On 3-6-25 a charge of $57.00 was recorded on my Mastercard by a company named scienceofskill**** in ****** ****. I made payment on my card by mail on 3-28-25 assuming the charge was by my wife; however neither she nor I ordered anything from this company. The website for this company says it is under repair. My credit card company gave me a purported number for the company; no answer. I want reimbursement of the charge please.Business Response

I bought a knife set free just pay shipping. I was charged 9.95 on feb 13. It was scam from beginning. All the buttons activated and pushed buy for me. It flashed many pages too fast, I mean super fast. Too quick to read. Then march22 I get charged 57 buck for what, a couple of stupid videos looping. Can’t even see anything and didn’t want or order martial arts videos., I belong to king fu dojo, would never be interested in anything from another lineage.,I tried calling. Never spoke to human. Asked to be removed., it put my bank account under. I feel like it was predatory, deceptive and false advertising. Nothing was said anywhere about a subscription. It’s highly unprofessional response and a ridiculous subscription of no value to me, has wasted my time and put my finances in jeopardy while trying to purchase home.i would like a refund and to never be contacted by science of skill again.? I saw no science or skill anywhere, nor was I trying to purchase any., how many people not able to get a hold of company going up on scam before science of skill becomes a millionaire? So he/she refunds a few 58$ but how many do they get to keep by making person feel they asked for scam who doesn’t remember even the name of company, doesn’t want the product if you call it that, missed it on a bank statement for months so long bank won’t cover it anymore. Do they ever get audited for shady business practices or just get to go on with unreadable fast clicking website that charges your card every month.? I’m obviously not the first to get scammed by skill of science or whatever. Would love to be the last.Business Response

I ordered a knife which I received 1/11/25. $45.80 charged to my credit card. That was fine, but on 1/25/25 I was charged $57 unauthorized. My wife called them and did make contact with a woman. She told us she would take my name off their list and would refund the $57. Which didNOT happen. Then again on 2/24/25 I was charged another $57. Now total $114 unauthorized. My wife has called numerous times sent emails left messages no one answer on phone and no response to emails. I am trying to collect the $114. And get my name out of their system.Business Response

February 18, 2025, $57 was charged my credit card. I headquartered a free item for which I was supposed to only pay shipping. Of course, I was overcharged for shipping but paid it anyway. I finally received the item. Now, I have somehow gotten charged for a subscription of $57 per month going forward. I do not want this service and/or product. I have contacted the company by phone, email, and Internet form but do not receive a response. This company is very dishonest as it deceives people into buying and agreeing to items they know not of. This company is a scam. There is no business at the address they propose they are at in Akron, they never answer their phones, and they sell an item such as a Trump t-shirt or mug, then start charging your credit card for $57 a month for something that is outrageous.
They have charged my credit card for the $9.95 and my bank has denied them the $57 charge since I've placed my card on hold now. They presented the sale of a Trump t-shirt, then in tiny print pops up after purchase that you agree to other things- and before you can stop the process it goes through.
I want a full refund and for them to stop charging my card completely. This is outrageous that these scammers get away with such acts and laugh all the way to the bank. I request proof of full credit and cancellation of anything to do with them. From a t-shirt sale to selling self-defense, to no customer service, to no business location, equals a scam. I have screenshots of their guarantee saying just reach out to us if you're not happy. THEY NEVER ANSWER.

Complaint against Science of skill, LLC
I have received the 9.95 credit on my chg card.
And company sent me a notice of that.
In seperate e mail they also sent a notice they were cancelling all charges and any furture charges.
My credit card co said they also later charged me 57.00.
So then I put a hold on my card AFTER the 57.00 was charged on card.
I have not received any notice from the company that the 57.00 was also credited to my card.
I am waiting for statement to see.
Credit card co put a block on my card from that company.
So ,,,, still waiting to see if 57.00 is not showing on bill , which I am waiting for in mail.
