      The transaction was on 11/20/23. I did not want the subscription and the charged me $57.00 . I have called them, left a message twice and sent them an e-mail twice and also tried to chat with them to get a refund and have not gotten a response from them.

      I made a purchase on Facebook. On Oct. 13, 2023. I made sure to check all the boxes refusing other products they kept trying to add to the purchase. Now I get an inauthorized charge to my account of $57.00 from them. I checked the internet and found hundreds of complaints about this site doing this to others

      In May of 2022 the "company", Science of Skill, acquired my email address through an unknown affiliate and began to spam enticing offers to my inbox. I took advantage of an offer, a free Tomahawk hatchet, and agreed to pay under $10 for shipping and handling ONLY! A wise consumer, I cautiously and meticulously scoured for any hidden or disguised "catch".
      My wife manages our personal finances through which we maintain several monthly service/product related subscriptions. Unaware of the original purchase, she noticed the $57 debit a few weeks later and asked if I had made a purchase from the company. I replied yes, thinking she was referring to the original authorized debit instead of the $57 unauthorized debit. Through this miss-communication, the monthly charge categorized with other legitimate subscriptions and was overlooked until October of 2023 when my wife curiously asked me what we receive from the company.
      I reviewed our recent bank statement vaguely remembering the promotional gimmick from so long ago and told her I have never received anything and never accessed or logged in to the site since.
      I contacted the company's support email demanding all unauthorized debits be returned to my account immediately. They responded claiming to cancel my subscription and refund two $57 charges. Suspicion prompted my search of all transactions from this merchant. To my shock, I find seventeen (17) unauthorized charges. I contacted support again demanding ALL charges be refunded immediately. The company responded agreeing to refund an additional $57 charge beyond their sixty day refund policy and apologizing for the inconvenience. On October 31, 2023, I responded "UNACCEPTABLE" and demanded a full refund stating consequences for noncompliance. I've not heard from them, I've not received anything, I've never accessed their site nor seen any kind of prompt to use a subscription that they were stealing money for. This is CONSUMER FRAUD! I want my money back!

      On 04/112022 Mr. ******** selected an offer for a freeSteel River Hammerhead Hatchet and a 14 day trial membership to the National Self-Reliance Initiative, formerly known as Science of Skill Academy, an online training program similar to a ******* account. At the end of the trial, the membership would renew at $57 a month, as described extensively in the offer and on checkout. This is the same way that ******* runs their service.


      I have attached a screen shot of the money back guarantee and subscription from the checkout page and the link to the customers checkout page:

      On 10/26/2023 and 10/30/2023, ****** contacted our phone support team to cancel his membership and request a refund. Our team member promptly canceled the membership and refunded 60 days of membership per our return policy and terms of service.

      ****** requested the matter be escalated, and our team member contacted me. I explained the offer to ****** again, and as a courtesy refunded an additional 30 days beyond our policy.

Based on the agreement made upon purchase of the advertised offer, we feel feel we've upheld our responsibility in refunding 90 days to ****** per our return policy. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify the terms of his order and the steps we've taken to offer support in response to ******'s complaint.

       I am rejecting this response because: A fraudulent unethical company would be expected to have an equally demoralizing refund policy. I couldn't care less about this companies "policies". This company rips off thousands of unsuspecting innocent consumers constantly. If this company chooses to continue to throw "policy" at my individual case and refuses to refund the money they stole from me, then from here my campaign begins. Until now, this was only my personal battle. The company's failure to comply with my refund demand warrants the filing of a class action certification complaint and wide scale advertising for plaintiffs. 

      As I claimed before, compliance will surely be a cheaper resolution.

      On September 26,2023 I sent Science of Skill the $7.95 shipping fee for a steel river tomahawk which was received, however no subscription was mentioned nor agreed upon by me. I just noticed a $57.00 fee was charged by Science of Skill on 10/15/2023 and a pending fee of $57.00 on 11/15/2023. There is no goods or services received so this scam is absolutely absurd. I want a refund and cancellation of this worthless subscription.

      Purchased items totaling 37 dollars, now I'm getting charged a recurring fee of 57 dollars that I did not authorize. Please refund the money to my account and take me off the subscription list.

      On 10/16/2023 @ 09:17am, I sent $7.95 for shipping for a free Steel River Tomahawk. That was being offered by SoS self Defense, which in checking is better known as Science Of Skill.and on 10/17/2023 I was charged $7.95 as agreed on my credit card. I received the free item a week or so later. Then on 10/31/2023 I saw on my credit card that I was charged $57.00, by Science of Skill again. Which I did not agree too. After checking on your site. I see that many others have been Scammed by the same company. I have tried to contact them but only get a recording. I have also turned this over to the Fruad and dispute divison of my credit card company..
