      I have not ordered anything from this company but I was charged 9.97 in December and 57 in January. Apparently this business is doing this to multiple other people. I want my money back.

      I ordered a flashlight and knife bundle from SOS defense company and the next day there was a $57 dollar charge on my bank statement. I didn’t order anything and would like my money returned if possible.

      I ordered a free item and only had to pay for shipping. Then suddenly I get fraud alerts from my bank a couple weeks later and this company charged me $57 for nothing. No email explanation or anything. I want my money back and whatever it was to stop being charged to my card.

      After making a small purchase,( around ***** ) this company began charging me ***** every month beginning in August. Four charges were made before it came to my attention. I did not authorize any of those transactions. My research shows that they have done this to multiple customers.

      I ordered a $7.95 knife - did not see the fine print - SOS Self Defense Tools charged me a $57 dollar membership fee - I want that credited back to my CC and I want to be sure they do not continue to rip me off.

      Purchased a knife from them for $7.95 on Aug 19,2024. Received product and then they proceeded to deduct $57 monthly out of my account for the last 3 months ($171 total). Yes, I should have caught it earlier, but missed it when looking over my statement. Have contacted them about this with yet no response. This apparent "subscription" is something that I never authorized or would ever want. This business is running a scam and needs to be investigated.

       I am rejecting this response because: I have been refunded 2 months ($114) of the 3 months owed. $57 is still outstanding. I purchased a knife on Aug 19 for a total of $7.95 with no other commitment that I was made aware of. Apparently, keeping 1 month cost for something I didn't sign up for is part of their return policy.

       I am rejecting this response because: There was no mention of additional subscription fees in any documentation I received. As you can see, my total for this sale was $7.95. A $57/month charge is not found anywhere in my correspondence. An E-mail was sent with a pass and username for something I never agreed to and have never used. No fees mentioned anywhere. No invoice was ever sent to me regarding these bogus charges.

      I made a purchase of a bundle of knives from this company that advertised they were free, and I only needed to pay shipping. This occurred of June 27, 2024. Nowhere was it made clear during the purchasing process they also sign you up for a subscription service for a recurring $57.00 charge - you get to find that out for yourself. I was charged on July 12 and August 12, and only discovered this because I had cancelled the card that I made the initial purchase on for other fraudulent charges on my account. I reached out to the business over email on September 19, 2024 demanding a full refund of the $114.00 total for this shady "subscription" they signed me up for, and am awaiting a response.

      I have seen other complaints about this business on your web site. The same amount: $10.00 for shipping of a tee shirt and $57.00 for a later charge that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase. My bank declined the $57.00 dollar charge and put a hold on my ATM card. I made the wrong selection online and cleared the hold, allowing payment of the $57.00 charge to be processed.
