to return the pillow I purchased for a full refund as stated on the website. First offered 20% refund via email, NO thanks. Then offered a gift card via email, NO thanks. I want a full refund as stated on website. I have heard nothing from them since. And they state "support small businesses"...that's a laugh!

    Both "Loft Home Essentials", also called "HEC Home Essentials" and "Wuzutech.com" are fraudulent companies. They both have a tab that says reviews, but when you click on the website tab it only takes you to a couple of supposed reviews. Neither site will allow you to leave a review, so it is impossible for them to have over 3000 5 star reviews when you can't leave a review at all. Both of these companies have been in business for less than a year.
    This is false advertising.

    As I proceeded to the check out on my phone I tried to go back to the sales basket to empty it. It would not let me do it.Therefore I never completed to order. I thought this was the end of it. The same moment I found the charge on my CC. I tried to explain that the order was not submitted. Due to the various people involved with this company I was never able to reverse anything. The package came damaged , even though I tried to stop the delivery. I cannot be expected to sit and wait for the *** guy to refuse the package. Now at my expense the box goes back to the company. I filed a complained with my CC company. I have printed proof that the order was never finalized. Do not use this company ever.
