      On 5/1/24, I ordered a knife set from this company, which described itself as "SoS Self Defense Tools" on its website. The knives cost $10. Two weeks later, on 5/14/24, they charged my credit card $57. I did not make any other purchases or interact with the company in any way. They just charged my credit card without any authorization. I want them to refund the $57 and never charge my credit card again because they shouldn't have charged that in the first place. It's entirely fraudulent.

      Bought knives and that transaction has been completed. Now they have charged me $57.00 on 4-16-2024. This charge is unexpected, I didn't authorize it and don't know what it is for. It is unwanted, unwelcome and I want the charge removed. I do not authorize any charges in the future. Last four digits of credit card is ****.

      Company offers free knives and charges shipping They combine many pages of offers on their site which offers to confuse consumer so that people don't see the subscription which locks in while consumer is declining said offers

      The subscription is in multiple places on the initial offer , on the checkout page when you go yo complete the offer and a welcome email is sent at that time . This consumer  had this subscription cancelled and refunded on 5/9/24 which it takes 3-5business days for bank processing time.

      I have purchased a couple things from SOS(Science of Skill). I paid for my purchases at the time I placed the order. Then a couple weeks after last purchase I had a $57 deduction out of my account. I have emailed them 4 times with no response as to why the deduction was made and no return of my money.

      I was unable to emails fro this consumer using the email address that was provided . This could be the reason that there has been no refund given up to this point . I have cancelled the trial subscription that became active on 4/23/24 and refunded the $57 charge. Please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing time.

      On 4/8/24 I ordered two knifes for $9.95. I was billed the $9.95 and than was billed an additional $57 on top of it.

      I called I have not talked to anyone as I had to send them an email I got that they were refunding 4/15 and then they took another 67.00 0n4/29 /

      I bought some knives from this company a while back and they keep charging me $57 a month and i want it to stop! I've not gotten anything from them in quite a while and would like to get some of my $ back if possible

      I ordered a knife from you guys for my fiance. It was free just paid for shipping this was back in march. My account was hit for $57 once in march a week after I called disputed they said they’d refund my money and take me off whatever subscription they tried to say I had which I never signed up for since then my account has been hit 3 more times this month in April for $57 a price for a total of $171 which has put me in the negative
